They seem friendly. However, the prices are just to high.. I called 2 other shops to check process in the work performed. And both were cheaper by$95 and$80... Always a negative outcome when you pay too much.
Took my truck in for breaks 868 dollars later and a broken steering column I get it back and they wouldn't fix the steering column. Never again will I use them

These guys are honest, fair and reasonable! As a female needing mechanic work from time to time it's hard to find mechanics who won't take advantage of my lack of knowledge but McClean's has never let me down!
About 500 dollars and still my engine is starting to smoke worse then before.... It's gonna be another 500 to actually the real problem. Instead of getting it rectified so probably going to take business else where
Spent so much money just to get the same result.. Instead of informing me they can't fix the problem they find other things to mess with then charge for it.
