I've come here for a couple of issues with my Mitsubishi endeavor and every time they've been patient with me, been very polite and professional, and charged me fairly. They're quick to get back to me when I call and communicate well. I have yet to have a bad experience with them.

We brought our 2016 Explorer in for AC work to get done. We had a few hiccups along the way due to parts, not service. Mark the owner went out of his way to make sure the issue was fixed correctly. He spent hours of troubleshooting and extra hours of his labor time working tirelessly to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Experts for all of your automotive needs. Not only do they do a fantastic job, they treat you like family and always want their customers to leave with a smile! Thank you for doing such a great job for us!

Met Mark when I was 17 years old with my 93 ford ranger and haven't looked for another mechanic since (I'm almost 34). Knows his stuff and always doing the extra step lost nowadays in shops.

Took the car there to have the heater fixed so they installed a heater core charged me 600 for the part and to install it. Heat still won't work, told him he set up another appointment to fix the heat, said he would flush the whole system then just changed the coolant and he charged even more. Heat still doesn't work.

I have always been treated fairly by Mark. His prices are great and he never tells me something needs fixing unless it really does.

I’ve brought several vehicles to Mark for repairs personally and for my business vehicles. His prices are very reasonable and he is knowledgeable. However, I brought in one of my company vans a few months ago to get a fast oil leak repaired along with and new belt, belt tensioner, power steering pump, 2 new tires and oil change. I was informed by mark that the oil leak was from valve cover seals and something else I can’t remeber but I had everything he suggested repaired. I picked the van up and my bill was almost $1100. I got home and had the same oil leak and now a seriously fast power steering leak. The oil leak I had would allow my oil level to drain basically overnight all the way down to the exact minimum level on the dip stick, that’s how I know for sure I had the same oil leak. One of my employees had to drive the van the next day and it started to run hot shortly after my employee left with the van which was weird bc it’s never ran hot but I had to drive 45 min to check on the van on the side of the road and found that the coolant hose was riding on the belt.... that’s was a story all in its self but I also found that none of the wires were clipped back on and were hanging down under the van. I simply did not have the time to go back and leave the van for x amount of days bc my business was too busy. Basically I spent $1100 and had the same oil leak and now a very fast power steering leak and a massive coolant leak. I had to have the coolant leak fixed right away ($127). When things slowed down for me I called him and he told me to drop it off on a Monday so I did. It sat out behind the shop where I parked it for TWO WEEKS. I stopped by a few times and there was always cars being worked on by mark that was there after I dropped the van off and he would always say I’m just about to get to it. Keep in mind this is one of my two company vans so everyday counts. So I just had to go pick it up one night bc I couldn’t wait any longer and it was still sitting out behind the shop. Mark had suggested I replace the whole power steering pump bc the resivour was cracked and it would be the same price to replace the whole pump so that’s what I did and he sold me on that because of the “warranty”. Well the warranty was not worth a dollar. Very poor customer service when I came to my first issue I ever had with Marks Work especially when I have spent a fair amount of money up there over the past 2-3 years. I am Very disappointed and was deff not a priority I can only assume bc there was no new money to be made since I already paid for these problems to be fixed. I’m not sure. I’m super easy going.. Now I’ll have to double pay to get these repairs handled. I put my customers first bc they are the ones who pay my bills.

Mark does really good work and keeps you updated along the way. Very affordable and considerate of your time. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing repairs, and will continue to take my vehicles to him in the future.

I'm new to the area and I needed my brakes changed on my Mercedes-Benz E320. I called everyone on google from Clover to Charlotte and they were the cheapest , by far. I only paid $280 opposed to $500+ anywhere else. The parts used are top of the line parts, and the shop owner, Mark Cavanaugh, is a great guy. He is a veteran, works in the shop, handles the front register, and coordinates with his employees very well. I've developed a great amount of respect for Mark and I will bring my cars here from now on. 5/5 in every catagory. Thanks Mark!
