I literally called and it rang for 11 minutes before anyone answered at 6:10 pm!!! I called again today and put my phone on speaker and laid it down while working and no one ever answered. THEY MUST NOT WANT BUSINESS IF THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE…
I've been to this location several times in past few months. Langdon has helped me each time and is an awesome employee!!! From helping replace wiper blades in the pouring down rain while I beat him senseless with my umbrella to recently replacing both Back Turning lights and sockets swimming in water from cracked lens. Kept me from a Fine and refused tip! Highly recommend O'Reilly!

I was at the OReillys in Clover, SC. This guy Brian saved me $100. At Advance it would have cost me more than $100 extra. He was also very patient while I was having technical issues with my payment.
I visit this store often and I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service from the manager and staff. The are knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help, going above and beyond to ensure I find what I need. The professionalism and friendliness makes my experience enjoyable. I stopped in about 7pm recently to get a new battery. Landon was very efficient and helpful!! In spite of being the only one working, he took the time to install the battery for me. I am very grateful and appreciative of him going above and beyond!

On Monday morning April 1st I called Oreillys in Clover SC to get a fuel filter for my Cadillac SRX, spoke with a guy named Ridge I believe, he told me he didn’t have one and would have to order one and it would come in that day around 12:30-1:00. I told him to please order it and I would come get it at that time. Here we go again just like last time. I called shortly after 1:00 and was told they weren’t on the 12:30 truck to check back at 3:00. I told him that this happened before and I was skeptical because of the pathetic experience I went through last time, different vehicle different part but same story. He said that I’m not the first person to say that, that he has this problem a lot with their supplier in Columbia, I told him that was the same thing they said last time. So I called again at 3:30 and wasn’t the least bit surprised when he said that it still hasn’t come in, again I told him about how this was exactly what happened a few months ago with another truck part that I eventually got at NAPA in Clover. I called the next day on Tuesday the 2nd around 3:00 and that guy said it still hasn’t come in and he didn’t know what the problem was, I was pretty angry at this point and told him why, that it was Columbia, and he agreed but I wasn’t accepting any excuses, that the real problem is nobody at O’Reillys wants to fix the problem of their customers being lied to over and over again about their parts coming in later on another truck which just isn’t true. It’s now Thursday evening the 4th and NO CALL FROM ORIELLYS telling me my part is in. To all the customers in Clover SC needing parts from Oriellys if they don’t have it on the shelf ready to be brought go somewhere else if they say they will order it because they flat out lie about it.
Yall better stop sleeping on O'Reilly'sThe employees there know they stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile. I'm not from Clover but if I'm in the area and need something you better believe... I'm going here!!! Thank you guys!!!
I went to see about getting my new tag for the front of my car. They were very helpful. The guy went ahead and put it on for me! Thank you O'Reilly great job..
They have a large selection of auto parts with very friendly and knowledgeable associates. They have reasonable prices on parts and products for your cars and trucks.

Came by with a punctured tire and everyone at this location was so helpful! Especially Bradley, the guy completely helped me i tired to hell out and he was so kind he wouldn’t even let me, the guy went above and beyond to help me out! Great guys that are willing to help you in this store. They take the time to think outside the box and get you going. I go there when my cars are acting neurotic and they save my sanity.
I had the best experience with this store. The 2 guys working the service desk was extra nice and helpful. Brian went the extra mile and helped me change my break light switch and even changed my break light for me. I would highly recommend this store ! Great customer service, advice and amazing personalities.
