I was returning from a hockey game in Charlotte and lost my brakes near Columbia.i needed to get to Sumter. Mike arrived within an hour of my breaking down. He gave me a call to verify he had my correct location and I was safe. When Mike arrived, he introduced himself and assured me he would handle everything. He went out of his way to ensure my safety and vehicle were his priority. Mikes professionalism and care for his customer is second to none. I will surely reach out to him for any of my future needs. So the battery dies in my car and my insurance sends me a jump guy and this guy comes puts jump box on my battery for 3 seconds tops yanks them off and no help then puts the cables back on and as soon as I turn the key to start the car he yanks the cables off immediately and looks me dead in the eyes and tells me it's the alternator I have to replace and there is nothing to do but here's my card we got a toe truck...hmm OK but sir I'm sure it's not my alternator so bye he leaves I'm left with my dead car and myself....I finally get the car started on my own and guess what..yep not the alternator just a dead battery. So thanks for that legacy no help at all for my insurance to pay them for unprofessional business. Had the nerve to give me a card for future endeavors...no thank you.

Absolutely incredible service. We got stuck in the woods 50 minutes away and he came as soon as possible. Awesome guy very polite and down to earth, helped turn a stressful situation into laughs and good conversation and got us home safe.
