These people are thieves. My husband had an accident, the highway patrol asked for their services, they came quickly but as soon as they took my truck, they told me that it was no longer useful and that it was a loss. When I saw that my truck was fine, I offered to buy parts and he had the nerve to offer $200 dollars for me. truck so I looked for Alluda my truck just needed tires and new wheels so they wanted to steal my truck be careful don't believe what these people say and if you want to know who I am I am the owner of the blue Ford 150 truck that you wanted to steal from me
Wanted to give a public thanks to Gerald’s Alignment on Green Pond highway. I’m a single mom with an older car that has gotten more unreliable lately. I had some issues and went to another place in town that quoted me over $800 for some repairs. I called Gerald’s had them quote on the same repair and it was $200. Once they got working on the car, it was something else altogether that needed fixing! They were kind enough to only fix what I needed (even though they had already ordered and received the part I originally thought I needed.)
Highly recommend going to them if you want honest and fair priced quality work!
My Ford F250 died at home. Dealership told me 6 week wait time for repairs ! Called Geralds. They had a tow truck out within an hour and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. I now have a vehicle back in service and can go were I need to go i.e. my job. These folks are great ! They are now my go to garage !!!! Thanks
Fast and excellent service will go again. I set up an apt and my vehicle actually went in the shop at the time my appointment was set for and I was out and on the road in less than a hour. Very happy with the maintenance and excellent customer service thank you.
Nicest people you could ever meet. Fixed my van when we broke down on vacation. Made 2 trips to get me and my family to a hotel in the middle of the night. They had my van fixed and ready to go by 830 the next morning. Love this place
Very unprofessional, sarcastic and rude. I called on the phone requesting a towing service and received the upmost disrespect. I called back 45 minutes later and asked a question to find out how long before the tow truck arrives, the man on the phone replies with “If you read the damn service paper”. Poor customer service, no one should be treated poorly from a “professional” business.
I bought four tires from Tirerack and had them sent to AAA for installation. Unfortunately they had a Co- Vid exposure and couldn't install for two weeks. I called Gerald's and had an appointment the next day at 2pm for an alignment and was told to arrive at 1pm to have tires installed first and I was there at 12:45. At 2:15 pm they tried to do the alignment and realized that one of my old tires had a separated belt and couldn't do the alignment till the new tires were installed. At exactly 3pm they started installing the new tires then did the alignment and my car was finished at exactly 4pm.
I'm very disappointed that they tried to do the alignment with the old tires. I was told when paying that they don't do appointments for tires.
When I got home I looked at my tires and rims and the two driver's side rims have damaged finish I took pictures but not sure what to do about it and the cars five years old. But everyone was very nice

We love Mr. Gerald my family has been using him for 2 generations of my family and he isn't cheap and gives u a quality price for quality work or tow so if ur in the boro give him a shout he wont disappoint u when it comes to doing wat it takes to help us all out thanks Gerald ur not only a person we give business to but a person that we feel is fair in life and won't shot u no bs!!!
Top notch service! Gerald and his people know how to take care of their customers! They have every type of Rollback and Wrecker needed for any situation. Not just a tow service but actual MECHANICS!
Not to pleased with the prices ....... My son is in the Army and was on his way home from AIT training and ended up hydroplaning and spun out and ended up needing to be winched out and was charged $125.00 and asked for his military discount and wasn't given any ..... I believe that is way too much I would NOT recommend them NOT at that price!!!!!!
Very kind & helpful. We were traveling a long distance and had a problem with our F250. They checked it out immediately and we were able to get back on the road. Nice to find a locally owned shop!
Very helpful staff. Not like normal mechanics that will try to sell you something you don't need. Rank 4 out of 5 stars because the staff is specialized in their fields which is a good thing , but it does mean that if you need a tire pumped up and the guy who does that is on break then you're pretty much screwed because nobody else seems to know how to do it.
