William is the best! Takes care of us weary travelers passing through with unexpected car trouble. I didn’t think I’d be getting in anywhere same day, let alone out the door and back on the road within a few hours. Grateful for his hospitality, friendliness, and great care. Highly recommend stopping in if you should need to.

Stuck for 4 hrs on the side of the road talked to 4 different people who claim they were coming and never came, call him and he say he’ll be there in 30min. It wasn’t even 20min and they showed up.In less than an hour later we was on our way. Very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

On a trip back from Florida our pathfinder had some dashboard lights pop up. Mr William was able to diagnose and send us on our way in no time and worry free. Granted we’ll have some work to fix when we get home - but he was so reassuring and quick to help our family. We’d be taking back to him for repairs if he wasn’t 3 hours away from home. Thank you!!

You dont get customer service like this from companies anymore and I deeply appreciate William for all he and his company did for my family.

My young daughter was traveling back from Florida and was stranded with a flat tire on a Sunday night on 95 North. We have AAA but nobody was available so I googled local repair shops. S & S Super Lube showed up within 25 minutes to help! Very kind and great communication with Mr. William and his employee that came to help her! Turned out that the spare tire was flat so he went and got a used tire and aired up the spare! Very thankful for being blessed by S & S Super Lube! The Lord sent us them!!

A couple months ago around the spring we had a tire blow out on the way to Charlotte from Florida. We were missing the wheel lock and had no Idea what to do. I called these guys and they found the exact wheel lock, changed my tire, and gave the key all without charging me and absurd fee. Thanks guys ?

I was broke down on vacation in Edisto, staying in Walterboro. I was alone and this was the only tow company that would tow my vehicle for a less than $800! This is one of the very few existing companies that I am impressed with all their services. Customer service, Mechanical service and towing service was top notch. So here's what happened: We were on a super long road trip when suddenly our truck broke down on the side of the road. It was a weekend, and most places were closed. These guys picked up the phone right away! Even though it was Saturday afternoon and way past regular business hours, they didn't waste any time. They sent a tow truck straight to us and even dropped us off at the nearest hotel. Talk about speedy service! The very next day, which was a Sunday, they wasted no time in getting our truck fixed. They were totally honest with us. They didn't try to overcharge us, especially when they knew we were in a desperate situation. They did what was right and charged us a fair price. I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with this company. They went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it the most. I highly recommend them! William is great!

These folks are great! My son hit a deer on I-95 at 1:30 in the morning. I am located in Salisbury North Carolina and he was 3.5 hours away from home. We tried contacting a couple of other towing places just to see who would be able to help get him off of i-95 into a safe place. When we called these folks they immediately answered the phone and said they would have him picked up in 30 minutes. The tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. He made sure my son was okay and got him to the shop. I picked him up later that morning and we moved everything over from his car to our vehicle. We contacted them the next day and they had not only cleaned the bottom of the car and checked it they also kept a close eye on all the fluids and made sure everything was okay. Very thankful for these folks they were so helpful and provided the service for an honest price. Highly recommend!

Broke down on Sunday at 7pm. These guys came out and fixed my car and didn't overcharge me, even though they knew I was desperate. They are the most honest gentlemen that I have met. Great people.

Overheated on the interstate and rolled into town at the end of the work day on a Friday. I called S&S and they stayed open until we could limp in. Within a few minutes we were back on our way with a new thermostat. Really nice folks.

My Car was stuck in mud. The driver came out looked and said he could not help. Said it was too wet. Then the owner had the nerve to charge me for coming out which he did not say he would charge. Called Eric Baileys towing. He had my car out in less than 5 minutes.

We had an alternator failure on I95 and were stranded on the side of the interstate. The folks at S&S had us towed in less than 10 minutes and then were able to work us in to fix the faulty part. Great folks and a really well run business. Thank you!

My friend and I were stuck on the side of the road on a roadtrip. We called several shops that all said they were closed until we found this one. The employees were all so kind. My transmission fluid ended up being burnt up and even though they had already closed for the day they changed the fluid so we could keep traveling. They all made sure we were okay and even offered to take us home on the way back if we broke down again. May not look like the best place at first glance, but all of the people are so kind and helpful!

William is AMAZING!!! Traveling back to Florida from NC on a Sunday, Mother's Day to be exact, we encountered a wheel issue. We couldn't continue. We looked up mechanics near us and S and S popped up! William diagnosed the probable problem, got the part, a bearing, and replaced it! In 2 hours he got the part and repaired our car! While doing that, he filled up a lady's tire with air, checked her water and advised her of her bald tires! Highly recommend!!

This guy was INCREDIBLE!!! We were traveling up north for a funeral and suddenly the truck broke down! Thankfully this guy stayed after his shift ensured we got to a nice hotel and came in on his day off to repair the truck and get us back on the road by the next day! Absolute angel! Definitely recommend!!

My family and I broke down on the interstate 12 miles from Walterboro on January 1, 2020. While waiting for a tow arranged by our insurance carrier, we booked a motel, and I noticed S & S was very close to the motel we booked. I called and spoke to William (the owner) around 8 pm and he said he could look at our vehicle first thing in the morning. I had the tow company drop the vehicle off at S&S and then my family at at Ruby Tuesday’s. William came around 10 pm while we were eating to pick up the keys. By 1030 the next morning (before checkout) we got a call that the car was ready and that someone would pick us up. Our car trouble ended up being a broken wheel bearing in our Cadillac Escalade. We drove back to Florida and made it home without issue. The repair was done promptly and I appreciated the great customer service by William. We paid a tad over 400 dollars for the repair.

This place is amazing! I pull off the exit to a shell station after getting what I think is bad gas (van running aweful right after fill up) at the last exit on a Sunday at 4:00, turn the key after putting in some octane boost and NOTHING, key turns, but nothing, have electric, starter is doing nothing. I call 6 places, no one available, William answers the phone and says he'll come and take a look and tow me either way and would be there quickly. He arrives in 20 min and starts testing to see if he can get it resolved. No luck so tows the couple miles to their shop. He starts working WHILE also answering calls every 2 min from others that need help and sending people out to assist them, but without stopping at all. I know a lot about cars and was REALLY worried about this one as it sounded like something crazy electrical just failed out of nowhere. He verified battery good, alternator good, checked the computer, jumped the starter and verified it was good and that started the van, but not the issue as key still didn't work. So he decides to test EVERY single fuse to see if it's blocking the signal and I see him throw one away - puts in a replacement - says, it sounds different - goes, turns van off, then fires it right up with the key - problem solved!!! It was a work emergency that I make it to DC yesterday and this saved my rear!!! I pulled in last night after driving 7.5 more issue-free hours. From total vehicle failure to back on the road was 2 hours total and he couldn't have been nicer and overly fair on the price so gave a significant and very well deserved tip.

These guys stayed open late to help us out with a slow leak on our way from Maine to Miami on a Saturday afternoon. They worked quickly and got us back on our way. If I ever have tire problems on a drive to Florida again I hope it happens near Walterboro.

Super nice caring people. My parents broke down heading back to Florida last night, they were there right away to tow them to the shop andtook them to a nearby hotel. Had them up ang going by 1:30 the next day (Sunday). Highly recommend these folks!! Extremely fair price for the repairs too.

We were stranded on I95 at the rest stop. Jay picked us up on a Saturday and towed our vehicle to S&S. He had to drive to Charleston to get us a car part but took us to a nearby hotel. Their mechanic fixed the car Sunday morning and we were on the road home. What a relief! Thank you for the great service and going out of your way on a weekend to help us. ?

AMAZING people work here. Our car broke down on the interstate going back home from Florida to North Carolina, and despite me being incredibly stressed out, they were SO friendly and understanding. Great guys who know what they are doing and charged an INCREDIBLY fair price. Thank you again! If I could rate 10 stars I would!!!

We were on our way to Miami to get on a cruise and we ended up busting our tire in Walterborough. We called around asking for places to help us out and we finally reached SNS. William was happy to come change our tire for us at 11:30pm. Overall, William was a lifesaver to help us make our cruise and we owe him much more than the money we gave him. He is the ?. We are traveling- several hundred miles away from home- and ran over a huge piece of road debris which damaged the undercarriage of our car. We called S&S, who came to us so we didn't have to drive the damaged car, within 20 minutes of the call. Mr. Sherrill was polite and professional; he towed the car and got it fixed within about an hour and didn't try to overcharge us. This business is highly recommended and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I forget the owners name, but he treated us like family when we were stranded in the middle of the night on I-95. He towed us to his shop and took a tensioner pulley off another engine and had us back on the road in less than a two and a half hours. Total charge $238. Five stars. Very Godly man and a blessing. I'm glad I broke down and was able to meet him.

Awesome hospitality. We were almost stranded with a balding tire, and found these guys willing to help us, after working hours! The tire was changed quickly and effectively, and we were even gave good advice on future maintenance. I recommend them to the fullest.
