I know of a neighbor, my boyfriend buys that boy apart twice in 3 months and there were defective. Now, as for me who in the world would ever buy three alternators within one and a half year. Do they not know each time for service you have to pay mechanics to install on top of that remove and install and if you are broken down you have to find a ride to get that part. I want to know if the owner will be willing to pay the labor charge

Paid 150 for a diagnostic test, for AC…….. Was told we needed to pay 1700 in total for an Ac Compressor and whatever extra perks they requested!!!!! Got a 2nd opinion, it was just Trapped Air. The Ac works perfectly, cold as ever…. Didn’t have to pay anything in the long run?

Not the stores fault, but, I ordered a part yesterday afternoon and was told it would be here at 7:30 this morning. It didn't come in. They didn't put it on the truck. Now, I have to wait til 3:30, and hope that they don't screw it up again! In the meantime, my whole day is shot and, even when I manage to get my work done, I won't get paid for it because it'll be late! I'll stick with Advance next time. I'm sitting in their parking lot because my brakes are so bad, I'm afraid to go anywhere else! So, I was sitting in the parking lot when an employee came out and gave me a bottle of water which I was grateful for since it's 80 degrees out here. About an hour into my vigil, the same employee came out to my car, cell in hand and said the manager wanted to talk to me. She offered to buy me lunch and a discount on the parts I had ordered. She even offered to have an employee run and get it for me. I turned down the last offer, went into the store where the employee gave me $20. I walked the hundred yards or so, and am now sitting in Taco Bell enjoying my meal. They couldn't get my part here any faster, but, they did try to make up for it, for which I'm grateful.
