Fantastic service. I broke down on the I-95 / I-26 junction - traveling from NC to FL. Total nightmare. Red Horse picked me up within 30 minutes and got me to the dealership. I was back on the road within a few hours.

If I could leave more than 5 stars i certainly would. Once they got the call everything went perfect. Driver was more than knowledgeable knew what he was doing. By the way I did towing in the past. So I do know A thing or two

I locked my keys in car on roadtrip..Best experience ever, he really saved me from being stranded on the side of the road out of town on a Friday night..2 nice police officers tried to get my doors unlocked and couldn't..he came quickly and got unlocked in 2 min..I am forever grateful

My name is Faye T. and I reside in Monroe, NC. I experienced problems with vehicle while returning home from Fort Stewart, GA. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they dispatched Red Horse Recovery & Towing. That's when I met Robert. Robert is kind, professional and has the patience of a Saint! I originally planned to have the car towed to a nearby Auto Care Center in Walterboro, SC. Meanwhile, my husband was having telephone conversations with our hometown dealership and they recommended towing the car to a dealership in Florence, SC approximately 200 miles from where my car stalled. I was concerned if I could get a rental vehicle once we arrived in Florence and Robert assured me he locating one. When we arrived at the dealership in Florence, my husband decided he preferred to have the car towed to our local dealership in Charlotte, NC - approximately 120 miles from Florence and Robert agreed. We later realized that the Charlotte dealership would be closed by the time we arrived in Charlotte, so the decision was made to drop the car at my home in Monroe. After all of the changes for what should have been a simple tow, Robert never seemed agitated or lost his patience with me. Even though my insurance wouldn't cover transport for my whole family to the repair shop, RDDHorse made sure we all got there safely together. Robert was a lifesaver! Stuck on 95N at 7pm on Sat night. Got us safely to a repair shop and even checked in hours later to make sure everything worked out. Highly recommend and very appreciative!

Robert and Susan are wonderful, reliable, and professional. My family of four, plus our pup, were traveling from GA to SC when our vehicle threw an engine malfunction code. Pulled into a weigh station and contacted AAA. We were so lucky that they called Red Horse Towing. They had just purchased an extended cab tow truck that was able to fit the whole family! The closest dealership was 77 miles away and it was late at night. Robert worked quickly and put us at ease through the whole process. Can't recommend this company enough. Very grateful for the amazing customer service.

What a trip. My son and I were scoping out North Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina in my van. We're looking to leave South Florida Gulf Coast area. Found some nice areas to show my wife. On our way home, just after filling up with gas, in Walterboro SC in the middle of nowhere, we blew the head gasket 65 miles from the GA. state line. Enter Red Horse Towing. We called a AAA approved shop in Hardeeville SC about 57 miles south. The owner of Red Horse showed up quickly and in a really nice new rig. He was very professional and such a nice guy. I guess from the reviews he has, he probably has the best guys in the state working for him. I was really panicking because we were supposed to be home for dinner. When we got to the shop, they were crazy busy and we had to wait to find a place to unload the van. My son and I took luggage, laptops snacks, toolbox etc for over a week trip. Robert was very calming on our 57 mile trip. He even gave us some places to check out when my wife and I come back up. The breakdown was Friday afternoon on January 3rd. The shop told us that the repair take at least a week. We decided to rent a car for 1day. The shop had 1 of their employees take us to the Savanah Airport with all our stuff. They were nice as well. My son and I left the airport at around 5:30 pm. We stopped for dinner having not eaten all day. Only I was allowed to drive the car rental home. We got home at 2AM and I was completely spent. It's now Tuesday the 7th. When I get the call next week? I have to rent a car for 2 days, and get a hotel room for 1 night. Then I have to pay God knows how much for the repair because I don't even have an estimate. I can only hope they'll cut me a break. Coming up on this trip was great. Coming back home was the trip from Hell. And, the Fat Lady hasn't sung yet. I still have to come back up there and get the van back home. As great as Red Horse Towing is, I hope I won't be seeing him again in near future. TO BE CONTINUED.

Traffic driving home from NC to Savannah GA the Saturday after Christmas was a nightmare. 5 hours to only go 140 miles. My rental vehicle overheated - fortunately near a rest area so I was in a safe location. Thank goodness Enterprise Emergency Assistance contacted Red Horse Towing. Robert was so professional not only in handling the towing but in putting me at ease about getting me to an Enterprise location in order to get a replacement vehicle. By this time it was after dark and he stayed right with me to be sure I got the new vehicle with no problem. I'm in my 70s and I am so grateful Red Horse Recovery and Towing was the company that came to my rescue!

Robert was very courteous and professional and rescued us from a very long and unpleasant situation. He was willing to drive a distance that other service providers were not willing to go. He knew exactly where our destination was located and assured that we arrived safely. His equipment was clean, and he knew the particulars required for our vehicle.

Was broken down on I-95 near Walterboro S.C with Transmission troubles, we called and got help from Red Horse Recovery & Towing ,they came out very quickly and towed our truck to our hometown Ammco which was 200 miles away ,to my wife and I they were Heaven sent, we highly recommend them for all of your Towing needs, we have one of their cards in each of our vehicles today. Very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us in our time of need.

RED HORSE TO THE RESCUE!!! Been stuck on I95 South in South Carolina and ALL tow company's refused to tow because I have a camper along with me. Red Horse was the ONLY tow company that was kind enough to rescue me! Tayna was super great and very pleasant to work with. The driver Gregg called me up to let me know he's on the way! Was stuck with a flat tire on i95 and without the right tools to fix it. I called here from Google suggestions and was greeted friendly on the phone, truck was dispatched to me very promptly and the price was more than fair. These people are the absolute best! Towed my husband, myself and our two little dogs off the I95 after we were in a collision. The driver Gregg and owner Robert were so genuine and caring. So hospitable, towed our truck and camper separately and dropped us off where we needed to go. Being from Canada and on our way to Florida we had no idea where to go and they offered us advice. Ended up calling them again to tow our camper to a campsite which Robert recommended and it’s been lovely. Robert’s wife was also very helpful offering above and beyond assistance. They made us feel so much better when we were in a bad situation. Thankyou again for being such kind people!!!

Amazing service from everyone! On I-95 the rear wheels locked up on our Ranger being towed on a dolly. Brantley and the owner both came out to make sure we were all safe as they worked. They decided to help us out by towing the truck back to their place. There they worked in the rain to unbolt the drive shaft to free up the rear wheels that were locked up because of a transmission issue and got us back on the road to NC. Thank you all so much! It’s obvious to us that the Lord has His hand on your business! Blessings to you all!

Excellent service from Greg got my road trip back on track. He called to let me know that he would be on his way shortly. After he arrived he checked to see if he could tell if there was a problem with my tire(s) and found that one of them had a broken belt. He made a couple of calls to find a tire and then towed my car to a shop that had the correct tire in stock and dropped, me, my cat, and the car off in time to get it fixed so we could get on our way the same day.

Huge thank you to Nick from Red Horse Towing. He was dispatched by AAA to help my sister and me on I-26 after popping two tires. He was quick and efficient, extremely courteous, and helped with a great recommendation on a tire shop. He offered us his extra clean air conditioned truck to wait in as he loaded the car and then drove us to the shop. He made an unpleasant, unplanned situation easy to get through. 10/10 recommended!!

Red Horse was super fast and professional, from the lady who answered the phone, to the driver, Nick. He was the calm in the middle of our storm when we blew out a tire on I-95 south. This company was recommended by the local tire store when we called them to make sure they had something in stock before getting a tow. I'm so thankful for their great service, kindness, and getting us back on our way safely.

My sister and I were traveling from North Carolina to Georgia when our tire went flat on 95 south, near St. George, SC. Robert with Red Horse Recovery came out to change the tire. You could not ask for a nicer gentleman. He was extremely patient with us while we tried to determine the closest cross road. Robert then went above and beyond and escorted us off 95 and to the nearest Mavis tire center. If you ever have car issues in South Carolina along 95 around exit 57 or so, call Red Horse Recovery.
