I showed up at Gurs with A tire and rim for my lawn mower. One of Gurs mechanics had it together in no time. The owner, Tony Gurganious didn't charge me. I have done business with Gurs for over 30 years. He has always treated me and others I sent to him fair and square. Thank you Tony.

I have never reviewed a business negatively before because I know everyone has their off days, but do not use this company unless you want to leave angry and annoyed. First: this is not their address. When you call and ask for the correct address expect to be spoken to like you are an idiot for wasting the woman at the front desk's time with such a dumb question. Second: All points towing told me I could not remove my license plate because of the insurance company coming to get the car, but was promised several times that they would remove the license plate once the insurance company got there and I could come pick it up. I go to retrieve the license plate and am told that they weren't able to get it because the insurance company picked my car up over lunch break. When I asked why I wasn't informed about this 2 days prior when it happened I was given a very rude excuse about not having my number. I gave it to them twice and they had called me on it. I know this may seem small but this being my 3rd trip to this place, and now having to purchase a new car and a new license plate I am extremely annoyed with the lack of manners and customer service they provide.

They have no idea how to put a clutch in a VW ended up having to pay dealer to repair after they destroyed the seal while installing the trans to the engine. Strongly recommend finding another shop to complete any major repairs.
