MJ was the store manager on duty during my appointment and she was very easy to work with as well as accommodating with hospitality, I definitely will recommend Firestone to any of my colleagues for quick and easy service, Thanks again Firestone of Beaufort!

Not only did they get me in on Sunday when everywhere else in town is closed, but they informed me every step of the way, were polite and helpful, and made sure it got taken care of in a quick and timely manner.

All though we made an ‘appointment’.. it was two hours before my car was brought in the bay. Another hour and we were done. Even with the long wait, the Manager M.J. (Margret Elizabeth) did a great job keeping us and other customers informed on wait times and updates. On my ride home I found the new tires were smooth and quite at all speeds. The Tech did a perfect job on the mount and balance. Finally, many thanks to the Service Manager Danielle for the quote and tire package.. great price and great value..! Thanks to the entire Firestone Team for today’s work.. I’d recommend Firestone Beaufort to anyone.. Rick Stastny Jr.

I will never go here again. First they took 3 days to diagnose my car. They lied and said they removed and replaced a belt tensioner and did not replace it. They told me that’s how they had to enter the labor for a service. They are committing consumer fraud. Be careful and check your receipt. Customer service was no help.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! They tried to con my daughter into buying new tires saying that’s their recommendation when the tire tread is “4”. I had her bring it to our regular Firestone dealer who said the tires still have 40k wear left in them. May God help these workers trying to con young women and probably everyone that goes there. How sad.

Came at 10am left at 5 pm the waiting was ridiculous then I my total wasn’t the same as I was quoted almost an extra $200 that I didn’t know because it wasn’t in the quoted that was sent the first time and when I was trying to explain both of the woman were over talking me ! Honestly it was very upsetting. Giving two stars is being nice

We began our 9 hour drive back home with a coolant leak at 1PM today....a SUNDAY of all days. No other repair shops were open or willing to fix our issue. I called this store and they were super friendly and said they would be willing to look and fix it. Upon arriving, they quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an quote and estimate to fix it so we can get back on the road. While not expected they told us the could get it fixed same day and even though they had to stay late, they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road tonight. We are super appreciative of their COMPLETE dedication to our issue and would trust this team and Firestone with our business for the coming years. Extra kudos and thank you to KC and Danielle for their service and smiles despite the big tasks they accomplished!!

Sarah made this an excellent experience, super easy. We came in 15 minutes before they closed and they made sure we were good to go, they had our tire in stock and got it done!

The whole experience, from calling and inquiring about tires with MJ, Manager, and througout the process of getting my new tires on and an alignment, was positive . All the employees that helped me were professional and awesome.

Came in for maintenance service and they found an issue and brought me to the car to show me and explained it. I don’t trust many shops but Firestone is definitely going to be my go to from here on out. Trustworthy and the ladies up front are amazing at their jobs and have great attitudes!

Loving the new manager, Margaret! She is a high efficient lady! She gave me solutions right away and I really felt she took care of me! I have been taking advantage of in other places so many times where they charged me crazy amounts of money for things my car did not even need! Danielle is also amazing! She always gets my back and I could not be more thankful for this amazing Women Power working together!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Came in one day for brakes, and they took good care of me and had no issues. Decided to come back for an oil change a few weeks later, the manager Ms. Rooney remembered me and what they did with my vehicle and even went as far as asking about my wedding anniversary that I mentioned the last time I was here. I will definitely be coming back for everything that my car needs because of service and care like that. Thank you.

I highly recommend Firestone for your tires! I got a great deal today! Daniele took care of me and was awesome. PS the bathroom in there is very clean!!!! They were really busy but still had me taken care of in the time they said they would. Got my alignment too!!

I called in an emergency because I had a tire issue coming from GA to SC to visit my parents. No one else nearby had the tires I needed so I tried this Firestone. I spoke with Daniele. She was very, very friendly and thorough with the explanation of the costs and what to expect when I arrived. I ended up running behind on time and she STILL managed to get me seen in a timely manner. Customer service like hers is becoming so rare nowadays so it made this interaction all the more pleasant. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, to be honest. She stood out to me because she literally took care of me from the first call to the payment. Firestone ALWAYS has the most competitive rates for great rated tires. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing assistance in the area. I also feel it's worth sharing that the cleanliness of this location is immaculate.

I needed an alignment and new tire. While my truck was up the mechanic called me out to show me oil dripping. He showed me how to tell where it was coming from. I was not pressured into saying yes or no for additional service. During the alignment I asked to watch and asked question. I understand much more now thanks to Jose Roman. Very nice to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable is what he was doing. I will continue to come back.

This is not the place to go, they have had our truck for over three weeks and the lady at the front desk knows nothing and says nothing when asked questions or for updates. iv been told two separate times the truck would be ready but then its not. apparently they only have one tech and he is out "sick" often. when i asked why this had been taking so long the woman at the front desk said " I'm not holding your truck hostage you can come get it ". would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at this facility was horrible. I would not let them touch anything of mine again, only reason why they did was to honor a "lifetime" warranty on an alignment. The first time I picked up the vehicle would not drive straight on its own. Bring it back, they try to tell me I messed it up by GREASING it, which wouldnt do anything to it. I also have photos of it greased before I brought it up there.. it took ALL day for my alignment both times and the second time had a technician tell me he doesn't appreciate me saying he can't do his job, when obviously I'm back here with the same problem and then proceeds to say he has been doing it for a "couple" months.. like please say no more your not helping your case, I'm obviously back cause it's not right not to see yal that's for sure.. with all that said I review this shop to be past terrible I wouldn't let them touch anything they told me they took it on a test drive the first time so they wouldn't have giving it back to me if it wasn't right. Well literally just watched them take it off the alignment rack and not test drive. So please lie again. This facility is a joke.
