Came here with a dead battery after stopping by another national auto parts chain. The other store told me that the car battery I needed required a computer reset by a Ford Dealer and was over $270.
I was helped by a young man at this store who sold me battery for $195 and installed it in about 3 minutes.
The dude working here was awesome and no nonsense. Just finds a solution and makes it happen. Only shopping here from now on.
I was in the store for over 15 minutes and couldn’t find a single employee. There were at least 6 other customers, and none of us could check out or get help. Ended up leaving and buying what I needed at O’Reilly’s instead. Very disappointing experience.
I went in for a battery installation and Laketon and Nate were incredibly helpful and patient, making sure everything was completely resolved before I left. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and dedication. They absolutely saved the day!
Guy acted like he had something more important to do. He did have me go outside to get the piece from under my hood so he could enter the part number. Even after all that he said they didn't have it. But after running around town for an hour, I ended up back there where the piece magically appeared because the female manager found it. Hmmmm. Girl Power. Next time I will ask for her first.
The management is rude. I ordered parts online. I called to do curbside, the phone did not ring. I went inside to get the order I made online, he ask “what do I need” I explained I have an order number because I ordered online. He went to go get the parts. I told him the brake rotors are way too heavy for me because I have back problems can someone take it to my SUV. Management told me to get a cart and put them in one by one to solve my problem. One of the employees helps me because I am struggling. The management see I am struggling and management walks out of the store to give me a receipt I did not need because I get a receipt online. He could not help me with placing auto parts in my car but he can bring me a receipt I don’t need to my SUV.

Went in to purchase a battery replacement, but unfortunately my car required it to be installed by a mechanic. But the entire staff was helpful in getting my car jumped so I could take it to a shop. William was helping multiple customers back to back outside in the heat and was pleasant and friendly the entire time!
Awesome service, I stop at this auto advance to get the headlights for my car and Tammy was just wonderful she went out her way to make sure the headlights were working properly!

The young man was amazing. I had a nissan altima 2008 that needed a jump whenever I wanted to crank the car up. Went here, and he had a black hoodie with yellow writing on it he is a local artis and a skater... i can't remember his name, but he states he has only been working there for 2 months. He was professional with my husband and I. Great experience. I just hate I had no cash to tip him. We will be back later today or tomorrow to tip him.
Had a last minute emergency needing a battery replaced in my Camry. Orion helped me out and got it replaced vey quickly. Awesome service! Highly recommend these folks.
We received GREAT service today from DiQuan.
He tested our battery it needed charged.
We went back to get it and he retested it. The test came back showing a bad battery.
He had the battery we needed.

Walked in and waited forever for what I believe to be because I’m a white man. All I came in to do was buy oil and was met with waiting for almost 45 mins after being turned away by both cashiers and having other men that weren’t white come in after me and be taken care of as I waited the most racist experience I’ve ever experienced….
Stopped in with a dying battery. The very friendly guy at the counter tested the battery and had a new one installed within 30 minutes. I am very satisfied and will definitely be returning
I Will never shop here again, I walked in didn't say anything to me at all while standing at the counter holding a conversation saying all type of swear words as a company that is unprofessional as I walked around looking another customer walked in about a question and while explaining he sweared multiple times. When I got to the counter he then told the female the item I was getting was a waste of my money.
Great service. I phoned them to see if they had an item I needed. The person actually checked the shelf prior to answering my question. I drove there, inquired about the item and the counter person took me directly to it.
Great service from the employees each time I have gone. Thank you for being willing to have a conversation and great your customers. It is the small things at stores like this to me.

the service was impeccable. I loved the fact I was able to walk in, tell him what kind of car I owned, he showed me differant brands of wipers, pay and he walked out with me and put them on before i had unlocked the car. i was back on the road quick. for a single mom, I was very grateful.
