Most of the guys are great in here. Had an older lady today that tried to tell me she couldn't look up a 2 bolt 3 inch exhaust gasket unless I had a specific car. All I needed was an exhaust gasket with a 3 inch hole. I can cut my holes to match. The clamping surface is all I cared about. She refused to look one up. Went to O'Reilly. Told the guy I need a three inch exhaust gasket, he looked at it walked to the back picked it up. Matched mine perfectly. It was a miracle..... In and out. Having a manager that doesn't understand anything about how a car works or how universal or standard car parts work is pretty terrible. Poor customer service on her part. Zero knowledge on basic car information. She had zero interest in trying to get the part i needed.
Love this place, guys in here are super helpful. Hunter was amazing finding what I needed all off of a picture I showed him. Both men working today were super kind and helpful. I didn't get the other man's name, but Happy to have his help as well. I'm glad that this AutoZone has opened up on Lady's Island makes it a lot easier to get the things needed in a pinch. Anytime I've ever been in here everyone has been great, patient and just plain out amazing. Thank you guys!!!
Went in to buy a headlight bulb at 8:30 two nights ago. The place seemed empty of anyone working there. Finally after 5 minutes a big guy appears feeding his face. So I asked him what bulb I needed to buy and he looked it up and told me and I thanked him. So I went and got it and returned to the register to pay for it. Again hide and seek of anyone working! There was a young man ducked down staring at his phone behind the registers and So I stand there like five minutes hoping the other guy would come back out. Finally I say so that the young man could hear me, "I would like to pay for this and was ignored so I wait and ask again knowing for sure he heard me once again. Once again no response. I've been there plenty of times and bought things without any problems. Continue to eat, play on phones and ignore... I won't be back.
Jesse helped me out by checking my car battery and then switching out the bad battery for the new one. He was very professional and efficient. It was a great experience.
This place is amazing!! I went to a different autozone the day before and was given the run around. They did not check my car like they said they did. Trish was wonderful! Instantly helped and even walked next door to check on me at a different shop when my car wouldn’t start. Above and beyond service! 100% going back and will always recommend!
Great experience at AutoZone yesterday. Had a very corroded battery, luckily I was able to drive to AutoZone. Hunter did a great job taking out the old one and putting in the new one in a matter of a few minutes. Great customer service!
I went to my local Autozone on lady’s island (SC) and received the best service. James the store associate who assisted me was very professional, courteous and personable. He had the best attitude and disposition and really seemed to enjoy his job. So refreshing to experience these days!
Also a huge thank you to Hunter the store manager for facilitating the battery upgrade because the one I wanted to purchase ended up being a bad battery so he saw that I got the only other one available which ended up being a better battery for the price of the first one.

Bought a new battery. The gentleman who sold it to me asked whether I wanted him to install it and I jumped at the offer having done it myself, several times, usually with the wrong tools. He took care of it in 15-20 minutes and wouldn't accept a tip. Very thankful.
I went to Auto Zone this morning as I have a headlight out. It was pouring down rain and first thing this morning. The gentleman that changed my light bulb was so kind and never complained. He had a great sense of humor in a quiet way. I left there feeling as if I was an extremely valuable customer. Kudos to this great employee!

I went by with a check engine light on my Lexus gx, and got it quickly diagnosed by Khari there. He told me what was needed and cleared the stored fault codes. Super quick service and very helpful.

Don't even bother unless an emergency. Staff is full of new employees who are uneducated / poorly Trained. And thats when they have a staff. Best bet is too drive the 2 miles down the road to there "Ribault" location. I wish you luck.
No entrance off Sea Is Pkwy so enter past Wendys or thru Publix parking as the corner entrance for Sherman Williams is off and on blocked as the Tire store goes in. Strange ,very strange indeed that a Tire store took priority for the busiest corner on Ladys Isle. Yeah go figure. ? The entire plan that involves the City annexation of the business corridor is ridiculous. iMHO Pretty sure Ladys Is has the population to secede from Beaufort, just sayin
Anyway it's an auto store and seems to have the normal supply of auto servicing supplies. Closer than all the others, with more than Walmart but less specific than Napa. Associates were friendly and helpful.
Called 3 separate times after being on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Got hung up on 3 separate times and the last time the employee tells me they are super busy....well I was sitting in the parking lot by this time and low and behold 1 customer in the store 3 people behind the counter and the one who hung up on me 3 times still being rude to me. Lost a customer and I will be informing my other backyard mechs about this.
