It was Sunday my car battery died and I had to get a jump to get there. Just was hoping I’ll be able to get a new one. I met Yaya she was very helpful look at my battery and knew it was dead just from the smell coming from it. Then Tim came he took it out he said the battery was leaking. I had no idea it was. He got me a new one put it in and I was on my way. Thanks to them they were very helpful.

Christina, the store manager, is a God sent. Very professional and because of her I was able to take my baby to college. If yall want a fair, honest, and respectful person handling your car parts this Manager and store is the store you want to spend your money with. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Tim as he was very professional and kind. Prior to me arriving to the store, I called the day before and Tim confirmed the inventory I needed and advised it was in stock. Tim removed the old battery and installed the new one. It was also nice witnessing how kind he was to other patrons in the store, being very attentive and helping relieve their concerns for their emergencies. I also wanted to give a thank you Jason who I spoke to on the phone as well and offered to help. Lamont was also very kind and helpful, it is wonderful to see these gentlemen work as a team.

I would highly recommend this auto parts shop to anyone. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The staff also work really well as a team and care about the customer. I'm glad I chose this store.

We went to Charleston for the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and had some issues with our battery. Got that fixed and finished up our weekend and headed home to Savannah and then about 45 minutes away from home, our break line blew and we lost breaks. We called 2 other parts stores that were nearby and one didn’t have what we needed and the other didn’t answer. Finally we got ahold of someone here and let me tell you, they were amazing. Not only did they let us pay over the phone they also brought the parts to us! They stayed with us and tried to help to no avail. Did they leave us stranded?! Nope! They had someone else bring more supplies and stayed in the nasty heat for hours with us helping fix the issue. They even brought ice cold drinks for us. We had my 87 year old grandmother and 3 year old with us so it was very much appreciated because they were getting antsy. God truly sent us angels tonight and I am so thankful for their amazing and wonderful service. They went way above and beyond what anyone else would have. Mr David was one of them and I feel so bad I didn’t catch the lady name that came but I know she was in management. Thank you again guys for your outstanding customer service. You literally saved us tonight. 7/14/2024. I hope God continues to bless you for your efforts and hospitality. ?

Jenny, Garry, and Andy are some of the best in the business! When unexpected car trouble tried to ruin our vacation these awesome people went above and beyond to help us get our fuel pump working and our car back on the road. We were truly humbled by their kindness and knowledge.

Autozone is my go to place for car parts. Very helpful staff. Very clean store. Usually there is always someone there that can explain any questions I have. They went above and beyond to help me with my recent alternator issues, and allowing me to use a socket I did not have. Most helpful car parts place around!

David was exceptional! He answered all my questions. I bought a new battery and wiper blade for my Jeep. He installed them for me. He even found an issue with the battery connection and told me how to fix it. He was very helpful, kind and thorough. Thank you David. I greatly appreciate your help.

I rarely write negative reviews; however, the store at 2602 Boundary has me speechless! I walked in and no associate greeted me which is fine. I walked up to the counter where 2 associates are standing and both looked down as I approached them. After waiting for a while, I asked where should I go to get a particular part. One looked up and mumbled something that sounded like other. I assumed he meant go to the other counter so as I turned to leave he tells me he can help. As I’m waiting, two of my Caucasian peers enter the store and they are greeted with a cheerful welcome and how can I help you. I can not shop where I don’t feel accepted. I’ll drive further to the next Auto Zone before returning to this one.

Hunter was so helpful! Literally helped me with a turn signal bulb with friendliness and ease. I was once an AutoZone red shirt so it is nice to be assisted by someone just as knowledgeable and understanding! Thank you so very much Hunter!!

I went into the store today frustrated because I had to replace my brake light whoever rung me up told me they don’t install lights and I of course don’t know how to do that thank god for Hunter who took time out of his day to come out with me and install the light! We need more employees like him who go out of there way to help! Thanks Hunter for starting my day off positive!!!

Danielle is the most sweetest person ever great store manager knows exactly what she's talking about. All the other workers are so kind and have good knowledge of almost anything you bring by rather it be a noise or electronic issue they got your back!

My car was broken down and the driveshaft coupler went out on my Cadillac and I called Autozone @ 2030 with no way of getting to them if they had the part in stock and Thank Goodness for the manager on duty that night bc Mr David Pratt not only had my part in stock he also delivered the part to me because my car was out of commission.. They were efficient and courteous and all around professional and I wish there were more employees like David that are willing to help after hours because they closed at 2100 and my part was delivered to me by 2130 and Mr. Pratt did not have to deliver me anything after he worked all day .. so I can never thank him enough for helping me as much as he did I tried to Tip him and he declined the offer although I wish he would have taken it because I know gas is expensive and I don’t know if he drove out of his way or not regardless he helped me so greatly he has no idea just how much so Thank You Again for all the help tonight ? below is the new part vs what practically fell out the Cadillac ??♀️

My husband had to get his battery checked and ultimately switched out for a new one. This was an unexpected purchase and we did not have the tools to install the new battery. Though Autozone advertises free installation with the purchase of a new battery, at no point did the staff offer to do so. Even after my husband went in to purchase tools to install the battery in the parking lot. A little customer service goes a long way and we just felt a little let down. On a positive note, they did offer military discount and were able to sell us a new battery.

The thing that stood out to me the most was that I hadn't been in this location for probably a year or so and the guy remembered me! I know there are a ton of people in and out of here day in and day out, but for him to remember me, was awesome! The staff have always been as helpful and informative as you should expect from people who aren't directly in the repair industry (and they are usually honest when they are at a loss). They sincerely try to help you resolve any issues to the best of their ability!

you have a young man that works there with a diamond earrings on. can't remember his name. I know he used to work at the C store on Laurel bay. he needs an attitude adjustment and critical customer service skills. Long story short it was too early in the morning to have to deal with someone who obviously doesn't like where they work. and pretends like they are doing me a favor by serving customers. keep in mind the store was empty and all I needed was some headlights wipers and fluid

The staff was so helpful! I had called around to a few parts stores trying to find a hitch for my car and AutoZone was hands down the most helpful. I ended up ordering through them because of this and the part came in two days early! Will definitely go back for future car needs.

Went in to get a new ball for my hitch and needed the old one taken off first. Eric and John went out of their way to assist me, very friendly just outstanding customer service. John even bought a bottle of goo gone so I could wash the grease off my hands. Will definitely always remember the way they treated me!

Mr. Costa is one of the best managers I’ve experienced at any auto parts store. I can honestly say he is knowledgeable and takes care of the every day man who works hard to put food on the table. Definitely a man of integrity

The most helpful experience I've ever been a part of. Shout out to David Pratt and Michael Costa. They got sweaty and dirty when they didn't have to. We were hours away from home and these guys treated us like family. Further, local KENNY G stepped in to save the day. THANK YOU ALL.
