The owner was rude, and unprofessional. He was cussing and yelling, and saying all kinds of things that was unnecessary. I came to beaufort to visit family for Thanksgiving. My car got towed and interstate towing charge me $496 CASH ONLY!!. Even though i was told $45 aday. The math ain't mathing!! They had my car from Thursday until Monday. What in the shady business is this? I spoke to someone on Thursday and was told that they were closed on Friday. I popped up on Friday afternoon and they were opened. They were willing to release my car for $400 CASH..however I didn't have enough time to get the cash. I had the worst experience with this business. The customer service was horrible. I don't know if I was treated poorly because I'm black or because I'm a visitor or because I'm a female. I asked to speak to the owner of the business because I knew if the owners knew how I was being treated things would be different. Oh boy, was i wrong. I found out that the man that I've been dealing with is the owner. OMG!!

We were out of state for graduation and our car broke down. I don’t remember the driver’s name, but he arrived fast and he was extremely helpful and friendly. He is highly recommended and I am very thankful he was available to help. He made our bad circumstance bearable, had us laughing all the way to the dealership. He was also very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out.

Speeding 15 mph over the speed limit and reckless driving. No signal to indicate turns. Even almost backed up into my car when I got into my neighborhood! I wouldn’t just their tow drivers with my car if I’m being honest. Drivers seem like very dangerous drivers that weren’t tested before hired on. Company should be held more accountable for their drivers.

Such a good experience. Mike showed up on time, he was half the price that others quoted and did a great job, he took the stress out of our breakdown. 100% would recommend!!

This morning after what was supposed to be a quick Walmart trip with my small kids, my car wouldn’t start and my wheel was locked. I tried all the methods of unlocking the wheel, assuming it wouldn’t start because of that. After a mild panic I got a hold of USAA roadside assistance and they assigned this company to help me. Cliff was super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Someone offered us a jump box literally seconds before he pulled up and we managed to jump it, but he checked it over anyway and let us know the alternator was fine and it was likely the battery. He also gave us recommendations for battery brands he trusts. Couldn’t be more thankful for this company and their extremely fast response and kind demeanor during a really stressful moment in this insufferable heat

Nice people good service but did this to my car

They have a contract with the xpresspark in downtown Beaufort. My husband and I were filling out the text link while walking in the parking lot and saw that it was going to be $15 for TWO HOURS! we immediately started walking back to the car to find Beaufort County Parking. By the time my husband and I were back in our car trying to reverse (let it be known that maybe two-three minutes had passed since leaving the car to begin with) Tow truck guy parked behind us and told us to pay. Like I said, once we saw that it was $15 for two hours (was just going to yo-yos so would have spent 15mins?? I was not going to pay $15 for that!) So like I said we left the car, started walking, we were still in the parking lot we were maybe 15-30 feet from our car, we turned around and got back in our car and dude blocked us in saying we gotta pay. SCUMMMYYYY

Can't say enough good. Kind, caring, and careful, showed up fast, great equipment, and knowledgeable driver. Less than half the price others quoted me, and these guys showed up FAST. if you need a rig towed, they are your people. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

Mike was amazing! He was fair and quick to schedule the recovery to coincide with the tides. He arrived earlier than expected and had my trailer out of the water, lines coiled and even helped me connect my trailer. He’s super conscientious and genuine good guy. I couldn’t recommend him and interstate any stronger. Thank you Mike!!

From phone call to arrival about 20 minutes. Carl the driver was really nice, efficient and was on his way in about ten minutes. Will use again if need a tow!!

Highly satisfied!! A tow truck arrived 10 minutes after I called! Eric was very professional and courteous, and was able to jump start my (hybrid) Prius in very short order. Highly recommend!!

I got a call back from Interstate Towing, asking why the review i wrote. It appears that the phone number I got was a scam. I was NOT them I was talking to. I always have used Interstate with GREAT service. Don't be scammed when using them. Again I have always got great service from Interstate

They towed my car from an Airbb and damaged the driveway in the process and refused to take responsibility for the damage they did. They stuck me with a bill from the Airbb for $4,500. Users be ware!!!!!!!!

I recently moved to Beaufort so I don’t know the area very well but at 7am I got a flat tire on Trasck Parkway. I called Interstate Towing & Recovery told him where I was and what street I was passing by because I was continuing to drive on my flatire. The representative was rude and said call back when I have better directions and hung up, when I tried to call back he sent me to voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I have used them to get my truck towed. Very quick service, professional work, and very reasonable price. They are great.

Interstate Towing was called for a broken down flatbed truck in Beaufort. A driver was dispatched and had the truck loaded within 30mins. Great office staff, quick to respond, great customer service and fair pricing. Thanks!

I've had towing with this company before and the young man was excellent. Problem I had with them this tome was the attitude of the man that was there when I had to retrieve my items from my totalled vehicle was unacceptable. Another problem was I told the young lady at the desk to release the car to my insurance. The insurance had to call me at work to do something that already told them to do. Customer service training is seriously needed at this location. One thing good happened was another young man helped get my plate off my car. I did appreciate that.

These guys saved me and my family stranded with a broken truck and horse trailer at 9pm on a Saturday night. Cliff towed us 300+ miles from SC to FL. He also didn't smoke in the truck which was a nice gesture, thanks Interstate Towing.

As always, excellent service, fast response, very professional. Carl came to unlock my truck after I locked the keys in it. A+++ 5 stars...The only company I will call for my lockout and towing needs. Thanks again Carl.

Everyone dreads making a phone call that their car needs a tow! But Interstate's professionalism, clarity on pricing and communication skills have been superb. Not only did I receive text messages, but also a actual phone call from the driver letting me know when he be arriving. This was perfect because the car was not located on our property. Thank you for making this a smooth situation!

I didn't like the service they broke the bottom of my bumper and the top part that goes in need the hood when I called him about it they never called back ended up having to pay $500 deductible to get bumper an fender fixed

Wow - service beyond compare! Battery died while traveling thru the area and we needed assistance. We contacted Interstate when another tow service failed to appear. The driver not only showed up when he said he would but went the extra mile and offered advice on where we could stay overnight since all shops were closed by the time we were rescued!

This towing company ALWAYS comes through for me (the many times I've had to utilize their services) with a punctual turn around. When my phone service was in a bad area and I couldn't connect to set up a pick up, their service memebers made attempts to clarify then reached out via text to make sure I was situated to get my car towed home. Truly awesome company!

My car broke down last Monday night on Savannah Highway and the driver who assisted me arrived within minutes to help me through the busy traffic and get me safely down the street to a local shop to fix the problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need here in Beaufort and plan to use them again if I need to.

Patrick arrived before the expected time which I know is out of their control but was a nice surprise. Service on the phone and from him in person was excellent. I will recommend interstate to anyone that I know needs help.
