I have purchased 2 vehicles from executive auto in the past and never had an issue with either car. Lucky I guess! They were very generous with letting me take the car for a test drive and wasn't concerned with the amount of time to decide. No pressure at all. Unlike other dealerships. I'm getting ready to test drive another vehicle as it's time for another pre-owned vehicle.

A little late in writing this as I bought the car in January, but Executive was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I saw the car online and called to come test drive it. Kyle was informative on the car but applied no pressure at all. He even stayed after they closed to go through the sale with me, even though he was leaving for vacation. Despite a costly frozen brake caliper repair the first week I had it, the car has been exceptional. I highly recommend Executive.
Just purchased my first car from Executive Auto. It was a very smooth, low pressure experience. I absolutely hate car shopping, but this was clean and easy. Great place. Reasonable prices. Neil was very helpful. Purchased a car last month and the check engine light came on a couple weeks after purchase. I have been looking for a mid-size, 4 door pickup truck for a while. With an active 4-year old grandson and a new grandchild on the way, I needed a truck with room for two car seats. We found a vehicle we were interested in purchasing at Executive Auto after a web search, so decided to visit the lot for a look. Less than a week later we made a purchase, and the experience from beginning to end was perfect. John showed us the car first and set us up for a road test - he was very friendly and accommodating, but not pushy at all. We thought about it and decided to buy if the price was right. We then worked with Ed, and he exceeded our expectations - it could not have been a better experience. He took care of everything, from financing and warranty to registration and inspection, in a friendly, informative and supportive way. He answered every question, and when it came to the bottom line, he even managed to offer a purchase price, including a comprehensive 6 year warranty, that was lower than I was expecting. How often does that happen at a car dealership?!? I will recommend Executive Auto to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle, and I won't hesitate to go back myself. His soft approach was very helpful in our stressful situation to quickly find a replacement vehicle because our vehicle was totaled.
