Took me in next day for a mount and balance on a sunday before the snow storm. They were on time and took about an hour whitch was great. Fair price per tire with disposal. Mechanic also torqued the lugs making me leave with confidence. Office crew and mechanics were friendly and seamed to like working together.
Love your product and have been a customer for a very long time. Made an appointment for tires, alignment, oil change and inspection. Dropped off at 9am and was told ready by 5. Got dropped off at 5 and my truck wasn’t ready until 7pm. Really surprised since I’m usually impressed with this location. On the drive home I noticed the steering wheel isn’t straight when driving straight ahead after the alignment. Now I have an appointment 4 days from now to go back so they can fix it. Maybe open a second location to take some pressure off this place is something you should consider. They’re too busy to get it done right and when promised.

Moved to the area in January of 2025. I had a time blowout on the highway and after getting a spare on I drove to the Firestone in Woonsocket to get a near tire on which they did in time matter. That’s the only good experience I have had. Since then my car has been in and out of shop with them. They quoted me and repaired one thing for an inspection only for all the lights to come back on and for my car to need more services requiring my car to be there whole weekends finally had the issue fixed and a couple weeks later my battery light comes on take it to Firestone to get told my battery is and given a battery report. The next day my car dies. I check the battery report to find the report isnt from my vehicle at all. Again my car spends the night at the shop. Most recently go in for an oil change and an alignment. I am charged 124 for the alignment after being told I still need 4 new tires and get quoted $1200+ for 4 tires. After this is I went to Town Fair Tire was able to get 4 tires for significantly cheaper. Also got a alignment and was told I need to make a quick cheap fix or I would keep wearing out the rear tires quicker than needed.
Mind you Town Fair Tire is not a mechanic they make no money from telling me hey this needs to get fixed. Firestone and their management and team at the Woonsocket location are crooks and not only
For profit. They would have charged me for another alignment 4 tires and not
Mentioned my rear needs repairs. I would avoid this location. They will lie and put you and your cars safety at risk.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t let Mike touch your car, I need both hand to count how many times I had bring back my car because the job was not done well.took my car to a different shop for the same problem and turn out it the parts didn’t need to be replaced and not what they “fixed”. Mike doesn’t care about helping your car, he cares about making his quarterly sales. Make sure you get different quotes, that was my mistake when I first bought my car. Got some money back for their mistakes, but got humiliated in the process publicly. Quote” your gonna have to work for this money” DONT TRUST MIKE, he will suck you dry. (?) ? jokes aside, make sure to ask question before you pay. Other tactics they use, claiming that the technician does recommend you driving the car without replacing the “faulty parts”. I wish I had more space in here to write all the bad interaction i had at that shop. Not all firestone operate like mike operates his shop. Hope this helps someone save money they do t need to spend and getting scammed by “ professionals” ✌?
After I called the store, I was given an appointment the next morning. The representative there addressed all my concerns. I feel comfortable knowing my car was serviced correctly.
Had an electrical issue with a 2017 Kia we brought it in to have it diagnosed. They found the problem. Had the work done well had the parts ordered the wrong parts wound up coming in they got the right parts. The car is running like a top we’ve been dealing with Mike and Shana for several years now top-notch service, absolutely professional we will not be taking our cars anywhere else. Mike the manager of Firestone in North Smithfield is someone that I can trust to get the best price and service in town. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and although no one likes to spend money for repairs I feel like I am in good hands with Firestone. Thank you
From walking in to the establishment the customer service was amazing. From getting set up and helped throughout the whole process each member from front of house all the way to the mechanics team. I’ve never had such an easier experience. The manager was all about helping everyone and wouldn’t stop until he provided solutions. Couldn’t be any happier. Cheers to them
Kind and courteous didn't try and up sell me on other products and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. Also they had no problem alignment my car with aftermarket toe and camber adjusters just let them know while making the appointment that you vehicle has any modifications before hand.
Mike and his staff are the best! I’ve never had any problems with getting an appointment and they always work to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. I appreciate how they all take the time to clearly explain what the issue is, how much it will cost, and future services that I may need. I’ve always had a positive experience and feel like the staff really tries to go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this Firestone!
The employees, mechanics, and manager at this Firestone location all went above and beyond, graciously allowed me to drive home to find my necessary paperwork, greeted me outside once I returned, and helped me in every way possible to ensure that my car was safe to drive. They communicated openly and with compassion when I encountered a problem, and were able to offer a solution to get me back on the road. I have never felt so well taken care of in a time of need than I did at this appointment in the North Smithfield RI location. I am beyond grateful for each of these stellar people and their efforts to provide above-and-beyond service for me right before the holidays. Christmas came early for me. And this is why I will always choose my guys at Firestone!!!

I bring two of our personal vehicles here and a company vehicle as well. The prices are very reasonable, the service is very good, and the staff is very personable, accommodating and professional. From the store manager on down the North Smithfield RI location is top notch. Quick, courteous, accurate and talented. I think I've spent close to 2300 dollars in the last 90 days or so with a string of typical wear and tear items on my 2016 Chevy Silverado but I'm still smiling because the way I'm treated each time. Brought it in for an oil change but the suspension felt off and they diagnosed the issue, the manager was open and honest with my options and took great care of me. Ended up needing struts and stabilizers. Second item was a faulty sensor causing my fan to kick on constantly. The young lady ( sorry, I'm terrible with names) new a ton about Chevy's and diagnosed it quickly and got it taken care of. Latest trips were front brakes and they over delivered again! I trust this place implicitly.
Not happy with your credit card company CFNA No autopay option. Scheduled a same day pymt 2x didn't work and got hit with 2 late fees. Complained and got my limit cut by 500?!!!???! Dropped my credit score by 40 points too!! Felt petty and punitive because I complained.
I’m not much for giving reviews online for anything, ever, but today was an exception . In Our current environment of dollar over dealings it is not often that customer service is made a priority. This is my third visit to this location and by far the best. My last two visits were great, but this one was exceptional. Mike was so accommodating and helpful. He was friendly and I genuinely felt like he cared about his customers and their experiences. I got four brand new tires. The service on my vehicle was exceptional. if I could have given a 20 star review, I would have!
I recently came in to get new tires and the employee that goes by the name Shawna went above and beyond to help me get the perfect all season tires for my car ! She was very helpful and communicative about the extra needs that my car needed. I will definitely bring my car back here for other services !
The manager Mike was extremely helpful regarding a defective new tire. I bought the car new and with 2700 miles, there was a bubble along the sidewall over the weekend. Went straight to the dealer where I bought the car and they would not help me as I needed to purchase the tire and told me to deal with the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer and they said once the tire is dismounted, warranty becomes invalid. Called Mike and told him my situation, I came by and he inspected the tire and agreed that it was a defect. That said, he provided an “at cost” refund and provided full hazard warranty to the car. Just an incredible experience and I’m extremely happy.
Battery replacement done on time. Had a little hitch when shutting off my car the radio stayed on. A couple of technicians came out and took care of things quickly. Good job!
I inadvertently scheduled an appointment online that was later than traditionally fire Stone takes appointments. Matt was awesome. He got me in with a smile. Treated me very kindly and got me on my way quickly. Great place. Great guy.
This is the best firestone! I've been to them all, but the service in north Smithfield is top notch.
I drive past 3 or 4 locations just for their service. Always in and out. Other locations set dates and times for you and are never ready and keep you waiting.
On a side note, the bathroom is so inviting even women don't mind doing their business while flushing multiple times. Not leaving anything to the imagination.

Had a last-minute issue before going away on vacation that Firestone got me in for within the hour. Service was fantastic, friendly, and funny. We had a great time chatting with Matthew, who alongside Mike helped us with everything we needed. This is not our first experience with this Firestone location and will definitely not be our last. As always, we felt welcome and left more than satisfied.
I can’t say enough good things about Firestone! Mike is absolutely the best — he’s honest, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with my car. I never feel pressured or unsure about any repairs because he’s upfront about everything and always gives me the best prices. The quality of work is top-notch, and my car always runs perfectly after a visit. It’s so nice having a mechanic I can actually trust! Highly recommend Mike and the team at Firestone.
I took my car for an inspection but the check engine light was on. They unplugged the battery to turn the engine light off and did not fix anything but still charged me $180 for an inspection and a diagnostic even though they diagnosed nothing and didn’t inspect it obviously. They told me it was all set and good to go. The light came back on 2 days later. I brought it back. They kept my car for 3 days without calling me. When I finally reached out they said they don’t know what’s wrong with it and to take it to the dealership.
The associate who assisted me, Matt, was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable from the start of my calling to inform him that my vehicle was being towed from AAA to his location with a flat tire. They promptly serviced my tire and was able to plug it, saving me the cost of purchasing a new tire. They followed up with me within a couple hours of my car being towed there and Matt explained everything to me in detail and was happy that he was able to repair the tire for a minor cost to me. I have used this Firestone location for all of my vehicle's maintenance and repair needs for several years and have been provided with consistent 5 star service. I highly recommend them!
I went there to put new tires on the car as well as get the alignment and balancing. Price was fair, service took about two hours. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on one of the rims. I looked closer at the other one and it was also scratched up! They damaged two rims on the car! Do not go there, don’t waste your time! You never know what condition you get your car back.
