Have purchased an older vehicle wanted to cleaned and serviced before I put it away for the winter. They thoroughly went through it change the fluids greased all the fittings left insured with the knowing wasn’t a 15 minute oil change. It was a thorough inspection of the whole vehicle.
Got my inspection done today and everything was great. Booking the appointment was simple and quick. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The inspection was fast and went well. A few minor suggestions but I didn't feel pressured at all to do anything same day. Will definitely be back in the future!

I stopped in for a quick oil change and mentioned a few new concerns I’d noticed since my last visit. Not only did they complete the oil change within the time they promised, but they also took the time to address some of my concerns and even put together a service plan for my next visit.
Mike’s son, also Mike, came out from the back to personally go over what he had found. It was great being able to talk directly with the tech who worked on my vehicle and hear his explanation firsthand. It gave me confidence that my car is being taken care of properly and will stay in top shape.
I went to NSAC for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was planning to buy. They are a cut above! They fit me in within a couple hours after my call. Not only did they do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, but they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. As we were leaving, we noticed an odd creaking noise after driving over some bumps. We returned to the shop, and the mechanic came out right away to take a look. He diagnosed thw issue (front coil spring had broken) and made sure it was added to the list of concerns in the printout, so we could address it with the seller.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from NSAC. If I lived closer (we're 30 miles north), they would be my go-to automotive repair place!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop. Mike is fabulous. He not only identifies the problems but fixes the cars quickly at a very affordable price. This is the only place we have had my son’s car serviced since being at Bryant for 4 years.

Many thanks to the MSAC team for fitting us in as our Subaru Outback needed brakes and our timeline was tight. A first time customer we only have good things to say, as they accomidated us on two days notice, did a thorough job, including test driving and seating the brakes. All done on time.
The team was flexible around drop off and pick up, with the overall cost of the work being in line with market rates. Overall a great experience and we will bring our cars their again.

Nothing but great experiences at this auto shop. I've gotten all my vehicle oil changes, brakes, etc here and have never had an issue. Always accommodating and reasonable prices! And the women and the office are a pleasure to speak to and beyond helpful with explaining and pricing. No wonder this business has been open as long as they have!
This place is fantastic! I went here recently to get my car inspected and they noticed my rotors were rusted through and I needed new brakes- something a different shop missed entirely even though it was obvious once you looked! I was in a tough spot because I was traveling from Worcester and was late on getting my inspection done. They were super busy that day but when I told them about my predicament they went above and beyond to get it sorted for me the same day! They didn't have the parts in but were able to get them from somewhere super fast (like magic!) and they fixed my brakes, did the inspection, and even replaced my broken windshield wipers and recharged my AC! They even got me some french fries while I waited! Everyone was so friendly and helpful I honestly can't recommend them enough! GO HERE! This is the only place I'll bring my car from now on! A++++

Amazing customer service and impeccable work! Mike is always courteous and helpful, never makes you have work done that you don't need. (He will, on the other hand, let you know ASAP when you absolutely need something done.)
Rates are reasonable, but the end result is why I keep coming back! As a Jeep Wrangler owner (that may find himself in the woods every once in a while), I get to see everyone at NSAC pretty often and I have yet to have a single issue!
I would recommend to anyone and everyone to give them a shot!
