I was impressed on the knowledge and level of calmness angel provided as buying a car is very stressful . Process of buying car was smooth straight forward and quick. All together it took aprox 3 hours. Jay Arias was our guy and he is very patient and knowledgeable about all Toyota inventory. I would recommend this dealership.

Bart is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Helped me find exactly what I wanted without the feeling of being rushed or pressured. Bart made the experience enjoyable compared to the high pressure stereotypical sales people. Overall the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Will be returning here in the future and will recommend if you need a new vehicle ask to see Bart Jones you will not regret it.

My wife and I made an appointment for a test drive. When we got there we were told the vehicle was promised to another dealership already, so we wouldn't be able to buy it, but we could test drive. We weren't accompanied on the drive and never really had a chance to review features/options with the sales team. They did offer to find us a car and requested a $500 deposit. We were them told two weeks before they could get us a car. We ended up buying from another dealership and requested a refund of the deposit. After being told it was requested and we were all set to have the deposit refunded, I was told today that they needed me to come in to process it, but they didn't communicate that when the request was made. Overall, not great communication and I got the impression they didn't really care if we bought from them anyway.

Just purchased a used car at the Dealership and took the car in for service recently and the service attendant Michael Jordan was his name and very happy with his diligent and. Knowledge of cars ! It was a pleasure to interact with him! He made the service experience so much more enjoyable ! It's one of the last family owned big dealerships around. I've had good experiences with sales department, financing department, and the inventory on offer. My only issue is that a drill was used to attach my plate with oversized screws which stripped out the plastic mounting bracket.

I recently went to Toyota of Smithfield to test drive a used RAV4 Prime. When I walked in and Angel was waiting to meet me. I talked though the specific car I was looking for and he listened, explained some of the specs in more detail and was generally so great to work with. The Rav Prime is a EV and gas vehicle and when I went for a test drive and the car was running in hybrid mode. When I came back from the drive, Angel took the vehicle back to charge so I could test driving in EV mode. After discussing with him my options and disclosing my plans to visit other dealerships, he was super understanding. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing the Rav at Smithfield and I could not have been happier with my decision. Angel and the Toyota of Smithfield team were really great all around, no pushy sales tactics and upfront communication is the reason I’m the 3rd person in my immediate family to buy a car from Smithfield. If I ever need to replace my car (and I hope I don’t) I would 100% return and work with Angel again.

Toyota of Smithfield is one of the few dealerships that I instilled trust. Their kindness to me and swift attention to my car is greatly appreciated. My most recent experience with service advisor Yasine Shomali was no exception. When I unexpectedly arrived, he quickly addressed my concerns, evaluated the situation, provided his differential and recommendations. It is clear he is knowledgeable and cares for the cars and the people who drive them. I am grateful for his patience and expertise.

The sale rep Angel was very professional and patient. I would give him 5 stars. The Toyota Sienna is a leap forward compared with my traded-in 2013 Honda CR-V. I think the price at xToyota of Smithfield is competitive. One thing I am not very happy about was the price I paid for the Vehicle Service Agreement: more than doubled the amount I got when I checked multiple AI suggestions. I would do business with them again but better prepared, especially for any add- ons.

I had a great experience buying my new truck at Toyota of Smithfield. Not only do they have a great product, but the customer service was amazing. The secretary in the front when you first walk in (I didn't get her name) was warm and welcoming. She pointed my brother and I to the free amenities while she found a sales associate for us. Steven Marius was our sales accociate. He was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was shopping for. We looked at a few different trucks and he helped me narrow it down to the exact truck I was looking for. He took us on a great route for the test drive and made sure to point out all the features I was interested in. Steven was very honest and in no way pushy. He made my experience, which I normally hate, great! Thank you Steven for helping me find my dream truck. I would recommend Toyota of Smithfield to anyone looking for a great reliable vehicle.

After purchasing vehicles from five dealerships over the years, Toyota of Smithfield provided the BEST experience! That’s because Tarek and Mike made the experience completely stress-free. Our salesman, Tarek, was outstanding! His calm demeanor, friendly attitude and vast knowledge of the trucks we looked at went above and beyond. The Sales Manager, Mike, was just as great! I appreciate how thoroughly he explained the process and answered questions and never seemed rushed or annoyed. Luis Montserrat and Chris the financing manager were the Beat of the Best. The environment at Toyota is relaxing, welcoming, and very very supportive of your financial position. Luis knew the details and intricacies about EVERY vehicle I asked about down to the weight of the vehicle. Luis and Chris were extremely educating and great communication about the process, the financial possibilities, and very supportive of the position I was in while accomishing the the goal of the better beneficial financial position with acquiring my Toyota Camry. This Toyota team does not play games and waste time. If you can't acquire a vehicle in any of the 100 ways then you really aren't trying because they make ways from no ways. I was very very comfortable that Luis and Chris sincerely and genuinely had my interest at heart like it was their own. I *WIL* be purchasing a 2nd vehicle in Toyota SMITHFIELD before the end of the year specifically because THIS Toyota location is the Best of the Best AND because of Luis. From the moment we walked in, he made everything easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Sufi was patient, upfront, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect vehicle—not just making a sale. He explained everything clearly, answered every question, and never once pressured us. This dealership is responsive, professional and bends over backwards to satisfy! I have been to several other dealerships and I keep coming back to this one! Their salespeople (hint:ask for Angel!) are well-trained and knowledgeable. They don’t try to over-sell and learn exactly what you are looking for and then they deliver results. My sister went into this dealership Friday morning for a simple oil change. The time spent there wasn’t the issue — the real concern was that the technician did not put enough oil in the vehicle. I called the service manager to explain what happened. His initial response was, “Drive it back in.” I mention if he did t put any oil in then they will be replacing the engine… Then he changed his mind and told us to have it towed instead. This was Friday afternoon, my sister had two children in the car, along with a birthday cake and presents. This is not the level of care or professionalism I would expect from a well-established dealership. I ended up topping off the oil myself, adding two full quarts (the vehicle takes five total). Honestly, I’m relieved they didn’t rotate the tires, because I’d have to double-check that the lug nuts were even tightened. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in both the service provided and how the service manager handled the situation

From the moment I met Tarek he was the most nicest and kindest sales person I have ever me. He made me feel comfortable and appreciated. he made sure I was taken care of and also he made sure that everything that I wanted for my car was an option and if the option wasn’t available he would find another way to figure out what he could do to help me. Purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Smithfield in September 2025. From finding the car online, to driving out of state to test drive it, bought it same day, and drove it home, the car buying process was so smooth and stress free because of how friendly, personable, and caring the staff are. I especially want to highlight the salesperson I worked with, Joseph. He was so patient with me, he really listened to me and my needs, and found the perfect fit for me. I also want to thank Sam from financing who assuaged my anxiety about the payment process. The dealership let me "test drive" a new vehicle to my bank to pick up my cashier's check (due to the condition of the vehicle I was trading in), which I thought was very sweet and kind. Overall, the from start to finish, I was able to purchase a used vehicle in flawless condition within 24 hours of finding the listing online. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for service and in 10-15 years from now when I will need a new vehicle, I would absolutely purchase from here again. Highly recommend these folks.
