My family and I have went to Reliable Auto Repair for years now and they have never let us down. Always affordable prices and they are very nice people.
Literally like family known them all my whole life, great people, having some hard times a lot of work but not many workers but Sean and Nathaniel and Franky do the best they can since COVID they lost one mechanic because he he quit because of COVID, the one owner and mechanic Ricky died earlier this year, but they still do what ever they can to help out anyone who comes into there garage
Fair prices, honest assessments, no upselling. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and give you the most cost-effective options to fix it. They explain which repairs will delay problems vs. which will solve them and offer you honest pros and cons based on the value of the vehicle. It's nice not to be pushed into spending more than necessary, especially in today's economy.
Everyone at this shop was very nice and hardworking. Gave me a fair and honest quote on some sensors, got me in quick, and worked until the problem was resolved. Even explained everything in a way someone with no auto experience could understand. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs.

I got an oil change here and they damaged my side view mirror, and immediately called me to inform me they had damaged it and would replace it at no cost to me. Over the following three months, I was never contacted once but continued calling to inquire when I would receive a replacement mirror install or the money to have it fixed elsewhere. I was repeatedly told that they were working on it—first that the package was lost, then that they for some reason couldn’t order me another mirror, and finally that if they couldn’t get me another mirror they’d at least give me the money to have the work done at another shop. To this day, five months later, I have never been contacted, I have never received a replacement mirror, and I have never been remediated any payment whatsoever for the damage that Reliable Auto caused to my vehicle. At my own expense, I have now replaced the $550 side view mirror and had it installed for another $300 by a different shop. I hope that you do have a good experience if you go to Reliable, but I want to warn you how poorly they act when something goes wrong in their shop. Buyer beware, this place does not care about the customers whose cars they damage.
They were so sweet. I was sent here by my son who has used their services before and had nothing but good reviews. I went in for some simple service & was greeted by 2 very pleasant ladies who helped me quickly & had a mechanic with me immediately. He removed a tire for me found an issue I hadn't thought of but fixed it without my having to purchase yet ANOTHER part as I was already on my way to pick up a new rim to bring back to them for tire mounting. He checked over everything before placing the new rim & tire back on my my car, even my brakes. They are great people, I absolutely see what my son was talking about. I'll definitely return.

Great service my vehicles are always repaired quickly and they warranty their work. They tell you honestly if it's worth fixing or not. Never a bad experience here. highly recommend them.
My vehicle front passenger axle broke on Monday morning. Stopped and talked to Jill and Rick, they were very busy. They allowed me to have my vehicle towed to the shop. Made arrangements to get it into a bay and started ordering parts. I am very happy to say my vehicle has been repaired in 3days and I am picking it up tonight. Thank you Jill and Rick, it is so nice to work with professional and friendly people. BTW, the price was very reasonable

Someone referred me here cause I was having issues with my car. Although they are really busy and backed up, it was convenient and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I plan on taking my car back there for some other work.
The lady that makes the appts was very nice and helpful. She's the main reason I would go back. I can't recall her name, but I think her brother is the mechanic in charge
Dealer quality at way better prices. family owned and operated i have been dealing with shawn ,rick, jill ,and randy. For at least 35 years. THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN GREENSBURG. NO QUESTION.
Check engine light went off and I had the diagnostics read - cylinder misfire. Mind you, this business already fixed the first two misfires and so i was expecting a quick easy fix like i had experienced with the other two. When i was called back to pick up the vehicle i was told they had done nothing but drive it down the road and back. They tried telling me that they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t know which cylinder was the problem, but i GAVE THEM the printout from the OBD when i dropped my vehicle off. The woman at the desk continued to say that once one cylinder goes, the rest follow. knowing this, on top of my check engine light that is STILL on, why would you not replace the damn part? i even informed her which cylinder i know to be misfiring, and she came up with every excuse as to why they did not to the job that i was paying them to do. so now, i’m going to another mechanic so that i don’t get stranded when i break down! shame on you people. you should be embarrassed by your idiocy.
Reliable is a local mechanic that has been a servicing Greensburg since 1972 I believe.Family owned & operated. This is a place to get any kind of work done that you need to your automobile. Fair priced & quick at what they do. There's many years of experience there . They will do it right. Very Reliable.

Their mechanical work is good, but their integrity is abhorrent. They will NOT automatically give you the best price (especially on parts) and they will try to 'weasel' out of responsibility if they screw up. With many years of personal/business/customer relationships they still ripped me off for about a grand.
My son is a college student in Greensburg and we live in NW Ohio. He had a problem with his car, so I called Reliable because they were close to him. One call was all it took. They lined up a tow, repaired the car (a broken brake line), and even picked him up and drove him to their facility to pick up his car. All of this in just a few hours, and at an excellent price.
