Really grateful for guys at Zappones. My son is a student in Greensburg and was having some car trouble. A friend told us about a good experience at their garage so we had his car towed there since it was too far to tow it home. They helped us diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly. They were honest, transparent, and easy to work with. Follow up, a few months later, we took our vehicle back to get inspected before my son returned home for winter break. It’s an older car so it needed to have a few things done, but they were great to work with. They gave us our options, we’re transparent about the cost of the repairs, made the repairs quickly and got him on his way. Thankful again to be able to work with the guys at Zappones. It’s not easy being able to trust somebody and when you’re hundreds of miles away but these guys have proven to be trustworthy on both occasions that we have used them.

My first visit here, referred to by a friend who is a very satisfied customer. Donnie spent time explaining to me what the issues were with my vehicle & suggested a plan to resolve the problems. He was very professional, knowledgeable.

I have had great luck with mechanics in the past, but none of them exceed Zappone’s.Whether I’ve had a standing appointment or have run into an urgent problem — as happened Sunday when my vehicle had to be towed there — they have come through for me without fail.From diagnosis through repair, they have provided reliable service at a reasonable cost and have taught me a bit along the way. Update: Just had routine service from Zappone’s, and as before, the service was great, they let me know my tires needed to be rotated (free at Costco), and I was again reassured that it is worth the 45-minute drive to take my cars there. While a few good auto service providers are closer to me, Zappone’s is thorough, time-sensitive, conscientious, and reasonably priced. They’ve earned my confidence in their work and I will always turn to them first.

Have taken our vehicles to Zappone’s for the past 7 years. Recently had to get repairs done by dealership on 2023 Nissan Rogue (covered by warranty). Dealership suggested additional recommendations for maintenance service that was close to $1,200. Zappone's was able to get us in the next day and completed the same work for less than $750. Zappone’s has reasonable pricing and great customer service.

Honestly they never disappoint. The prices are fair and they’re thorough so no complaints.

I have a 2017 Chevy Equinox with 139500 miles an oil consumption problem, and the Zappone's is helping me figure out how to get as many miles out of it as I can.

I don't go anywhere else. The service is phenomenal and the prices are fair. They never nickel and dime you, and will give you an honest assessment for repairs/needs of the vehicle, if any are actually needed.

I’ve been going to Zappones for decades! They are awesome, from the desk to the car bays. They take care of you from start to finish. They keep my vehicles running smooth and have fair market prices. Also, being a woman, they don’t try to take advantage of “the little women that don’t know a lot about cars”….they are honest and just plain good people.

My family has been using Zappone’s as our mechanic for a long time, and for good reason. Service is always fairly priced and done well. The folks working there are friendly. They were able to fit my in within a week of me calling and did a fantastic job with putting my tires on and seeing why my check engine light on - which the Honda dealership evidently didn’t solve.

First time customer Called for an inspection got me in in a few days. Thought I needed brakes they told me my brakes were fine. It was in my tires, causing the vibration and they didn’t pass inspection went and bought new tires brought the car back. They put the sticker on it. The price was right I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service.

Zappones is the best! They are kind, listen to your needs, understanding, and do excellent work! They always get me in super quick, and I usually get my car back the same day. They ensure you know what’s going on with your car and give you an accurate estimate of what it’s going to cost you before proceeding. They are reasonably priced and do great work! I would definitely recommend them for anyone!

Great experience right down to the towing. The price was incredibly fair for all the work and level of difficulty.
