My 17 yo son needed new front brake pads for his Cobalt. He went to Napa for their lowest priced brake pads. They were 22.99 a set for the front pads. I believe it was Jeremy that helped him? Anyway, he begged my son to not put the cheaper pads on his car. When my son said thats all the money he had, Jeremy offered to sell him the next tier brake pads for the cost of the cheaper ones! I usually dont go to Napa much becaise they always seem to be a few dollars more than other stores. The actual concern for my son that they showed, and didnt have to, is worth more than the few extra dollars. I will buy from Napa as much as possible now!! Thank you!!!
Was promised a battery for my car at 2 different times on a saturday when i stopped in at 830am...the store never even ordered it so I had to drive to a different store which I could have done myself in the morning. My antique car sat out baking in the sun with no battery and when I finally got it from jeannette the steering wheel cover popped off and something in the engine blew from extreme heat. All could have been prevented if I hadn't been promised the battery now who knows how many thousands of dollars this is gonna cost me over a warranty issue with a bad battery. I'll never go back
Fast and friendly service. Cashier was a little unsure what he was doing but may if been newer. He really didn't speak a while lot and ended up getting another worker to help with what was needed. Price was fair and store was very well stocked and clean. I shop here now and then and will continue to.
Great store, reminiscent of the old days when parts people were interested in getting you the right part. Go to a different chain and if it's not what the computer calls for , they can not help you. Nappa will break out the books and catalogs,cross reference part numbers and take extra steps that you won't find elsewhere to get you the right part.
Only good thing about this place is the price of the battery I bought. Staff less than helpful. Did not even offer to help me the tool I was looking for, just let me wander around. Won't go back unless I absolutely have to.

I went here to change my battery and they gave me everything I needed to do it, tools, terminal cleaner, and even loaded it on onto a cart so I could do everything right in the parking lot. Unfortunately they don't change batteries themselves anymore because of liability reasons
Had to make 2 trips to the store to get the correct parts (wrong parts in box) and an additional 3 trips to recieve the parts that came from another store. 2 of those times were given to me incorrectly by the salesman "Rocco". I like the store and the other workers, but he seems to be out there.
Good place to get your auto or motorcycle needs from. The guy at the front desk who helped was awesome at his job and went above and beyond. The only one "knock" I have on this place is when I needed a radiator for my honda a few years back and i called and they said they couldnt get one and referred me to some place in Michigan. Overall i think 4/5 is appropriate.
Went to have the voltage of my battery checked- fabulous service! Checked my voltage, and then said they wanted to look at one more thing before making the decision- installed the battery for me, double checked everything and THEN completed the sale just to make sure it was what was needed. Truly appreciate the service and support!
Knowledgeable staff I go here when I need anything for my audi or my buddies volkswagen they are the only place that has the required engine collant for vw and audi as far as i am aware
Fast friendly service. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to help. Keith went above and beyond by discussing my cars issue with me and giving suggestions on what else may be causing the problem.

Needed riding lawnmower parts and had them all . Great service nice employees and had lots of knowledge of what I needed and thanks for the help now I don't have the worst yard on the street
never knew they could make hydraulic lines. no idea how competitive they are on pricing, but walked in, threw the nasty frayed line on the counter, 10 mins later they handed me back a new line.
NAPA is old school with more of a selection than most auto parts stores. But with more of a selection of off the wall stuff that you can't find anywhere else. Been doing business for many many years and have never been let down.
My first impression was not good.
I walked in and stood by the counter, there were two guys behind the counter..one on the phone, one "helping" someone else. I stood there for 5 mins....another employee walked passed me..and disappeared.
The employee that was helping a customer turned out to be friends with the customer, so instead of taking a minute to stop his friendly conversation with his buddy about how his life is at the moment to ask me if i needed help...he just ignored me like i wasnt there.
Finally, another employee came out, he must have just clocked in. He was very pleasant and willing to help! Got me what u needed and this two friends were still talking by the time i cashed out and left.
That IS NOT good customer service! But im very pleased with the man who ended up taking a second of his time to help me. Since there were 2 others who couldnt be bothered.
They took the time to find what I was looking for and gave me several options to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
Again another Merchant it used to be johnny-on-the-spot, run up and help you.
Used to be personalized attention, and now I'm happy to get any attention at all. Yes of course in park is due to "busy times". They paying so much attention to the garages that they don't have enough time left to deal with The walk-in customers. I grant you that the shops and garages are the bread-and-butter however we are the ones that put the word out that this is the place to go.
For example my go-to guys are at the Zone(AutoZone of course). When you're in the Zone .... well, you know the drill. glwt.
