Nicks towing is a great company. Every time I have been in a pinch and waiting for another tow truck company to make it to me, Nick makes sure to come through. He is a kind soul who makes sure to explain things and does his absolute best work to help you. I highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs.

Really helped me out of a stupid and frustrating situation where my car was stuck in the snow. If it ever happens again I know who to call. They were quick and professional, and I am very grateful for their service.

My car was stuck right outside my house in the snow. We called Nick's Towing and they were fantastic. They were responsive, quick, very reasonably priced, and really helped us out. Would definitely use their services again, and would highly recommend! Thank you Nick and Nikki!

We were helped at Giant Eagle by Nick about a month ago. He was very helpful and determined that our tire pressure wasn't low after all, even though the sensors said it was. The only problem we had was that the receipt was never texted to us. After several calls, they ultimately texted me a photograph of the receipt.

In my experience, Nick’s Towing was completely unprofessional and dishonest. I brought my car here for repairs, paid a lot of money, and the issues were never actually fixed. I was repeatedly told things were repaired when they clearly were not. I felt pressured, intimidated, and taken advantage of during this process. When I questioned the charges and asked for my money back, they refused, even though the problem remained exactly the same. I left feeling like they were trying to drain every dollar from me instead of fixing my car. What made it worse is that I felt threatened with losing my vehicle, and it seemed like they were more interested in keeping or selling my car than helping me get it back on the road. The whole situation felt shady, predatory, and wrong. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a towing/repair company. I would never recommend Nick’s Towing to anyone. Please protect yourself and go somewhere else. & I neverr write reviews but these people ARE TERRIBLE.

They were amazing! I was stranded almost an hour from my home when my car wouldn't start & they came out in a timely manner & tried to get it started first but unfortunately it wouldn't so I had to be towed 55 miles away lol. We talked the whole ride & it felt like I knew them forever. They are the best tow company I've ever experienced in 25 years of driving!!

Nicks towing is the best! My husband’s car got a flat and he already had the donut on the car. We couldn’t move it so I googled towing and Nicks towing and auto had the best reviews! They had to order the tires but they got it all done in less than a days time. Thanks so much! Will def be using them again!

Straight up the nicest people and fair price!!!!! My car literally died on a busy road and he came straight out to help get it off the road in the middle of another tow to be sure it was off the road and we were safe. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

This is more than just a service; it's a family that truly cares. I found myself in a tough situation, stranded on the highway on a Sunday afternoon with a dead alternator and no one open to help. They came to my rescue, picking me up and taking care of the towing and repair. The fact that they then delivered my car to my hotel shows an incredible level of dedication and customer care that you just don't see anymore. Their kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This company is absolutely amazing! I was at work and my wife was stranded at a red light when her car broke down! We called them and they had several tows but dropped everything on a 90 degree day and came to the rescue. The air wasn’t working and my wife had our 2 month old baby with her. I left work and they were there before I got there. Awesome people,great service,and the only towing company I’d ever use again!

Nick, Nicki, and Smokie really saved our bacon! They came over quick the day of the slide, on a SUNDAY, and hauled my uncles old truck back up the hill. Look at the pictures because the description does no justice to the situation. Really appreciate them, heard they were trust worthy and the best, spot on. They'll be our crew from now on. 10/10, fair price too. Call em if you need em!

I snapped a lower control arm in a bad spot on 119 and called Nicks Towing. They came right out and even though I was in a bad spot he still took the time to get my car on the flatbed without doing any damage to the car. I can’t recommend him enough. He saved me hundreds of dollars by taking a few extra minutes.

Called these people for a tow. Was told they were with a customer and would "call me back in five minutes." Never called back. When I found another garage that DID help me and I told them the story their response "be glad they didn't call you back." So apparently their reputation precedes itself in the area.

Nicks towing was the best experience I ever had. My car was shaking and engine light flashing coming home from the beach. They quickly took me in and within a day had it fixed. Nickie was amazing and so helpful. She kept me posted every step of the way. The biggest surprise was they delivered my car to my house. Ever been stranded 6 hours away from where you live late in the afternoon on a Sunday? Well I'll tell you what, if you ever do find yourself in that predicament near Greensberg then these are the people you want to call. The owner was so kind and accommodating, she, number one, answered when we called, then allowed us to drop the car off at their shop and made space for us in the schedule the very next day so we wouldn't have to spend more than one night unexpectedly. She even advised us on accommodation, and held her mechanic later so he could finish the work. After that, they also didn't quote more than what was needed. They fixed our locked up brakes we were back on the road to Philly. Blessed to have found them when we needed help!

Absolutely amazing business you have. My son was not able to get his car in gear at McDonald's drive thru last night and Nick & son came to the rescue. We called 3 other towing companies and no answered the phone, except for Nick's wife who not only answered but had him there in less than 20 minutes. Great job and if we ever need a tow again will defiantly use Nick's.

Nick's towing was the best, for a bad situation. I was in accident and AAA was unable to send someone to me for two hours, I called Nick's and they came right away- They were more than accommodating and friendly. I could not say enough good things!

I can say without a doubt that Nick's towing treats you like family. I got that call that no parent wants on a Monday evening. My son was involved in a car accident. He is a student at St. Vincent College and we live 5 hours away. Some nice people stopped to help him and suggested Nick's towing. They arrived really fast and were so kind and nice. Spoke to me on the phone while also helping my son. Once the car was loaded on their truck, Nikki called me to make sure that I knew that my son was okay physically and to answer any questions. I couldn't believe she took the time to address how my wife and I were feeling 5 hours away. They called frequently to check in and really did everything that they could to help. I highly recommend this business!!!

Stranded on the PA Turnpike and after waiting nearly 2 hours for confirmation from a national towing hotline that they had dispatched someone and provide an ETA, I googled and found Nick's. I got a live person who knew the area, was concerned about my safety, was quickly able to pick up the car, gave me recommendations for lodging for the night, and turned waiting in the dark in hopes of help to assurance that help was on the way. The next day they quickly assessed the car, provided a thorough explanation of needed repairs, and were able to get the parts and get me back on the road before end of business. They even called while en route to make sure all was going well. Was a great experience from start to finish.

Nick is the best! When my wife and I were stranded on a Sunday night and AAA couldn't be bothered to let us talk with a human, we called Nick and had the most pleasurable towing experience you could imagine. He's a gifted conversationalist, expert of many trades, and a really sweet guy. He took extra care loading and unloading our car to keep from causing any further damage to its rear end. I hear he's also opening a pizza restaurant soon, so I can't wait to see what his hospitality looks like in that realm. Amazingly helpful and kind. We're super thankful for his help.

Nick's was unbelievably great! They were our savior. Our car died 6 hours away from home on a Sunday. They were so nice on the phone, courteous, sympathetic, and gracious. Nick's came to our hotel, confirmed that we needed a new alternator, and towed it to their shop. They charged a fair price and brought our car back to us at the hotel. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Nick’s towing service. I was stranded at 1 AM and my road side assistance told me they could not send help for an hour and a half. So I decided to find help on my own. When I googled 24 hour towing services in my area, I decided to call Nick‘s towing, and boy was I glad I did. They were there in 20 minutes to come to my rescue. Not only was Nick there, but his daughter assisted him in expertly getting my dead car onto their flatbed, while his wife kept me company in their warm truck. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They made a bad situation a thousand times better for me. They even took me home since I lived close by, So I wouldn’t have to wake up my husband to come and get me. Then they drove my car safely to the dealership as promised. I hope I don’t need to use a towing service again, but if I do, I will not use anybody else – – I will only use Nick’s towing. They also have a garage and another one that they will be opening soon. I recommend that service as well because of their expert knowledge, honesty, & kindness.

Nick’s towing is an unbelievable service. I highly recommend them for any of your future towing or road side assistance needs. Nick and his wife are two of the nicest and honest people you will meet. I was in a really bad spot and they did everything short of giving me the shirt off their backs to help me out.
