For the bad reviews, Frank is in his 80's and can't hear. That's why he shouts on the phone. ? Sweet guy in person, and knows a lot. Helped me in minutes when we had to change locks on my daughter's mobile home!

Just called. website says Durabuit awnings in stock. Guy answered the phone, Asked how he was today. and I got: WhAT DO YOU WANT? I HAVE A CUSTOMER! so I asked about them having the awnings in stock, I was told NO! they are a special order. The guy was rude and short with me. I'll look else where and plz remove that u have items in stock when u clearer do not.
