This was the definition of right place, right people, right time. Absolute lifesavers. If you ever find yourself stuck and frustrated, skip the runaround and call them first. I cannot recommend them enough.
I broke a leaf spring on my camper on 84 East in PA. Mike and his guys got there quick and assisted me to a local spring shop. Their service is top notch and they were more than helpful in assisting in anyway they could. Being almost 200 miles from home, I felt at ease in dealing with this major issue. This company should be at the top of anyone’s list who needs towing assistance. I would give more stars if I could. They are by far the best! #towcompanypa
I was charged $250 dollars to move a working car from a slight, icy embankment the length of a tennis court on a plowed road to my driveway. This was a 10-minute job on a weeknight with the sun up. don't live in the Poconos so if this is "just how it is here", then use this company. The tow truck diver arrived quickly and was helpful and friendly. If you’re like me and this sounds like a company taking advantage of someone in need by overcharging them, I would not make the mistake I did and be more of a discerning consumer.
I am not confused or lying and will provide a copy of my receipt from your company when I am back in town mid March.
