this place is horrible has very nasty people working here that shouldn't be in public or supposedly claiming to help anyone i wouldn't recommend this place

My best friend accidentally dropped her iPod under the car seat, and we couldn’t get it out no matter what we tried. We came to AutoZone, and Nicholas was so kind — he came outside in the rain to help us move the seat and even gave us an umbrella. He didn’t ask for anything in return, but we truly felt he deserved a good review for how helpful and genuine he was. Thank you, Nicholas, for going out of your way to help us! 🙏🚗☔️

Hilton P, auto zone was amazing and helped me with minor repairs. I heard a clunk in the engine and assumed it was something serious. He checked my oil and later checking around found out my transmission cap was off and unscrewed and he put it back on and then fixed the splash guard under the engine for feee. Because of him repairs were quick and painless, and good guy that he was he refused a tip when offered saying it was no big deal. Great guy and great buisness.

I went in to buy windshield wipers, and they helped me pick them out and even install them without me even asking! Excellent service and customer care!

Went in for a simple oil filter. For an 06 Jetta 1.9TDI. The books has the wrong filter there computer has the wrong filter on file. Asked the employee to triple check. Said it was the exact fit for my car. Got home filters didn't even look the same. Tried anyway threw low oil pressure codes. It's a joke going here. I keep forgetting why I never go to autozone and get reminded why everytime.

I want to express my immense gratitude for one AutoZone staff member, in particular, who reflects well upon the entire company. I am a musician who had performed a concert 3 hours away from my home, when I realized I needed to top off my tires before the long trip home around 10:30 at night. I pulled into a Sheetz in Somerset, PA, but to my dismay, the valve stem broke apart on my last tire, and within a minute, I had a flat. I went inside the minimart with the broken-off piece in my hand, and my phone, feeling vulnerable and unsure of what to do next, when a gentleman in an AutoZone shirt noticed my dismay and offered to help. Seeing the company logo let me understand right away that I was in trustworthy hands. It was like providence miraculously sent him there to rescue me! His name was Hilton, and his kind demeanor and confident know-how put me at ease right away. He let me know putting the spare on was the best option for the moment, late on a Saturday night, and though it wouldn't get me all the way home, it would allow me to get somewhere safe till I could have my tire fixed. And as he proceeded to find my spare, jack up my car, and change out the flat, he explained the entire process to me in a way that I felt I could handle doing it myself, should I ever need to in the future, which is an empowering belief. When, in short order, Hilton had completed his thoughtful deed, he refused any compensation, but let me know that AutoZone is a good company to turn to when I'm on the road. And if that benevolent, knowledgeable, and capable man who turned a misfortune into a blessing is any true representation of the company, I'm sold.

Yeah, I waited 25 minutes in line for all three salespeople to walk out of the store and disregard the 8 customers INSIDE the store. I'll go to other locations, even walmart will be quicker and a few bucks cheaper too.

Very helpful service. Rick made sure I knew which parts to buy and how to install them. He even got his hands dirty under the hood. I really appreciated the customer service here.

Faced poor service at Somerset AutoZone. Unlike previous helpful experiences, this time the manager was rude and dismissive. I had concerns about brake pads and warranty, but received abrupt responses and no help. This disappointing experience has made me question my loyalty to the store.

I want to take the time to thank Hilton (Manager) for helping to get me in touch with Tom at Mountain Boss Hoss. I had traveled from Colorado to Pennsylvania non-stop on my motorcycle, so I was exhausted, cold, wet, & just completely miserable. I made the mistake of turning on my heated gear for a little bit of warmth before continuing on my ride & it drained my battery. I tried jumping my bike with my battery jump pack, and it did not work. I was desperate for help, and Hilton heard it in my voice. Hilton took the time to call around & get me in touch with Tom who later sent one of his workers (Darrian) to help me continue on my way. Hilton didn't know me & definitely did not have to go out of his way to get me in touch with Tom, but he did. Great customer service all around. Thank you so much Hilton.

Can’t give enough stars to this autozone here in Somerset. We ran over something flying off a truck (think it was a tire!) and our little sedan ran right over it as we had to where to go being blocked in by the truck and the cement lane dividers. It messed up the front of our car pretty good and we came into this Autozone hoping to just get some duct tape to try and hold it together for the remaining 3 hr drive home. One of the employees, Dustin, not only reassured us tape and the car would be ok to drive, but he came out to tape it up for us and make sure everything was working and safe to drive. 5+ stars to Dustin and the autozone team!! Will be a loyal autozone customer now for life!

Hilton and Joe were the most helpful guys on the planet and they absolutely need a raise. Theses guys saved me at least two hours on my road trip when my lights went out. These two fixed it within 10 minutes and charged me nothing. I am convinced Hilton can fix anything

Of the local Auto Parts stores, I have found the staff of this store to be very professional with great, fast friendly service. I seldom single anyone out but have to give 2 thumbs up to Mr. Hilton. He is a very knowledgeable young man.

Went to get front pads for simple truck and of course received the wrong ones. I even called the night before which gave plenty of time to get it right. He asked me every question about the truck, everything…. I even called with VIN and still got the wrong ones. 2 trips at 16 miles each way so 16x4 is 64 miles for absolutely nothing, went across the street to Advance Auto and they got it right the first time. I’m really not sure what the problem is, this is not the first time for wrong parts and the trips are long and pointless. It’s almost like my time means nothing to them because when I take the parts back in they look at me like it’s my fault. I have to tell you that it’s not the right way to get return business. I received no apology for the “mix up” and they were kind of ignorant. Again, I had to put the truck back together with bad brake pads and drive back up because I was given the wrong ones. Extremely frustrated, disappointed and angry I guess I’ll go to Advance since you don’t care and I’m a mechanic….. Lots of business

Really appreciate the great people that work there. I needed a new battery and wipers. Normally I work on my own vehicles but recently hurt my back. They installed everything for me even though the battery location was a pain in the $&%%. NOTE: Advance Auto would help me at all!!!

A little less of the nonsense questions about my vehicle and a little more know how would go a long way guys! It doesn't matter if my truck is a crew cab, extended cab or regular cab, 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive, automatic or standard, size of engine just to get wiper blades and headlights.

I was having a problem with a battery terminal. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. A young man came out to my car and fixed it. He explained the whole thing to me. Very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Auto Zone.

Always good service and good location. I had a few gallons of oil and some batteries to recycle and they were able to take as much as I had, no problem. For each used car battery, they give a $10 store gift card.

we experienced a breakdown at the Somerset Travel Plaza on the Turnpike. To save a 30+ mile detour, round trip to store and back, i asked about delivery to plaza. I was told no delivery, but Nickolas offered to drop off part when he was done working in 30 minutes. Nickolas went above and beyond, delivered the part to us after work! Thank you Nickolas for exceeding our expectations!! That's customer service!!

I was driving down the highway and my lights and radio went out! Alternator DEAD. Autozone had the right part, at the right price, and staff (Boyd?) went out of his way to get the part ready for a last minute pickup as the store closed. Saved hours off my journey and $$ if I had to stay overnight. Thank you!!! Also, since there is many locations around, I was able to return the core for recycling 100s of KM away as I took a different route. Awesome!

Battery died on my Harley on the way home from Maryland en route to Detroit. Called these guys up on Easter Sunday, only place open. Swung by to pick a battery up, they had it waiting on the counter for me. Greatly appreciated. Great customer service!!!

Nice AutoZone with good staff ! I always order online for in store pick up making my stop there very quick. Return process on Warrantied Duralst tools is very easy. They also rent a few tools you may need .

Thank you for going above and beyond to help a family that ended up stranded on the turnpike today. Your willingness to meet my husband on the overpass and deliver a battery to us. You turned our bad morning into a good morning and we are now able to continue our trip to Virginia.

Staffs are very helpful. Visited their store for sudden need to check our car on way to Maryland during long weekend. Most of the auto repair stores were closed. The guy who helped us explained us the details and informed us about nearby open stores. It was really quick and easy.
