Our car broke down outside of Somerset PA over President's Day weekend on our way to a family ski trip @ Seven Springs. The team at K&D were able to get our car in quickly, were great with communicating the process/expectations, and were able to get the car back to us so we could salvage our trip. I would highly recommend the team for the quality of their work and professionalism. Hoping I never break down outside of Somerset PA again, but if I do I know who I'm calling :)

What a very nice guy! My mom couldn’t figure out what was going on with her car and he told us exactly what was wrong… we’re bringing it back to him to fix the problem, they wanted to test drive to make sure we were safe too..very sweet and such a gentleman thank you!
I absolutely love this place, they are amazing sweet kind considerate and always willing to be there for you at the very last minute. Trustworthy people all the way around from every employee all the way down to Jeremy being the owner. Wow - lifesavers! I was driving cross-country with my cats today when the AC promptly stopped working, and it was 90 degrees. Wouldn't have been so serious, but with the cats in backseat, it was becoming an issue, fast. Luckily, I found these folks who squeezed me in to take a look, so I drove right in and unloaded the cats. Turned out my too-smart car shut the AC system off due to a voltage issue with the heat. These folks had it reset and back on the road in 40 minutes. Not only were they incredibly kind and helpful, but so knowledgeable, I learned more about how my car works now that it's aging, and how to manage the problem than I could have hoped for. Seriously, so grateful. These folks are amazing 🙏🏻
Had a wiring issue noone could find took the car to these guys and they found the issue and fixed it I can't say enough about there service highly recommend them for wiring issues great job
I was driving from Chicago to DC and my car broke down on the PA Turnpike. Jeremy helped me out right away and fixed my car super quick after I told him I was in the middle of a trip! I almost wish these guys were closer to Chicagoland because I would keep going to them for everything! I highly recommend!
It was a Saturday morning driving from NYC to Chicago in my 93 Chevy pickup when the alternator died. I was able to get off the exit and make it to K&D just before closing at noon. Monday morning they were booked but went out of there way to put a new alternator in my truck and get me back on the road. Great, honest, and respectable company who cares about people. Highly recommend.
My car broke down on the turnpike in the middle of a trip to Philly. The whole situation was a pain until I got the car to k and d. they were polite, willing to work with my third party warranty and got the work done quickly so I could get my car back in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They even offered to call the dealership and explain my alternator issue which was caused by the dealerships negligence. I wish I lived closer cause k and d would be my only shop I used if I could. Depending on the fix I might even drive the hour to give them my business. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough about Mike, Jeremy and the staff at K&D Auto Electric. My car's check engine light came on and I was in a bind to get my vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner. Not only did they diagnose the issue, which unfortunately turned out to be a Hyundai warranty recall issue, they were able to get my car in within minutes of me arriving. The staff didn't give me any excuses or try to upcharge me for something I know nothing about. Instead, they were honest about the recall and provided me with options to get my car fixed. Not only that, but they also offered to give me a ride when I needed one and treated me with the respect I'm sure I didn't deserve. Extreme professionals!!! As it turns out, I failed to pay them for the diagnostic charge when I picked up my car. After finally remembering to call them to pay my bill, they told me not to worry about it. If you are looking for an honest group of professionals to work on your vehicle, look no further than the staff at K&D Auto. Truly amazing! Thank you guys for everything. You made the nightmare I was going through a little more manageable.

We contacted K&D and they had us scheduled as quickly as they could. Dropped our 9 ton dump off in the morning and it was done the next morning. Considering how bad our Ford F-800 Electrical system was, they had it all put back together and working within a day. Extremely pleasant customer service as well, we'll be back for any other electrical needs we may have.
These guys are the best of the best. I've been taking everything from cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs here for almost 10 years and they know what they are doing down to a science. Honest, hardworking people who aren't going to try to pull a fast one. They explain what they are doing and why they are doing it before they get into the work. Highly recommend going to these guys.
The staff here is very thorough and polite. I had to make multiple trips to figure out the solution to an electrical problem with my vehicle. Each time they were helpful and took their time to diagnose the problem. Jeremy finally figured out the problem and my car is back to normal working condition! Thank you!
