Had my jeep painted here, they were supposed to fix a rust spot and paint my jeep along the rockers and part way up the doors. After going over budget, In 6 months the rust came thru the paint. They refused to remedy the situation. Go somewhere else. Nice people at first but a terrible paint shop.
Edit: no i did not confuse one stop (right next to the now closed giant eagle on 31 west) with another body shop...

Had to get my car fixed due to a deer hit. My insurance (erie) sent me to them. The communication was great, they kept me updated on my car and even had it done before the estimated time. I mainly spoke with a guy named Noah who was really nice. When I got my car back you couldn't even tell it was involved in a deer accident. It looks the way it did before the damage. They were very easy to work with!
I recently purchased a vehicle from One Stop Auto. I was able to stop in and see the vehicle before repairs were made and felt somewhat uncertain what the final results would be. I need not have worried. When the vehicle was done and I saw it, it looked perfect. The purchase process was quickly and efficiently completed and I was off in my new to me vehicle. Everyone there was very friendly and patient in answering my many questions. I would definately purchase from One Stop again and am very happy with the service and expertise provided there!
Went to look at purchasing a vehicle. Never once mentioned that they didn't do financing on site when we called about the vehicle and a follow-up call to make sure they were open on a federal holiday. Talked about trade and price right out in the middle of the waiting area with other customers around. Told us damage was to a certain area on the car, but after requesting pictures of the car, we learned the damage was not in the area they stated.
Wonderful from start to finish- easy to deal with, great communication, excellent quality of work, stellar customer service- best direct repair shop (thru Erie Insurance) around!!!

Rob was the only one in the store when we stopped in but gave all the attention needed. Answered all the questions and was very pleasant. We came in the next day and purchased.
