I was having trouble finding the correct wipers for my car, Sarah was extremely helpful finding the correct blade and even install it for me! Now that would be enough for a great review but she even checked my bad wiper blade and discovered that it was probably faulty from the factory which helped me even more because it redeemed my confidence that I wasn’t inept to correctly choose or install my wiper blade in the first place. Thank you ma’am Good Job!
Came here on a Monday around 12 and when I asked for help with a trailer hitch, i was assisted with 2 knowledge employees that enabled me to purchase the correct hitch. Great customer service and great selections.
Best Service I've ever received at a parts store. Broke down on the PA Turnpike going to Baltimore. Got towed to Oreillys auto parts and justin came outside to see where all my antifreeze had gone. he quickly discovered that a fitting on the rear of the engine had come off. He was able to locate a fitting and some clamps and installed it for me allowing me to continue my trip, I'm very glad that oreillys has people that know cars, outwise I would have been stranded on a Sunday with no mechanics open.
I only wish I would have had some cash on me to tip him.
Lost our wipers on the turnpike on a roadtrip and we randomly popped into O’Reilly’s for new ones. Dustin and his coworker were awesome! Helped us pick out specific wipers and installed them in seconds, super helpful! Back on the road in minutes!
i love oreilly but this place sucks went there 5 times got wrong parts or parts that were junk the women behind counter told me to pick my part behind counter the manager dustin ignored me after they screwed me around for days goodbye

While we were vacationing today, we had to make a detour at O'Reilly's. Our alternator went out on our suburban and the manager called a mechanic to come help us. They gave our German Shepherd Dog a cup with water too. We are forever grateful to you all and will never forget your act of kindness.
I stopped by today for a a/c delete kit, they got it extremely fast. The cost was close to what it was online thru eBay and what not so it wasn’t a hard choice to buy it from them. Manager is very knowledgeable and greeted me promptly with a smile. They’ve won my business from here on, and if you’re needing parts please give these guys and gals a try!
