Brought my BIL's car there for an inspection and tire replacement. Mike and his crew members were able to inspect, and repair the vehicle in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Would recommend Mike and the crew over at Midas any day of the week. Plus they always have great billboards.
This place is exactly why people don't trust mechanics. Quoted me 1000 dollars for brakes on a 2010 Ford focus which is ridiculous but was going to be done same day. Then when I arrive to pick up my car they tell me 1465. When asking the guy how so much he's like "I just work here I don't make the prices" so I reluctantly pay to get my receipt. To realize they charged me 570 dollars for 2 hours of labor. I will never return to a Midas and I will never recommend them.
Was heading to work today and caught a flat on my way in. I arrived here at midas and it was a quick and easy process. unfortunately, they didn’t have my tire size, but they were able to put on a spare within 15 minutes. 100% a very quick turnaround and i’m back on the road.
Been using Midas in wind gap for over 5 years. Always professional and kind. Hard to find trustworthy shops these days. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re back on the road in no time while always being reasonable and not trying to upsell like you experience elsewhere.
I brought my truck in to have step rails installed. They were able to install one side, but were unable to complete the other side due to a spinning cab mount nut. I understand that issues can come up.
However, I was charged $226 for the attempt, and the job was not completed. That was disappointing, especially since I left with only half the work done.
Additionally, I was questioned about my tire size and why they were “wrong.” The tires were installed by another shop, and the comment felt unnecessary and unrelated to the work I came in for.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated. I respect that time and labor cost money, but I would have appreciated more transparency on pricing. That charge was for 1 hour supposedly.
Based on this experience, I’ll be reconsidering where I bring the rest of my work.
The wonderful guy that helped was named Michael he was absolutely amazing, my engine blew and he went above and beyond anything I would have expected. He replaced the engine and I got my car back in two weeks I am absolutely delighted with the service that was provided and would recommend anyone to come here and fix their car. Thank you Michael you are definitely appreciated.

Took my car here while traveling since the oil light came on. Mike took care of my car, the price was fair and I felt assured the issue was resolved. Drove my car home the next day, no issues. Nice to know there is a National car repair shop you can count on no matter where you may be.

My wife and I take both our cars here. I trust them with my Prius, We have never had a bad experience with them. Mike is always friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone, not just for oil changes.
Got new tires and new rear brake pads. Upon getting the car back - the front brake pads are now scrubbing incredibly worse than they ever were. It is a stark and noticeable difference to when we dropped the car off vs. when we picked it up. Took the car back and of course we were advised to spend another $500 to replace the front pads. I would recommend to anyone to find a different place to go for repairs.
The guys at Midas are awesome, and are always there to help when things get rough with your vehicle. Ermi was an awesome help as well, couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend! =]
My day started off not so good as I woke up to a flat tire. Wouldn’t care much if it weren’t brutally cold. My day instantly got better once I got to Midas and they fixed it with no issues. Didn’t have to wait. Their Customer service was BEYOND EXCELLENT. Instantly made my day better!
I came too Midas with a busted exhaust after calling them only 20 minutes prior. They still managed to fit me in and get my vehicle fixed in less than a hour, that was a big deal too me since I was on a time crunch. They also a few months ago diagnosed my vehicle after it was in an accident, my insurance told me too take it somewhere else and when I asked how much i owe them, they told me just leave us a friendly review for it. Great staff and great service.

I recently visited Midas again for routine maintenance and inspection, and overall, my experience was very positive. The staff was professional, polite, and explained the work clearly before starting. I appreciated that they walked me through the inspection results and gave me a breakdown of necessary vs. optional repairs—no high-pressure upselling, just honest recommendations. As always great!

Made an appointment the night prior and was able to get in early which was very helpful. I showed up about 30 minutes early and they assisted me right away. I decided to stay and wait thankfully I did because they completed the service so quickly. Very thankful I came to midas for service. I recommend to others as well as I will be coming back for future work.

Ermi was awesome. He guided on what work was necessary to my car. You can tell when someone is honest when they don’t upsell you. Although I asked why don’t we change all three, he said the other two are good, we only need to do the one. Also, he was very accommodating to see me even without an appointment. Definitely will refer anyone to go there.
Exceptional car service! I was 100 miles from home when I started smelling fumes from my car tires, and they promptly took me in despite being a walk-in customer. Professional team, quality work, fair pricing, and everything completed on schedule.
What really impressed me was how the store manager ( kudos to him ) took personal ownership of my experience. They checked in during the process and made sure I understood everything. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism. This will definitely be my go-to shop moving forward
I just want to say a big thankyou to all the workers here, they are so kind and so sweet. My tire blew out on my way to Philadelphia from Newyork, it was time for them to close and they said they would take care of me right then and there. They were so friendly we made conversation and told stories. Made me feel at home while I was there. I will definitely be coming back for as long as i can! Thankyou again you guys are AWESOME!
