I was driving to Giant and my car shut off. It started again but all my settings were reset. I thought the alternator was bad so I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to have the alternator checked as they do this for free. Gerry, the store manager, came out to check for me. My battery cable ended up being loose and he went to the back and got some tools and tightened it up for me so I could get back on the road. So grateful for his kindness. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
I left this review on a different advanced autoparts store. So I am correcting it so Mike can get a thumbs up from his boss. Well big shout out to mike for recovering my phone and being an honest person. Very much appreciated!! Went in for antifreeze and came back out and almost home until I realized I didn't have my phone. I called the store up right away and he said it was here waiting for me!
Went to the location twice and twice was giving the wrong part.The man who sold the part to me was saying how he knows his stuff wow was he wrong. How can you get the wrong part twice. I went to Napa and on the first visit got the right part. Amazing! Then when I took the part back I had to get a gift card because it was installed. What the hell your workers gave it to me saying it was right and I trusted that. From now on Napa it is. At least they know what they are doing.
After a bit of computer trouble returning a product John from the windgap store was able to help me instal a product and did so a few minutes after his shift ended. A huge shout out to a great employee who went way above and beyond making sure my vehicle was safe to drive and he did so while being incredibly friendly! Thanks again!
I bought an ignition coil at 9 AM right when the store just opened. I returned a few hours later to return the part as I had purchased the wrong one. The lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. Even after she looked up the part that she was the one that sold in the morning. She finally believes I bought it there. then it was just an attitude from thru the process of returning the coil. I will never go here again.
I used to go here because it is close to my house, but from now on I will not recommend it to anyone. The old lady standing at the cash register is very rude to people and belittles and scolds the customer as she did to me. However, it is a commercial place, not an official institution, and I think it should treat customers with that understanding.
Drove 40 miles to a store which was guaranteed open and they closed early. AutoZone is now my ONLY store. Should have bought from them in the first place.
Extremely rude, unprofessional. Swearing at customers. Candace is the woman's name behind the counter. Due to not being able to breathe with mask on, she went on a profanity riddled rant.
Individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition (including children the age of 2 years) may enter the premises without having to provide medical documentation.
The clerk in there today was a total douche. Then on top of it tried to sell me an oil change that was over $36. Walked out. I'll go to back to the Nazareth store from now on.
They are always helpful when I go there but I was disappointed that they don't carry Haynes repair manuals anymore so I only gave 4 but I'm usually happy with the results on most visits
No refund on sway bar link that were bad after 2 weeks. They took my info when I bought them for the warranty. When I told them about returning them they couldnt find my info on the computer. I have no receipt. Asked if I purchased at there store. Duh ur the only one that sells drive works sway bar links. So I ended up spending more money and buying moog links. Store sucks and disorganized.
Why do these automotive store clerks have the same attitude. They ask you what you want and cut you short when you ask advice about an item that you are interested in. Either they are not paid enough or they are tired and stressed.
The associate came out from behind the counter to come outside to check what was wrong. Turned out to be the battery needed replacement. He took the old out and installed the new. And that was no easy task. They don't charge for the work so I hope the tip was good.
I always have great customer service at Advance Auto Parts, and this was no exception. I placed my order online, and when I got there everything was ready. The associate found my order quickly and easily. I had something to return, and that was painless as well. With the online discounts and Speedperks rewards, the prices are hard to beat!
Great group of workers. Very helpful staff. Prices are great with people that know what they are doing. Way better then the other auto parts store. The store perks are great to get you to come back in and spend more. 5 to 20 fifty dollar coupons each time.
Friendly service! I'm a fan of ordering things online so I don't buy much here. The few items I have are a bit pricier than they should be. I got some small towels that cost 10 bucks and later found the same for two dollars. Also I got a wrench, which was also 10 bucks. It wasn't even name brand. Five dollars would've been a good price for the item. But I'm not surprised since it's an auto shop and they're always pricey
Always good service. I hate the Speed Perks program. Wish they would just offer better prices every day. Parts are much cheaper elsewhere or I would rate 5 stars.
