Cassandra and the team saved the day ! My RV needed wipers and she was able to get me the correct parts and even let me borrow tools to install them.

I ordered a part online. This was the only napa that had what I needed in stock. 40-45 minutes to drive and get the part. Got the whole way home, took the part out. It was the wrong part. There was no looking at things from my perspective. I got “well you got it for a good price” “mistakes happen” they would not work with me at all and were less than sympathetic to their mess-up. I do understand mistakes happen, and in hindsight I should have checked before I left. But there response to it was worse than the actual mistake.

This is the second and last time I will be stopping at this Napa. The first time the register folks were largely unhelpful when I purchased some new headlight bulbs and had to go back twice before I called it quits and just ordered the right bulbs. This recent second time I went and asked for a specific part to which they quoted me just under one hundred dollars more than what I normally pay for the part (and what I paid at a different store) and come to find out it's because they tried selling me the wrong part. Protip, don't go in unless you know exactly what you want, otherwise they will not know what to do.

Left turn signal went bad on my car so I went into Napa auto parts. Young lady was helpful searched the rack she couldn’t find a pair on the rack so she brought me some from the back. I went home to install them and they didn’t match the right side turn signals, so I said you know what” I like the new ones a bit better so I said to my self I will go back to get a pair to just match the ones I just bought and it should be easier for them to find since the lady got them for me earlier in the back that day no big deal… I go back later that day to get another pair of the kind I just came in and purchased earlier that day, at this point the girl that originally got them for me was gone . I come in two guys are standing looking a bit disgruntled that I came in right before they closed lol oops my bad. I brought the bulb in that I wanted them to match it to, I get the bulbs, I go home to install and they didn’t match.. so I go back the next day cause they were closed. i go in tell them the bulb I got last night doesn’t match and would like them to match the bulb for me as the guy is scratching his head looking confused . At this point I’m just changing them out side the store cause I was concerned they would get it wrong again which they did. I had to purchase the bulb just to see if it would match even after they were confident it would work because the serial number was the same and lo and behold it was wrong again! they gave me bright white bulbs and then one guy told me the bulb would take on the same color as the lens on the car light.. I did this about 5 times at least and thinking by the end of it all, I would just get my money back for the ones they told me would work but did not, even though i only I went out front to test the bulb to make sure it was the right one cause they obviously didn’t know what they were doing so I didn’t want to have to go home only to keep coming back. I go back again and tell them it doesn’t match the guy comes out looks at the car and says yeah it doesn’t match… then this other guy he tried finding the bulbs bring some to the front was confident he found the bulbs then I said let me go and bring back the other ones you gave me so I can exchange them for the right ones I come back in and the bulbs are gone he tells me I ohh I looked at the bulb and they weren’t for your car although I didn’t believe him I said okay cool so he says he don’t know we’re to find them so I ask him when does the girl come in he says she will be in tomorrow. I come in the next day see the girl that originally got me the lights I tell her I need another pair of bulbs of the kind you gave me the last time, I get them go out front and they don’t match so I go back in I tell her they don’t match so she grabs me some off the rack and so I said I will give you the ones you just gave me to exchange it and she says “yeah we can’t exchange it once you put them in” and says I quote, yeah “we can’t exchange much electronics here” even though I literally stepped out side for literally less then a min to test a bulb that you said match and it doesn’t so I have to pay for your mistake.. moral of the story I would highly recommend you too never get lights here. And everything in the store is ridiculously over priced your better off going to auto zone or anywhere else I spent about 40 dollars for their mistake I would had respect them more if they at least gave me my money back for wasting my time .

Had a great experience working with Mike at the counter. He took the time and had the knowledge and experience to help me find a solution for my engine project. It's nice knowing there's people who care about being helpful!

The guy working today said he was the Manager but couldn’t even make a sale! They had a bin with tool marked with prices but nothing came up right. So when I ask he just had a bad attitude And NO help at all!! So after that they lost Two sales today!! This was my business he would have been FIRED!! So my suggestion to anyone shopping here check you’re receipt because the prices mark probably won’t ring up and this so called manager won’t make a effort to make it right!!!

Their hours say 9-3 on sunday but every sunday I come here the lights are on but the doors are locked, and when I called they would answer and hang up right away and all their cars are there.

Huge store with friendly knowledgeable guys working behind the counter. Online order and pick up was quick and simple, got exactly the parts I needed. Only strange thing was that no one was wearing masks indoors, except for me. I'll be back again someday, but not until the PA mask mandate is over.

I was glad to bump heads with Josh. He got all the filters needed for the Yanmar diesel i was repairing. He was very adept in his job and knew how to work stacks of info to aquire what i needed. I have used the store over the years and also prefer knowledge and service. It is here that troubles dissaper

Went in looking for a part for a trailer brake. I knew they had it but I guess I should have looked up the part number because the guy at the counter said he couldn't help me because I didn't have a year make and model....this was for a trailer..... overall he was very rude telling me he had the part but clearly wasn't willing to take a little time and help me find the part I needed. Bear mind that this review is only for this Napa. I go to the one in morgantown usually and they get 5 stars.

Just stopped into this location for a simple oil and filter purchase, but had to bring my 3 year old son in with me. My son was ecstatic as soon as he entered the store, and the employees working today were more than enthusiastic by his energy. Damon walked out with a napa matchbox car for nothing more than a smile on his face. I'll always give this store my buisness!

Awesome service, my father and I are traveling. Our muffler falls off about 1/4 mile away from Napa. So I call to see if they can help, Ed came right over and solved our dilemma. We are back on the road again. Thank you Ed for helping us out..yoir the best.

Lucas salesman Employee #45 Helped me today I asked him while I waited for him to get the part if I could use the restroom he said no sorry it's not for the public. Thanks alot guy such amazing customer service. "NOT" Side note I gave two stars because I've been here before "same situation" and the salesman that helped me had no problem letting us the restroom while I waited. If someone is paying you tender for a product the least you can do is let them use the restroom not say theres one across the street. You guys have lost any future business with this customer.

I did not have a good experience, the man I talked to on the phone to order my parts was very polite. He said my parts would be there the next day after having me on hold for a bit. When I came the next day to pick up the parts they said they didn't have them. The man at the counter said there's no way he would have had those parts the very next day, but that's exactly what the gentleman on the phone told me. This is very frustrating because I needed those parts to fix the car and now I'm riding around in a dangerous situation because I thought I would have the parts for this repair today and now it's the weekend. Very unfortunate.

Stopped in to pick up a replacement PCV hose. They did mot have one in stock. They suggested using a normal hose that they could cut to length. Because I drove the car there we were able to pull the hose off and cut a new one. Put the new hose on right then and there. Told me because the length of hose was less that a foot long that there is no charge. Got me the hose i needed, helped me put it on and didn't charge me a dime. Awesome customer service. Thank you NAPA!!

Service stinks they lie and rip you off ...and the kids working the counter dont know what there doing managers a disrespectful jerk ...theyll give you one price you come back its a differnt price screwing you in the end .

Needed a universal joint which was not carried by any other automotive parts store in the area. The price was twice as high as ordering it from an online marketplace, but I couldn't wait. Quality product, but if your not in a hurry I would shop around. Only a 10 day return policy too.

Worst place I've ever been to. If you need a can of wd-40 count on waiting Atleast 30min. Need a part? Block out your afternoon. The Napa name can be the only reason this place stays in business because the service is always awful. I try to avoid it at all costs but sometimes it's just convenient to stop there. Always the same though every single time. I could have went up the road got the part at advance auto went home and installed it by the time these idiots check you out. The times I do stop there I've even looked up the part number beforehand thinking I'll speed things up. No, that's a joke. You'll still be waiting for them to take care of someone else for 20min or them staring lost and blank into the computer screen. If there was ever an educational video on poor customer service this place would be starring for the last 20 years.

Very disappointed. I only needed two items. I was in the store more than 20 minutes. I could have learned how to run their parts program and found the parts faster than the parts guy. Won't be back again even though its local.

The price was good so I ordered a $300 part. I get a phone call the morning the part was supposed to show up telling me they forgot to order it even though I paid in full. Then had to wait until the following week to get it. They acted like it didn't even matter and got rude when I came to check on it again. Don't recommend it at all. I'm willing to pay a little more for good service.
