worst service ever. They sell me a engine distick. They ask if i have a phone number on file. yes i do I give it to them. Than after I pay i choose no reciept. think they have it under my phone number. go home parts wrong. Than i go back and they tell me cant return it cause i dont have reciept.

Brad at the Wind Gap location, even though he said he was only here helping out and works in a different store, was beyond helpful! He was so quick and efficient and I love that he is a former firefighter and Marine. He stood out in the cold and helped me put on my new windshield wipers without hesitation. If everyone was like him, the world would be a kinder and better place.

The workers at the front counter were so rude and didn’t even try to help me today. My question was simple and they give me the wrong part twice until another grouchy man received the return part as he knew what I wanted, and he didn't even take the effort to help me either. I left very disappointed and went to Advance Auto where they did help me. I'm very disappointedsince Auto Zone was the first choice as always.

Is there ever a time where the oil tank isn't full? I think they empty it once a year

While I now understand that after a certain period of time, one cannot return a battery core (which I only know now, was not given that info at the time of purchasing the battery, not everyone is an expert) the attitude Paul gave to me when I attempted to return it was absurd and uncalled for. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he doesn't like Sundays. But hey, let's do better by our customers who may not be as knowledgeable about such things, yes? I don't even know what to do with the thing, but getting yelled at by Paul wasn't on my Sunday bingo card.

Bill H. and Mike G. absolutely went above and beyond helping me figure out my tricky headlight adjustments on my brand new 4runner. They both took the time to find the right tool for the job. In the rain, December 18th. Both are assets to Autozone. Thank you. Eric D.

Shout out to Ryan for his assistance in getting wind shield wipers installed on our Jeep Renegade. Had purchased the wipers at another Auto Zone location and they turned out to be the wrong ones. We were in the area tending to other errands and stopped to see if they could help. Not only did Ryan help, but he helped us find the best ones and even installed them for us. He was a God send to a very long and frustrating day. The man deserves a raise or some extra paid time off. Something! FYI: This store is one of the best in the area. It is highly recommended.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Ryan H was very professional. I needed a new battery for my SUV. Ryan tested my old battery first and was not only able to get a new battery but also replaced it for me. Thank you Ryan H!

Young customer rep Nathan B was not helpful when looking for a wiper...told him make model and correct side of windshield. he came back with 16" and pointed me to the isle with about 50 different brands... should have beed 27" blade. didn't offer to assist. when I questioned him, his response was, "that's what the computer told me". how useless for someone to not offer any other expertise than "that's what the computer said"? took my business elsewhere

I had gone in to purchase a battery for my vehicle and accepted the offer to have them put it in. The battery totaled to $222; which is ridiculous…When the guy put the battery in, I noticed he was using the wrong socket and I said something to him. He said that he was using the right one, but yet he couldn’t get it to tighten. Finally, he went inside and got a wrench and tried using that; still unsuccessful. He then went back to using the same socket, which wasn’t working and using his fingers to tighten it. My car stalled in the parking lot, so I went back in and asked the manager to check. He came out with the computer checker, which had no detail of any issues. But he did not check my battery, and the reason why I asked him to check the battery which was because of it might not be tightened. My car stalled two more times in the parking lot; he said it could be because it’s a new battery. My car worked for two days; then it would not even turn over. I had a mechanic look at the car, who said that the connections were not tight enough, and the battery was not new. I am extremely disappointed with not only the service, but also feeling like I was dismissed because of being a woman. Women can know what they are talking about. I will be returning the battery and never going back here again.

You desperately need self checkout. You have one staffer working and he's dealing with somebody who has a thousand questions and the only other staffer is behind the counter with a different customer looking for a part for another half an hour. I needed a single rear wiper blade and I had to wait for 25 minutes to get service. The guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me or say I'll be right with you or anything. Absolutely absurd. Get more staffing or add a self-checkout and then deal with the theft. Every AutoZone is like this.

Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Prices are slightly higher than where I normally go, however it's down the road from family so I look at it as paying for the convenience. When I go, they usually have the parts, tools, and accessories I need in stock so i dont have to wait for them to recieve it. One thing I don't like about this location is a lot of people shop here so there's most likely a small line forming at all registers and a brief wait time to check out depending on how many staff are working. The parking lot is slightly crowded so finding parking is not impossible but frustrating at times. However, it's close to my dad, it's convenient, and the staff here make it easier for their customers by maintaining professionalism, listening to customer concerns/questions, as well as offering suggestions/insight/clarification using their existing knowledge of basic or advanced automotive repairs, maintenance, and installation.

Worst customer experience ever! Called for a part for my 4runner, was told they had one left, so I DOUBLE CHECKED to be certain it was for the V8. Drove all the way out there, guy at counter looks and says its $199 I said no I called earlier and the woman told me $144. Then he literally said to me "Oh, you're the one who called and said you had a Rav4. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The Rav4 doesnt even MAKE a V8. Do better AutoZone... DO BETTER!

Be careful shopping in this store, management has been forcing employees back to work just DAYS after testing positive for the virus! They don’t even require nor even allow them to get tested and wait for a negative result before returning! Employees jobs have been threatened if they ask management to allow them to wait for a negative test result prior to returning. Sickening behavior by management and corporate. Quite literally gambling the lives of their employees and customers because THEY DO NOT CARE.

I’ve never had any complaints with this store. It’s a great place to run in a get an air freshener, or get something more important like new windshield wipers or batteries. The staff is really friendly and the store itself is very clean.

I like the friendly staff. Some times they are under staffed and it takes a while for you to get served but they try their best. Prices are definitely better that the competition around considering the life time warranty they offer. It's nice to have a place like Autozone near you.

Only dropping the three stars on this place. Went on a Tuesday night to purchase washer solvent and found that they only had two employees working and they were both tied up on the phone. I stood and waited in line to pay for my solvent a good 25-30 minutes. What a waste of my time. I will never be able to get that time back nor can I re-use it....

So, we went in and bought supplies to charge air conditioner. The female employee saw me struggling and came out and helped. She figured out can was defective and got a new one, and she charged the AC. She made my day, because I had a rough one!!

The manager, Kevin Janzen, was absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond what was expected of him and his job. He helped me replace my headlights, though they were quite the hassle to work with, and ensured they worked efficiently all before it got dark outside. Thank you for your genuine concern for those who come to you!

Almost feel bad only giving a 3 rating because I have been going to Autozone since I owned my first car 30 years ago. And only in the last couple years switched to their competition because I was tired of being disappointed with lack of parts in stock and at times competent service when I would call down to check on parts and be told they were in stock and would be pulled and waiting for me but not even in stock when I got there. I have or have had a Firebird a Camaro and a Jeep Cherokee and now 2 Wranglers so it's not like I had rare vehicles. So I recently purchased a used car and needed a repair manual which the competitor I have been going to and satisfied with no longer carry. Since they just built a new Autozone down the street from them I gave them another chance to win me back. Instead they decided to also no longer carry them in the brand new store and once again was directed to another one that may or may not still carry them. I thought the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be and the store was organized and wellkept but I will never understand why a DIY auto parts store would decide to stop selling instructions on how to do it yourself. I realize that the internet is a resource and I also watch YouTube videos but some of us still like to take the time to follow step by step instructions that also have details on specific model year. So I was still unhappy about walking away empty handed and they blew an opportunity to recover a once loyal customer.

Great and friendly staff; cashier 13 and his coworker really helped us out with finding the right parts and how to properly do our fix! Sorry to not catch your names, but you guys really made everything so much better. Thank you.

Bearded guy at the register today was dumber than a box of brake pads. Complained about the store and how fd up it is for the entire 10 minutes I was in there. F bombs were being slung like hash at the gap diner. He rung my oil filter up with precision and as I went to swipe I was told they were only accepting cash cause the machine was down. Brain child, you could have told all of us in the store that it was down when we walked in, so you wouldn’t waste my or anybody else’s time. I did get the part at advance though, thanks.

I've been to this auto zone so many times and almost every time they've been cash only but don't tell you until you've wasted your time finding everything you needed. common sense might tell you to maybe put a sign out front...but...that's none of my business. theyre also dumber than a box of nails. "copper plugs? yeah your car isn't going to run at all." it's running great man. thanks for the helpful tip though! I'm not going there anymore, lol.

I needed new wiper blades. They had a great selection and offered good advice. After purchasing they offered to install them. I accepted their offer and they came out and put them on, then with a smile, thanked me for my business. Doesn't get better than that.
