Brett is 10/10!!! We recently got over 1’ of snow; I barely got my long driveway cleared and never even did the path to the front door yet. My pick up was scheduled by a 3rd party for 2 days out, plenty of time to get the walk done and driveway cleaned up better, no worries. Unbeknownst to me, the 3rd party incorrectly scheduled Lighten Your Load to pick up the following morning (palm to face). The front doorbell rang…who the hell made it to the front door with a foot of frozen snow on the walk?!?). Brett. Brett and his crew were standing at my front door like it was a sunny Friday morning and apologizing to me when I mentioned they weren’t scheduled yet.
