Three weeks out of the month this company DOES NOT pick up our garbage and that's being generous. They finally came after Christmas and now it's been another 3 weeks. I actually watched the truck pull onto my road today while waiting for the bus to come. They turned around at the end of the road and went back to where they came from. Are you kidding me?? So now all my trash is sitting there for the animals to get at because our 4 bins are already full from all the other trash they refused to take over the past several months. The trash guys told us the trash/stickers needed to be completely visible. Okay, well they are now but apparently you don't even bother to drive up the road anymore to see that. And how frustrating it is to buy stickers which have now gone up in price to fall off from getting wet and get lost in the snow. This company is a complete joke and the employees are unnecessarily rude and lazy.

Your drivers make no sense. I think they just want to get done early on Fridays. If there is a flake of snow or a puddle of ice they refuse to drive down my dirt road to collect my garbage and my two neighbors. But other weeks like on 1/11, there was 3” of ice but that driver successful came to the house and picked up. Also if your drive indicates the road “is not safe” in their opinion, you refuse adjust the billing even if there is no extra the following time. You are over price and unreliable.

Customer service as terrible as the garage they pick up. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

The worst service. Garbage not picked up for 3 weeks in row. Everytime we called they are lying. I’ll be reaching to state rep to get them removed from this area. Garbage is sitting on driveway extra full and animals getting at it and they say just leave it we will pick up. Surprised how township is allowing this.

The Casella driver/s for Roaring Brook Twp, Pa are very personable, friendly and professional. As a retired Corporate Director of Human Resources, I know the value of a good employee and the image they project on the company they represent.

There is no customer service number. There is a call center. They require you to use trash stickers, and then don't provide them. I long for the days when if you couldn't do perform the business for which you were paid, you went OUT of business.

Do not sign up for service with this company. I lasted 1 3-month service window of which I signed up late within. Within that timeframe they delivered broken conatainers to my address at the start, then had to replace them. Then missed being on time for my pickup for the first 2 weeks and had to return. Then missed pickup of my recycling for 3 weeks in a row. Called company several times to have service I've already paid for refunded being they never picked up the recycling, but that never happened. When they finally showed up to collect the recycling in the 4th week on time for once, the collector decided to attempt to break the recycling receptacle against the end of my driveway with the garbage truck collection arm by smashing it 4 times at the curb. I had had it, cancelled service. Save yourself the grief.

$50 for terrible service. Took over two weeks to get our cans. Recyclables did not get picked up for two weeks in a row. I called and was told they would get picked up today, when I called to see if they were picked up I was told the driver “couldn’t complete the service.” So they tried to make it our fault when the can has been at the end of the driveway since Wednesday (scheduled pick up day). Switching services. Not worth the $50.

Refused to take an old lady's garbage because it was to heavy! She offered to put it in the truck her self n by the time she walked down the steps they took off in the garbage truck and blew dust in her face. Witness says she was absolutely distraught and the treatment to the old lady was horrendous!

Answered the phone quickly and was helped by a lady named Tracey. She was very helpful and if she didn't have the answer she went above and beyond to get it for me. Thank you Tracey

5 stars for the customer service reps, 0 stars for the actual service…. The customer service reps are all nice and helpful but the regular service keeps getting missed. It’s been 4 weeks since we’ve signed up with Casella, and every single week our pickup has been missed. I have to call at least 2-3 times a week to find out what the problem is.

Awful service! Called yesterday around 4pm stating my garbage was not picked up. I was told it was marked “completed” when it wasn’t so then I was told it’ll be picked up today. I called at 8am today and was told I have to wait yet another 48hrs?!? Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. No one is on the same page each time I call it’s a different story. Thank god I’m finding somewhere else to go because enough is enough.

Very poor customer service. Many pick up misses. Does not like to take back cans after service is cancelled. Has trouble following through with commitments.

Awful customer service, terrible attitude over the phone, and all around a waste of time and money dealing with these people. Skip the stickers and get yourself a WM Waste Management barrel.

I was lied to three times in one week that my garbage would be picked up after they only picked half of it up on my pickup day also requested to talk to a supervisor in two separate occasions no one ever called me back horrible experience would not recommend this company

I received a bill in the mail for two months of overdue payments due to our account information not transitioning from the previous ownership. I sent in a check and then went in to set up auto-pay after realizing our account information was not transferred over. The company cashed my check and the same day drafted another month's payment from my account. I contacted the company through their website about the suspected over-payment and am still waiting for a response. This was about 3 weeks ago. They offer recycling which is the reason we've stayed with them so far, but their service is terrible. The quality of service is going down and cost to customers is going up.

Two weeks in a row the company only emptied one of the two garbage cans. I called today to ask way and was informed it was a driver error and that they are unsure why it it was left and the driver has till 7pm to pick up. Since there are two trucks that service my road. I was told if no driver comes to call back again on Monday! For what? More excuses? More lip service? Time to find service from another company

Had service taken over by Casella recently, after changing hands through GFL, County Waste, and Gittens. They literally just decided to stop picking up my garbage and recycling, missing 3 of 4 pickups in the prior month. The worst part is that when I called to complain multiple times that my service was missed, they did nothing about it. When I called to cancel my service, they said they had no records of my prior calls and complaints! Absolutely horrible company!

Can we please petition this company out of the area. They just threw away one of my containers and refused to take responsibility.

Terrible company, just wants your money. LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS!!! They make changes without communicating with it customers! You cant get ahold of anybody for help or info from this company!! This company is trying to prey on the lower income areas to use cheap bags that cant even hold a tomato. They don't care about you!! They want to see you struggle or maybe your grandparents struggle to use useless bags!! DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!
