The personable customer service and technical expertise were superb. Battery Warehouse opens at 9:00 am. By 9:05 our car’s very dead battery was replaced and we were happily heading home. Just exceptional!

Will helped me decide on a replacement deep cycle battery for my camper. Through much conversation, I decided on getting the same battery but with a little bit more amp hour. This is my go to battery place. They always have what I need for various farm & computer related equipment. The quality seems to be good as I have never had any issues. I highly recommend.
Read reviews and brought in my 12V 120Ah 760CCA Mercedes Sprinter battery in to confirm it was dead. Walked out with a 12V 120Ah 900CCA battery about $100 less than I had researched lesser quality batteries in the local area. This place just does batteries, and I appreciated the expert advice! I can see why they have so many great reviews.

Called them looking for a Deka battery for my bike. They said they had one. I went in and he brings a Titan battery out. I told him I wanted a Deka. He said that Titan is one of Deka's brands, so I took it. Got home and before I installed it I did some research . I find out that Titan is a brand of EXIDE and NOT Deka !!!!! They will flat out lie to you to sell you a battery, plain and simple. This was yesterday and the battery is still sitting on my porch. I'm taking it back and will NEVER buy a battery from them again !!!!!!
I killed my battery by leaving my car in the on position. Brought my battery to Battery Warehouse Hanover. They said it could be recharged but would take 24 hrs or more. They gave me a loaner and will charge my battery for free! HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Admittedly I am a regular customer. I buy ALL my batteries, auto, truck & motorcycle from them. Guess you know why!
Went to this location today intending on spending about $1000 on new batteries for my golf cart.
The two young men who helped me, at 9am when the store opened where very helpful. Informative, knowledgeable, and polite.
Long story short, we tested my batteries and decided they were ok for another year or so.
I appreciate the honest diagnosis and advice.
I will be back when new batteries are needed!

Very excellent service! I called around town before choosing Battery Warehouse, and found their prices/options were the best in Hanover. When we arrived we were greeted by a battery technician who gave us our battery options before starting the process. While changing the battery the battery technician explained the process. The whole experience took about 10 minutes! Would highly recommend!
*This was the first battery change for this car and the negative battery terminal was piled up with green/corrosion, the technician cleaned the terminal before installing!

I have been getting my automotive batteries from the Hanover, PA location since they were in Hanover with no issues- until this year. Not quite two years ago I needed and bought 2 6-year batteries for my van and truck. This year the battery in my truck went bad, leaving me set twice. Took it to Battery Warehouse and they did replace it with a small pro-rated charge, as I expected. A couple months later, the battery in my van went bad in the same way it did in the truck. Again, I took it to Battery Warehouse. But this time, the guy (different from the first guy) said I needed to take the van home, remove the battery and bring it back in!!? They would charge it overnight and do tests on it the next day! If the tests show it was the battery, it would be replaced!!! I tried to explain the van was handicapped equipped and was the only way I had to transport my wheelchair bound wife, and we had doctor appointments the next morning. I needed the van to run. He said sorry- it was their policy! So I guess if you have only one vehicle and live miles away, you'll have a long walk carrying a battery. He needed to give me a jump so I could leave and go buy a battery at AutoZone. Last time Battery Warehouse will ever get my business. BTW- the battery was the issue in both cases. The new battery is working finie.
I usually goto the Westminster location and the guys there could not be any nicer and always go above and beyond. I found myself today in Hanover PA and needing a battery and decided to stop into this location. I walked in and waited 4 minutes or so and a guy sleepily comes out of the back to greet me. I asked him if he could check the charge on my battery and he asked me to bring the battery into the store! He made it very apparent he did not want to venture outside. It was like pulling teeth trying to get him out and when he finally made up his mind to take the cold, frigid trek 5 steps outside he disappeared in the back to get his jacket and gloves and 4 minutes later he came out and told me I did need a new battery and had it in stock. I had already made up my mind I wouldnt give this guy or location my business and headed home.
Didn't know this place existed! Just replaced the starter battery on my vehicle. Mark had me squared away with the purchase and install in minutes. Great price. Knowledgeable. No old batteries on the shelf. Would recommend to anyone in the area over any of the big name stores I've used.
