They are very disrespectful and they charge you an arm and a leg. They charged my son a couple hundred dollars to pull my son car out the ditch, i would not recommend them at all!!!
These guys are great. Hybrid, although less thsn 3 yo, wouldn't start. I was 30 miles away. First towing company wouldn't jump a hybrid. Kia dealer in Allentown gave me these guys info. A truck was out pretty quickly, car got jumped and was driven home. Very reasonable cost also.
Very helpful to us after our only car was totalled in a hit n run. They stored our damaged car till insurance company picked up. Fast and friendly service.
If we have options to put 0 star ⭐️ I would because they took my car from 8pm to 10am I went to take it out and charge me $342 . The explanation they gave me was my car was park at the fast lane., I park my car on the right side of the highway because I went to get a battery then came back 🥺my car wasn’t there😭😭and that day was very cold outside.

had a car stuck on a retaining wall. called and driver was here within 15 minutes. price to remove from a 5 foot wall with vehicle halfway falling to another lot was extremely reasonable. definitely will use over and over again

Fast Lane towing did a great job for me removing a car that sat for probably too long at the property, the tire was locked up and drug through the grass. The driver cleaned up everything without hesitation and without me asking. Extremely professional, on time, and very great service. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future! Only company to tow me off interstate. Refused to allow me to pickup my trailer after hour so they could charge extra day storage. Fast and friendly otherwise!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Had a truck break down and the Freightliner dealer suggested these clowns. Wouldn't let our driver ride in their truck back to the dealership with his broke down truck. They made our driver ride in the cab of his truck that was being towed. DO NOT USE unless you want to be stuck on the side of the road because they still think Covid is going to get them
They didn't say anything to us until they said we had to ride in our diesel while it was being towed. The driver was exceeding the speed limit and driving erratic.
Highly reccomend!! My daughter and I were stuck on 22 with a flat tire this morning in heavy traffic. Andrew got to us in a timely fashion and switched out our tire for us. He was extremely helpful and professional!

After waiting for Triple A for two and a half hours on rt 78 west bound, and told it would only take 40 minuets, we called Fast Lane towing recommended by a one of our friends, Jack was there in 20 minuets. His pricing was fair and he was very courteous. Highly recommend. Thank you Jack!!!
They failed to maintain their lane while making a turn and almost hit me, there was plenty of room to take the turn wide and not cross into oncoming traffic.
Had a real issue with a tricky tow and transport 500 plus miles from home. They were helpful, easy to deal with and extremely fair. I appreciate their professionalism and hope I never have to use them again but wouldn't think twice about it if the situation ever arose again.
My car was taken by someone and used and the car was impounded and towed by FastLane. It took me 63 days to find it. The guy told me it was my responsibility to come get it. I couldn’t find the car. I called New Jersey State Police and there was no record of my car. I went to get it today and the car was ransacked. There was $300 worth of copper in the car , a brand new screw gun and the clothes that were in the backpack were thrown all over the car. When I said something he said there is nothing I can do about it. I am sure he or the other guy there took it because when I mentioned it they just looked at each other and the other guy put his head down. These people are thieves. They had no right to ransack the car it wasn’t theirs
We can't thank you guys enough! The motor went in our dumptruck this morning. We called Fast Lane and Tom was there super quickly. Tom was so courteous, professional, helpful, and efficient. The value was also amazing! We were expecting a bill four or five times what we paid. I honestly would have paid more for the service we received!
