I was having car trouble. They lent me some tools. Plus had a fuel pump that I needed.

Unless you want to be verbally harassed and physically threatened by their unhinged employees, do yourself a favor and drive across the street to AutoZone, who has better prices, products, and customer service.

Really nice reps work here. Like ARik, who helped me and the young African American guy with dreads and glasses. No super long waits, and even if they are talking to someone ahead of you. They will kindly still ask how they can help. They move pretty fast. I came in to buy car oil for my Mazda and had to return the two sensors for my SUV, which my mechanic refused to use. And though it was just these two young men here. 07/21/23 They were super polite and provided great customer service. Thank you both. Especially Arik. For helping with the refund.

Customer service sucks! Went there late on Saturday 4/1/23 and 3 guys were inside. I had to return spark plugs but they refused to return them because I didn’t have the receipt or transactions number. All I wanted was to switch them for the correct part! They didn’t offer no option for store credit or anything. Their only option was to call the original store, get a transaction number then they can process. I had to Uber and go the the Nazareth PA store and they were able to assist. Felisha and her associate were very very helpful. They told me my options and were able to process my swap. The 3 gentleman from Easton needs to be more trained and know their job better. Very unsatisfied with them. But thank god for the store at 9 Easton rd Nazareth PA

Oh my GATOS! I've been having a difficult time with trusting anyone in the auto industry I was at a different auto part store and it was recommended by a employee to go to Advance Auto Parts and ask someone to help me get the correct battery for my car I was nervous and tired I yap too much when when I'm nervous and I type too I explained my horrible long story and immediately I was given a solution for my battery problem next thing I knew I was restarting my car and driving away happy not before I was given sage advice about how to speak with mechanics I called to let them know how much better my car was running just because of the new battery she went from 4.5 mpgs all the way to 14.9 mpgs the check engine light was not on although it did come back on but the mpgs stated my car is happier I'm happier and I'm looking forward to buying more auto parts Amazing people who restored some of my faith in humanity tonight I am extremely grateful Thank you both so much!

Very helpful in that they changed my windshield wipers for me. I bought Rain-X silicone blades. Even changing them in the heat. They were very pleasant and kind when I messed up my online order. Thank you!

Well stocked, clean store. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to off Hwy 22, 25th street exit right behind the McDonald's.

First time beyond dissatisfied with this company as many we install for free signs in front of this building you would think the employees had the ability to help change a battery on a key fob for my car or for as old this man looked last night he would understand the value of customer service! I know my key fob should be normally easy to open but with nails n baby brain I was denied help because the older guy said it was apart of the policy that they cannot touch key fobs. I walked away with true disappointment! As a nurse I was so shocked I pray he never needs a nurse because if he was chocking or needed immediate attention I would tell him sorry your not my patient it’s against my morals to help lazy selfish old people Can’t wait to speak to the gm tommrow and thank you auto zone for helping me with in seconds & with savings !

I needed a small part for the vacuum port on the carb. This store is my normal "go to store" but trying to travel as little as possible it was more convenient to go to 4 other auto parts store and 3 other location before I went out of my way and went to this parts store. They solved my parts need in less time then trying to explain my needs to other stores.

Usually do not have any issues but this time the sale associate was giving me a hard time when I was returning a car battery that could not keep a charge. It lost all of it's charge after I jumped and charged it the night before. First he told me that I had to have a receipt. I told him that he could look up my purchase history in his system, which he found. Then he gave me no choice but to return again after an hour while he tried to charge it. Ultimately he did not trust my story and replaced it when I returned.

Called to specifically ask if they had a certain spark plug. First sign to shop elsewhere is when they answer the phone as “hi” no statement that you reached advance auto parts. Guy so quickly spouted out that they had the plug in stock, I should have known better. Got there and they don’t have it I stock. First lie. Then he tells me Nazareth has it. Thanks again they close earlier than the store in Easton. Shop at Auto Zone instead. Much better service.

Huge stock of parts. Pro guys are the most knowledgeable I've ever dealt with. Pull rabbits out of hats often finding stuff that is impossible to find. The pro guys are the most valuable and usually very busy but it's worth waiting a few minutes to get what you need the first time. Won't go anywhere else because of them. Jim and George are amazing!

I just purchased antifreeze. The guy refused to honor the online price. He denied the online price and when i pulled it up on my phone, he stormed off into the back. I escalated the issue and will follow up this review of the outcome if there is an outcome.

This place has hit or miss customer service between the associates. I have two favorites that always have a positive outlook on helping customers. However, one associate had a bad attitude with me on more than one occasion. He has also given a family member grief when trying to return something with a receipt, making up a new return policy on the fly. This is why advance is losing business to internet retailers....

If you want a part. For your car. This is the place. They have it in stock. They have it at the right price. My car loves the parts I giver.and it's all thanks to these people... 25th street and Eaton ave are the best!

I shop around for the best prices, when I need auto parts. I am a great Customer of Advanced Auto Parts. But today I had to go to the other guy to find the best price. It pays to compare prices.....

Advanced Auto is a great place to go for car parts. They are always helpful and friendly when I need them to look up a part to find. Their prices are reasonable. I feel it's one of the best places to go for car parts and to get exceptional help with all your car part needs. If you go to any other car parts place I urge you to check out Advanced Auto and give them a try.

I ordered parts from an internet only company, they came in wrong. I went to Advanced and ordered them from them. Their customer service is much better. I should have gotten them there instead the first time.

I went in there looking for a dome light for my car. The employee was nice enough to look it up for me and even went to get the right bulb for me. He even explained what to do if it still didn't work..

Good customer service. Came in with an internet order 5 minutes after online checkout. Clerk tells me they were out of stock on my part but he gave me the more expensive brand part that was in stock for the same price. Very nice!

It's a name I trust... I have purchased many parts from various location... But when I was in the immediate area, and my battery died, I stopped in to get a battery, the clerk got me the correct battery (with a few extra CCA for the cold weather) and lent me the tools to pull it out in the 29 degree darkness (including a light!). He applied the core on the purchase, so I didn't have to spend any extra time after the process, and slow my voyage of getting back on the road to home. Good Staff, Clean store, helpful crew... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Most of staff is very knowledgeable which is required since the computer doesn't tell them everything. Mike was awesome to work with. They do good services like battery testing and wiper install.

I used to come here for everything so naturally i called when i needed to order a part. So a week and a half went by and there was no call to my house stating that the part was ready, so i call to check the status of the order. The person who answered the phone was rude from the start, checked the status and got back on the phone to tell me that it was there. When i asked if anyone was going to call me to inform me to pick it up he stated he hasn't been there for a couple of days and wouldn't tell me when the part came in. I called and launched a complaint with the manager and he was very patient and listened to what i had to say and apologized for the service i received. I am very impressed that the manager was willing to listen and said he would take care of the problem.

I came from out of town to help my daughter whose battery had died. I ordered a new battery online for in-store pick up/intstallation (I saved 15% by doing this!). I arrived on Sunday morning. A minute after walking in the front door they had my order up,and my new battery off the shelf. I was instructed to drive around back where the friendly employee got right to business pulling the old battery and installing the new. Even though they don't have your typical service bay, they had all the tools to do the job right, cleaned the cables, and sprayed protectant on the terminals...even hooked up the charger to the car's computer so that the system wouldn't have to be reset. Now, I am a do it yourselfer, but why would I do this myself when Advanced Auto did it fast (total of 15min), free, and properly! Kudos! I am a happy customer!
