I had a flat tire coincidentally right by Firestone (went to Wawa to put air in my tire first but air pumps were out of order) I asked if they could just put air in my tire so I could make it home but they said they didn't have time so I had to call AAA to change my tire in the Firestone parking lot! I have been going there for 15 years and it used to be great but the service is terrible now. From them recommending the wrong tires for my car and then not wanting to honor the warranty on them to sitting there for hours because they misplaced my service envelope among many other things. I get it they were busy but it takes a couple minutes to put air in a tire, I will only go back for the Lifetime Alignment that I paid for. I hate to leave a bad review because the girls that work there are always nice but they are the only good thing there.

Great experience Sunday afternoon. Got 4 new tires and an alignment. Truck was taken in at the scheduled appointment time and done within an hour. It's nice to see a place actually take you in on your assigned time and get the job done. Will definitely use them again!

I went in for a state test inspection and it cost over $90. I drive a 2022 Hyundai with less than 28,000 and well kept. They are a ripoff

The lifetime alignment is a LIE. I recently stopped going here after 3 years and ruining 2 sets of tires because of uneven wear. Every 6K miles I got an alignment, oil change, and a tire rotation. And still, one set of tires lasted 17 months, and the next 19 months. But nobody here could explain why my tires were feathering. It appears they don't actually align anything when they do a "lifetime alignment" check. They just hook it up to the machine and if your wheels are in the green range, they don't adjust anything. I saved every alignment sheet they gave me. The before and after measurements almost always are the same, still in the green, but not exactually what the manufacture recommends. I also don't trust that they rotated my tires every time. So, when I had to get a THIRD set of tires, I went somewhere else. And they did my alignment, correctly. Fast forward to today, I just went for my first tire rotation after 6K miles and imagine that. They're wearing nice and even. In summary, firestone will cut the life of your tires by half.

Out of town AAA brought my pick up truck here. They were able to take down my spare tire at a very reasonable price will highly recommended then wish could give then more 🌟 stars

Very reliable service. Staff is helpful in getting your vehicle needs done. Best investment is the Lifetime Alignment option... especially lately in Pa with all the roadworks.

I come here for convenience, but they can't follow simple directions to do an oil change, they rip my car apart instead. They had 5 techs and an oil change still took an hour and a half inches an empty shop

I began using Firestone a few years ago when I purchased my Jeep. Brandon has been my tech ever since. He is honest, clear and explains each aspect of my jeep when it needs maintenance. Jay, the store manager is very helpful at scheduling my appointments especially since my availability is only on the weekends.

At first I wasn’t going to take my vehicle due to the person that answered the phone sounding like they didn’t want to be bothered. I then called back due to the urgency of the situation and spoke with a nicer person, long story short… I towed my car their and despite them being busy I was taken care of at a fairly decent time. Jay took care of everything and I was very satisfied with my service. Jay was patient and exceeded my expectations despite my earlier experience.

Snapped a belt on the highway a hour from home. Went to a few other places in the area got the run around. Stopped in here as my last hope and from now on will be my first place of choice. These guys were pleasant and professional. Got me right in fixed, and back on the road at a great price. Highly recommend.

I come to Firestone for my oil changes and tire rotations. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Making an appointment online is convenient and easy.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful! Have even been able to squeeze my car in no matter how busy the day. Will always recommend them when possible.

Brandon was such a great technician! He did my PA inspection and emissions and made sure it was all good to go! He communicated well and my car was done in such a timely manner! Will have him work on my car always!

Stopped by Firestone Saturday 23, 2025 for yearly PA state inspection & emission. Upon arriving, I was greeted and taken care of right away. In and out - no complaints. I have been coming here with my dad even before I had my own car and never really had any issues with service, customer service or pricing.

I have been using Firestone in Nazareth for years. Never had a bad experience. Always told me I needed certain maintenance on thing in the future never that day. I kept asking about my tires when I would take it for a oil change because they told me I would need them but every time I would ask, they would say just wait until the next oil change. You’re still good yet. Also always dropped my car off and got it back that day unless there was something majorly wrong. Like getting a cracked rim fixed.

Christine and jay were exceptional. I blew a tire. I live no where near this shop and I felt like I was dealing with my hometown mechanic definitely will travel the hour for people I trust.

I had a lot of work done at Firestone. They also put on new tires and balanced them. A month or so later my back rear tire was leaking so I went back to them and they checked it. Soon after it was leaking again so I went back, and Jay explained it might be a rusted wheel rim due to the age of my car. Indeed, he was correct and showed me the damage here and there from salt, etc. on the wheel. They took the tire off, scraped it down reset it and I was pleasantly surprised to not get charged for all the time and attention. Especially since it was the age of my car and not their fault. Jay was really excellent. Thank you, guys.

Excellent service! I called about a flat tire and possible replacements—everyone was polite, helpful, and answered all my questions. They took care of everything in just a few hours and even explained how warm our tires were. A trustworthy company we’ll continue to use!

stopped by for some work on my car and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and got me in and out without a long wait. Everything was explained clearly, and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Prices were fair and the service was solid. Definitely coming back next time I need something done

I had a great experience at Firestone Auto thanks to Christine G! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Christine made sure I understood what was needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you find someone who truly cares about the customer experience, but Christine went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be asking for her! Highly recommend.

This place is a joke and will nick pick minor things wrong to try to upsell the customer. Made an appointment for an inspection and alignment due to me having a lifetime alignment. Sat and waited almost and hour an half. Tech comes out and says my truck failed inspection because my tires stick out 1 inch pass the fender and my 3rd brake light bulb was out. I was then quoted $99 to change a $3.49 bulb that is easily accessible by 2 Phillips head screws on my cab. If the tech was already going to fail me for my tires being 1 inch pass the fender, why wouldn't he just tell me that at the beginning so that I don't have a wait around an hour and half for nothing. Also my truck has passed inspection at this location for the same wheels and tires here for multiple previous years. These people are ridiculous and have no common sense or courtesy. At the end the tech had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted the alignment after wasting an hour and half of my time for nothing. Not a friendly garage at all. Update: took the truck home and unscrewed the two Phillips head screws to access the third brake light bulb. While I was removing it the light bulb actually came on. I removed it, put some dielectric grease on the ends and popped it right back in. Didn't even need a bulb at all. The would have charged me $99 for a 2 minute job. Don't know if it is incompetence or they are scammers. But definitely go somewhere else.

Do not go here!!! They tried to rip me off for $140.00. I took my car here for an oil change. They inspected my car, and told me that I needed $2000 in services. One of which was a serpentine belt. I okayed the belt, but asked them to give me back the old one (Always do this! ). When they handed me my old belt my spidey sense was tingling. The belt looked great except for these obvious razor blade cuts. I consulted a few of my friends, one of which is an ASE certified mechanic, and they all agreed. This belt was fine, and was cut with something extremely sharp. Mechanics have a reputation of being dishonest. This place does nothing to change that narrative. After I called corporate and complained this shop called me back saying they were upset with me FOR CALLING CORPORATE! They did issue a refund for that belt and the labor to their credit. But it wasn't without an arguement. Please take your money somewhere else. Their are good mechanics out there that won't rip you off.

I’m giving this location a five star for customer service! Just had a screw go into my tire and went to a local Mavis tire to get it plugged. They would not repair until tomorrow morning even though I was there 30 minutes before closing. I called firestone and the rep told me to bring it in right away. This is the customer service people need where a business knows that a customer needs immediate help and services you on the same day and don’t ask you to come back tomorrow. Very glad I came here and will return for future services and tires. Glad to see that they even offer $10 off for customers to post a review. I would highly recommend.
