I had a wonderful experience at this location today. Customer service was outstanding. Erica at the front desk was very polite and informative, as well as patient. The deals and prices are amazing, and the wait time is highly reasonable. This was my first time at this location, as I usually go to Mavis Tires closer to Philadelphia, and I have to say- I was completely blown away with my experience. Definitely recommend.
Service is very friendly. Erica took care of me right away. They always explain what services your car needs immediately or in the long run without making you feel that they are just talking to run up your bill. Very knowledgeable staff.
Shane, Erica, and Bruce were amazing. They took there time. We're incredibly detailed, patient and informative with me. They did a complete work up on my vehicle and she feels brand new. Definitely looking forward to our new long lasting relationship with this Mavis.
The Mavis on 2481 Park Avenue in Easton has some awesome service. My boy Shane at the front took care of me in a flash, he has great customer service skills. Also the team in the back was awesome polite, and very helpful thank you guys will definitely be back soon!!!💯

Give Shane and Zack a raise. Dudes did awesome. I won't accept less than a 5 dollar raise for the both of them. Solid customer service. They treated me like family and this was my first time being here. I will return and I will tell my friends. I'll go back my next oil service and if they haven't been acknowledged I will be very sad.
We came in close to closing time with a tire that had very low pressure, and Erica was incredibly accommodating. She assured us she would take care of it, and she absolutely did. The mechanic was awesome, and the service was friendly and professional from start to finish. Past experiences at other tire shops had made us very leery about going to tire places, but this was honestly the best experience we’ve ever had. The pricing was very reasonable, and everything was explained to us clearly. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
After i popped my tire i accidentally made an appointment at a different mavis but showed up at this one which im glad happened! although i didnt have an appointment they still were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion. Mason was super helpful and knowledgeable and made everything super seamless! i will definitely be returning!
Last week I got stuck on 22 because my tire exploded, when i got to Mavis I expected nothing less than bad service (have a bad history with Mavis) but Zack was super helpful and explained things super chill. Mason helped me out greatly and did a lot for me to get back on the road with minimal issues I appreciate it their realness and not trying to oversell me on services i did not need or wanted and because of their HUMANITY I will be returning to this particular Mavis. Thank you guys for the wonderful service and support.
They were able to get my front right tire valve tightened since air was leaking out. Chris has been super communicative and friendly. They also have wifi and the mall is right there if you need a place to wait. Thank you Mavis!
I came in for my tires to be replaced. Mason at the desk is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and I immediately deffered to him on what to get. The price for EVERYTHING I was relieved was quite reasonable and I was thrilled that I was APPROVED for credit as I just didn't want to make the FULL investment at this time. One thing I REALLY want to EMPHASIZE is as I was sitting there waiting for the service to be completed I observed MASON @ the desk interacting with numerous customers and he really is the EPITOME of Customer Service. His knowledge and his demeanor are EXCEPTIONAL! I was in Customer Service for MANY years and I must say a QUALITY employee like him is RARE.
Mason was a great person to work with very knowledgeable. Best customer service very quick. Definitely will come back and recommend Mavis. They got my battery taken care of and the price was absolutely reasonable. I’m definitely coming back.!!!!

Yesterday I took my car in for an inspection. From the time I dropped off my car for work to picking it up after completion mason was nothing but helpful and professional. Mason and his team are polite and took great care of me. Highly recommend anyone that needs service to come here!
My son worked on cars when he first started working, and learned a lot. Now that he has no time to fix his own car, he takes it to Mavis discounts when he has smaller jobs for them to do, and says they do a fairly decent job and they are cheaper than most places, so that’s what I’m going by! I have a few friends that also say they’re pretty cheap and good. 👍🏼
This place is pretty incredible with their service. Dan and Mason from this location have been extremely nice, especially with the best recommendations for my car. I always come here, and enjoy my experience every time.
Zack help me out and took care of our 2015 jeep patriot, it’s not an easy car at all to work on. Brought it in for inspection and emissions, Zack and his awesome crew went one step further for me and picked the car up and did a bumper to bumper look over and found problems that I wasn’t even aware of that other shops missed !!! The jeep needed lights as well and zack was amazing and changed them for me ! Thankfully the rest they reassured me it was okay and it’s just something they wanted to bring to my attention 10/10 WILL always bring my vehicles back well done !!
Zackary was our mechanic and could not have had a better experience. Took care of everything that needed to be taken care of plus even extras that we weren’t even aware of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to get work done. Done in a timely manner and very thorough and thoughtful with his work.

Needed a head light bulb replaced on my daughter’s car on a Sunday morning before she went back to school. Shane was able to get this scheduled and done in less than an hour for me. Very efficient and accommodating and did this with a smile. Very much appreciate Shane’s service and attitude. I highly recommend Mavis at Palmer Park Mall for your auto maintenance needs!!
What a great shop! Was in the area and had a nail in my tire. Looked up places and this one caught my eye with all the positive reviews! They did not disappoint! Mason at the desk was great. He was organized, professional and such a pleasure to deal with. This is a well run shop. Courtney who fixed my tire, treated my car like it was his. He was neat, thorough and courteous. It was a great experience dealing with the Mavis crew at the Park avenue location in Easton. I had them help me pick the right tires for my car and they also worked with the budget I had. I am very satisfied. I have only dealt with a few small tire shops ever but the higher tire prices made me shop around and they fulfilled my needs.
Went to Mavis Discount Tire the other day for the first time because I had a headlight out. I received A+ customer service thanks to Mason! He even put air in my tires for me. Angel the mechanic did a very, good job. I am going back today to get 4 tires on my car. If you like excellent customer service this is the place to go!

Super nice. I pulled in with a tire and a rim. They mounted it for me. They noticed a bad stem and gave me a new one! They disposed of my old tire. I'm super happy to have a safe spare again. Friendly folks!
The guys at the Palmer Mavis are a great bunch! I came in with a roadside emergency with my classic Chevy as I was out enjoying the nice weather today. Zach, Mason, and Ant got me back on the road with as little hassle as possible. They listened to my needs, got me right in, they took care of my old girl and got me back on the road right away.
It’s never fun to be in this situation but THIS team made it very very easy!
