This place has excellent customer service and are very skilled and helpful I will definitely make this my auto parts store from now on since I just moved to the area.
Great store. Always very knowledgeable and very helpful with all the experience they have in there. Been into alot of napa. I actually stoped going to napa at another location because the guy had transferred to this location. Hey napa thanks and you will always have my business. Wouldnt stop anywhere else.
I've been to this store many times before and always have a positive experience with solid results. I was glad to get very insightful and valuable assistance from Annette and Frank about the options for different parts for my car. It's always helpful to understand the types of products and options connected to my car in the event that I am not able to get to the dealership and it was also great to see a woman working at the store who offered the type of knowledge and details about products that I needed. I highly recommend considering NAPA when shopping around for different products, etc. Thank you.
Came here the other day as my business was down, only place open on a Saturday and Wally waited a few extra minutes without complaint to help me. He could have easily steered me away when I called since I was coming from far but he was overly accommodating. 10 stars in my book!
Knowledgeable employees but miserable. It’s almost like they are doing you a favor and don’t want you in the store. Haven’t seen one smile in years. I waited 7 minutes while no less than 6 employees were behind the counter doing various things. It looked like they were filling delivery orders. Not one asked me if I needed help. Not one said we’ll be with you in a minute or two. Just looked over my way and said nothing. I’m happy to wait my turn(which I did being the only customer in the store), but it’s maddening when you’re just standing there and workers can’t even acknowledge your presence. So I left and went to a Parker store in warrington. Rather spend the additional 30 min trip drive then get ignored for 7 minutes.
This is something you don't see any more an actual auto parts store wood real service people who know what the hell they're talkin about and the replacement parts are good quality
Ellis at the Limekiln Pike store is a great and knowledgeable representative. He walked us through all of our options and even came and showed us the part in the car. He went completely above and beyond. I appreciate his level of service. Thank you!
They have parts that Auto Parts Warehouses don’t have!! This is the Best Store for Restoring a Antique or classic car, and for getting your everyday car parts!
The manger Maddie is very helpful and has exstensive knowledge and Assistant manger Mike is also very helpful n polite and the younger gentleman Patrick is resourceful
Service and selection is good, but they sold me the wrong part for my car. If I didn't have another ride, I could've been stranded. I hope they update their system so its part selection is more accurate.
This place to me always get five stars because the service is great they always have the parts I need and the people who work here are there to work and answer questions ,hey the place have been redesign for more space ,it use to be a little dark place.i even had to tell the sales clerk it really looks nice in here.NAPA parts are better anyway.

Napa only had one of the 2 parts i ordered. The cashier seemed less than enthused to help me locate the other part i needed. I think some people forget that good and friendly service makes the difference where you shop. Those are the experiences that leave a lasting impression.
I needed a battery for my truck. I called, the told me they closed the store on Mt. Carmel ave off Glenside ave and they were on Limekiln pike next to the Mt Carmel fire department. I asked them if they had the battery for my truck and the lady on the phone gave me three choices of battery, prices and lifespan and warranty. I asked what time they closed, she said 7. I went and got the battery from another lady at the counter who told me it was another lady that i had spoken with. She left the order for me. Wow! I didn't expect that. I went to Napa because they had what i needed before for my SAAB years ago. I love Napa auto parts. I also tell people to go there where ever Napa is.
Never going to a different parts place ever again..! Very friendly and extremely knowledgable about trucks and cars. Go here instead of the other mainstream places.
