Took From 9/22/25 till 10/31/25 to complete work when we were told it would be completed in 11-14 days. We had a drivers side mirror that needed replaced and they were going to do that and inspect the car while they were repairing it. They did not complete this therefore leaving us with no vehicle because the insurance rental was expired. They know we had no other vehicle. They never offered to give us one to drive. All around poor service.

Diehl of Grove City fixed my car after I was rear-ended. The gentleman that worked with me was Ethan, I believe, and he was so so great. Very informative and professional, super nice. They had my car longer than expected. I was kept updated through email. I definitely wanted it back sooner, but I also wanted it fixed correctly. Patience is always key. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Diehl Collision. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and were a joy to work with. I’m very happy with the work they did on my car. It looks exactly like it did before I got into an accident.

Changing to 1 star from 3 stars. Even a week after pickup the shop didnt understand the insurance payment and needed me to pay more money. Weeks of hassel and lost money due to their incompetence and they never even offered a free detail.The body work they provided seems to be proficient as of now. Personally, I am not satisfied with my experience at Diehl Collision of Grove City due to lack of communication, lack of follow-up, lack of accountability, lack of speed, and other frustrating factors. Overall, they did complete the work needed on my vehicle, which was most important. I'd probably find a different body shop.

Hit a deer, and diehl did a great job of getting my car back to me in a timely manner. The car looks great, everyone there was extremely friendly, and kept me updated. Highly recommend

I had the bumper repaired after a deer strike. It took ten days to repair. The food a nice job detailing when they were done. They texted updates on status every 2-3 days. They were making me pay for a car while i had mine fixed so o declined this. I have never paid for a car while auto body was performed on mine. Thank you

4 hours ago New After waiting 2 weeks and still not retrieved my vehicle from Diehl Collision center in Grove City, I regret having taken my car to them for a simple bumper repair and grill replacement. I thought I would receive a timely return, as indicated when I received the estimate, but after 2 weeks, I have realized my mistake. It appears, in addition to the body work delays, a "calibration" is required from another facility, to which the car must be towed one hour away. I was not informed of this situation at any time until I had to call the center and inquire regarding the delay. This failure in communication and timely service is unacceptable and I will not return to Diehl Collision for service anytime UPDATE: Yet another phone call from me to Diehl 30 min before closing today, when my vehicle was promised. No surprise, another excuse was produced for the additional delay. Feels like the Twilight Zone! I want my car back! They should be removed from list of insurance's authorized service centers.

My car was backed into in a parking lot it needed a fender a front bumper and the bracket that holds them together onto the frame and my door was rubbing on the fender so it needed repainted. On September 6th they were quoted to take 50 hours to fix it one week they told me. It is now October 29th it is not done yet I have been given all the excuses it's still in the tear down the part is on backorder till the end of this week it should be done next week oh it should be done midweek should be done at the end of the week oh somebody went on vacation. I do not have an extra vehicle to drive at all. The car insurance was supposed to pay for a rental through October 25th they gave me a 10-day extension. As of right now they are still telling me it should be done in a day or two as long as it doesn't have to go to calibration which they do not do on site. Going to diehl collision I thought would be easy because they are local but it was the worst decision I have ever made. I chose to purchase the extra insurance on the rental that I was given because I did not want a deductible if something happens to it. I am a part-time working mom that has to take my kid to preschool everyday and pick him up plus speech and physical therapy twice a week among other appointments. I have spent my entire paycheck for the entire month going towards the rental car.

My car got taken here after I hit a deer on March 26. $10,000 was the estimate and the original estimated finish date was May 3rd. On April 19 got a voicemail saying they were waiting on a few parts but everything should be completed in a few days. It is now May 15th and I still don't have my vehicle back. I never hear from them unless I call for an update. They never answer the phone always have to leave a message. Last time I heard from them, was supposed to get a call back "within the hour" that was 3 days ago UPDATE: It is now June 27th and still don't have my vehicle back. Since no one answers the phone or returns calls, I went through my insurance company. Through their computers Diehls said my car was completed May 2nd. My insurance company spoke to someone at Diehls and said the part that was on backorder (which the shop manager said he was sending a driver to find the part no matter the distance sometime in the beginning of May) came in last week and would be fixed the next day. Still waiting.... It's been over 3 months now. 2 1/2 months waiting on one part. Haven't heard from them in 5 weeks 🤬 2nd edit- finally got my car back on July 5th after being told 1-2 days 4 or 5 times since the middle of April. My husband made it 15 minutes after he picked it up and had to pull over because it was smoking so bad he thought it was going to catch on fire. The check engine light also came on. Called them right away and they were going to tow it back to the shop. Well they came 2 days later and after 3 hrs said nothing was wrong just probably overfilled the fluids and no check engine light was on. When they dropped it off the check engine light WAS on. The paint job was awful. Bumps all around my headlights. I now have 2 different colored headlights . 1 LED white and 1 yellow. Driver's fog light has a crack in it. Overall an awful experience will never go through Diehls again.

It's going on 3 months of not having my car. Every time I call in, they say something different and it's prolonged for another week. My insurance covered 30 days of a rental and I've been having to find rides to work or using Uber once that expired. Not too happy.

I had my vehicle repaired recently and Diehl was quick and clear with their communication and very helpful when I had any questions. They made sure my process was easy and not to mention my car looked beautiful when I get it back and was spotless when I got it back! I would recommend to anyone :)

Disrespectful, dishonest and unprofessional. Waited 6 months for an appointment. Showed up on time and no one had any idea who I was or why I was there. They blamed it on a former employee's incompetence. Nothing was done for 2 weeks because they were too busy with other appointments. When I reminded them that I scheduled an appointment 6 months ago, I was told I can have my keys and take my business elsewhere. Lied about getting authorization from my insurance company to diagnose mechanical problems, but did it anyway. Said they would bill my insurance and assured me that I would not be billed. Insurance isn't paying, so I expect I'll be getting a bill soon...which would be lie #2. Vehicle was written off as a total loss and removed without my authorization. Was never given a chance to get my belongings from the car. They lied to the tow company and said I gave them the OK. No one even called me. Had to waste 3 hours of my day driving round trip to get my belongings. If you're counting, that's lie #3. Insurance isn't covering my total loan. I'm out of pocket 4K, but consider it money we'll spent to end this horrible experience, and never have to deal with Diehl in any shape or form ever again.

Diehl Collision Center kept me informed every step of the way during the repair of my Jeep. Their shop set up the delivery and pick up of my rental vehicle, which I did not expect! They do fantastic body work and I am very pleased with my experience. Would recommend to friends & family

Used them to repair my 2020 Jeep after hitting a Deer. Total repair time was 73 days. Supply Chain shortages on parts will take forever right now. If you have a rental with Erie Insurance expect to pay anything over their 45 day allowance. The rental car I had from Enterprise cost me an additional $36 x 28 days.

Our car went in for a “2 -3” day job last week on Tuesday. Thursday they called to say it had just gone in. Today we called to see what is taking so long and were informed it just got disassembled today!!!! Horrible customer service and the manager was too busy to take a phone call!! Never again and you’d be smart to go somewhere else if you are considering this place!

I took my car in for an estimate 3 weeks ago after hitting a deer, i never received an estimate when I called, i was told my claim must have been missed, an estimate was to be completed by end of day yesterday and someone was to contact me, no one contacted me and no estimate, I called again today the manager was going to contact me when she came in at 1, I told them to forget it, I'll go somewhere else, obviously an upset customer doesn't matter, no one tried to resolve the issue, I'm glad I found another body shop who has showed way more customer care in 1 day than this place showed in 3 weeks, I will never give Diehl my business. #supportsmallbusiness!

I took my car here for repairs after a pheasant thought it should try to be my passenger. The team at the collision center was amazing. Abby and Keith kept me updated every step of the way, and had my Pilot back to me quickly. If I ever need anything else done, I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you guys 😁

I brought my car here on February 2, 2022 after hitting a deer, which my driver's side headlight assembly broke and my left turn signal busted (January 27). The frustrating thing was the date of when I get my new headlight assembly shipped in & installed kept getting backed up so many times. Not only that, but I was told that the original headlight assembly that was shipped in from across the country was broken & so they had to look up a temporary one to install so that I could have my car back after it was left here for a month in a half (March 11) Also, keep in mind I had to use a rental car from enterprise from the day that I brought my car here until I got it back. A week later (March 18) I was pulled over by the police over that headlight for which was burned out, luckily I was given a written warning notice paper, I felt that this place set me up. So the next day I brought it here for a mechanic to investigate it. Apparently he said that there was bad connection to it. Don't get me wrong, the staff here were nice except for one who was arrogant. As for my first and last experience here, I won't be back.

The shop did a Great job repairing our vehicle after a deer attacked it you can’t tell that it happened at all and we were very fortunate to work with Abbey in the office she was extremely caring and helpful and she kept us informed so would definitely use them again and I do recommend using their services

Yes I would recommend this place They did Good work when I pick it up I had questions and a couple things I saw That needed adjusted. And they came right out and took care of it. The rent a car place brings the car to and from the shop.
