I couldn’t say enough amazing things about Filer’s! I was rear-ended at the end of December and the insurance company and Filers were quick to get it fixed! I worked with Adam directly and he was fantastic! He kept me updated throughout the entire process, eased my nerves and had my car fixed in a short amount of time! He was honest, reliable, kind and easy to work with! He even had my car detailed before I got it back! I would highly recommend Filer’s to anyone needing body work done on their vehicles!
Filer’s did an amazing job fixing my car after I hit a deer this year. Customer service was spot on.. Adam kept me up to date on details about my car through the entire process. Picked up my car it looked amazing.. not only on the outside, but they detailed the inside too!

I needed repairs after a minor accident. After dropping off my car, I broke my shoulder and was not able to drive to return the rental car, and get my car back home. Since I am local, Adam was able to drive my car home to me when the repairs were complete, and drive the rental back to their shop... two things that I was worried about. Great customer service!! I am more than pleased. Thank you so much!!
Very professional and courteous. The whole process with our insurance company and the car rental was seamless and very convenient. We were very pleased with the repairs and the cleanliness of the car when returned. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.
We were very happy with the repair of our car and the service we received. They started our car repair quickly even though our insurance company's computers were down and could not give a claim number. They gave us regular progressing reports and they were very accommodating when we had to come in from out of state to pick up the completed car. We were also called a few days later to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Filer Auto Body!

Filer's did an excellent job repairing my car.
When I took it in the Service Manager looked it over carefully before making an estimate on what needed replaced etc. then later that day, he called with an update on damages and told me what the repair would cost. When I picked up my car several days later- it looked brand new. I'm very pleased with the job Filer's did.
They did such a great job on my car! It took longer than expected, but they noticed more damage when they took my car apart that the insurance company didn’t catch, so they took care of all of it. They kept in constant contact with us as to what was going on as well. We really appreciate it Filer! We will be coming back if we need another body shop in the future!
I approached them via email after swiping a wooden post while backing up which dislodged part of my bumper by about 3/4 of an inch. They diagnosed the damage and ordered a replacement bracket that was found to have stripped and then had me come back to install it. The repair cost was exceptionally reasonable and turnaround time was excellent.
Awesome service. Used their expertise to modify a used part and make it work. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Just a great local family-owned business.
My daughter had a fender bender while driving through Grove City two weeks ago. She was 3.5 hours away from home. Working with Filer Auto Body remotely went more smoothly than if I had tried to have the repairs done locally. Adam even made arrangements to meet us after hours so that we could pick the car up on a Saturday and the car looks great!
A deer hit me in my brand new car. I had initially gone to an Erie Insurance direct repair facility. They never sent the estimate to Erie, and my claim was going to be closed. At that point, it was 6 weeks from the accident, and I thought I was just waiting for parts! lol. I 100 percent didn't want to deal with it at that point. I called Filer Auto Body, and they were so wonderful to work with. From the first phone call, through the insurance bs and to my car being completed. I could not be happier with their service. They dealt with my claims adjuster (who was horrible btw.) That meant everything to me because I could not speak to that guy one more time, lol.
They had all of the parts there for my appointment. They were friendly and professional. And, I love the results! I saw the buck, braked, and swerved away from it. So, he hit the front passenger side instead of head-on. But he bounced back and hit every door and panel on the way. Then he ran away, lol. My car looks brand new again, and the paint matches perfectly! My car is a weird green color that is new. They matched it perfectly.
If you need auto body work, this is the place! By the time I even called them, I was over the whole ordeal. I did NOT want to deal with it. They took the stress from me and handled everything. I realize that sounds dramatic. But, at the time, it was just really too much with everything else I had going on. Their service was priceless to me.
This place deserves much more than 5 stars. I came here to fix some scratches from a parking lot hit and run. They got me a quote quick and had everything done in less than a week. The price was cheap and I was amazed at the paintless dent repair (PDR) work they did. I couldn’t even tell where the scratch was after the fact.
They have the best customer service I’ve ever seen from an automotive shop. I will use them for all future body work!
Over the years, this auto body shop has taken care of us twice. Not only do they do EXCELLANT work, they are all around the most honest, kindest people! They easily navigated us through communication with the insurance company, answered all our questions, and kept us regularly informed of repair progress. We are so very fortunate to have found these wonderful people. Thank you!
My daughter was traveling across country when she hit a deer near Grove City. Pretty much by chance, she called Filer for help. They gave my daughter the phone number for a tow truck, and really took care of her when she showed up with the car. They not only took her back to her hotel, but they made everything super easy for dealing with insurance and getting a rental car. Mark, the owner even gave my daughter his personal cell number, and stayed late to accommodate me getting there late to help out. He and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I recommend them highly to anyone in the area.
