Daniel B. And Daniel K. Were a huge help, I went to put antifreeze in the reservoir and the cap snapped and the inner cap was stuck in the reservoir hole being held by the O ring and was very tough to come out, they didn’t stop till it was out. Awesome guys !!
Really great store. Awesome service, they let me borrow tools to change my battery and we're really helpful. Unfortunately the main fuse is blown so I'll be back tomorrow!

Daniel provided a fantastic level of service with locating the brightest halogen headlight bulbs I could use in my 2014 Honda CRV, and went above and beyond with also installing them on the spot! I would recommend checking here for any of your car repair/upgrade needs. Very clean and organized store, too, making it very easy to find what you need!
I had the best experience here with Sandy. I needed to change my turn signals and she showed me how and was super helpful. Will definitely be using this spot for the next four years while I’m at college!
Sandra went absolutely above and beyond for me today when a simple lightbulb change turned into a nightmare at home. (I bought the wrong one) She was an absolute godsend and even installed BOTH for me. As a woman, seeing more women working at autozone makes me feel so much more comfortable. Brian went above and beyond to ensure that we were safe and secure when the car broke down (we were 400 miles from home). Then, went out of his way on his DAY OFF to pick us up from the hotel we had to stay at (that he recommended) and helped us diagnose the issue that we were having. A literal Godsend. Usually a good place for parts,but the last 2 times I used this store they got my item wrong. It is a 20 minute drive for me to get to this store so it is costing me money to use this service and not order on-line.
My battery in my 2016 Subaru was dying. I had to get another one on a Sunday morning in order to get to a family holiday party. Junior gave me fast, efficient service in the rain. Absolutely fantastic service. Thanks again, Junior! Merry Christmas!
I have to share what an exceptional experience I had recently (12/2/23) at the Grove City PA Autozone. I found during travel for work to Grove City that my right rear headlight had gone out. On a Saturday when precious few mechanics are open to install a new one. I went to the local AutoZone, and a sales rep, Ron C, immediately found not only the correct replacement bulb, but recommended a grease product to extend the life of the bulb once in place. He then proceeded to replace both my right tail light and - because as he said, the other side usually follows the same lifespan of the other tail light bulb, he replaced that one for me as well (the packet I purchased held two bulbs.) He literally saved my life on a weekend away from my home, and allowed me to travel safely and properly lighted on my car's real lights for the four hour drive back home. I am so grateful. I HIGHLY recommend AutoZone and especially Ron C for their service and care for customers.
UPDATE: Approx 3 weeks after replacing the aforementioned headlamp both my lights went out. Took to a garage and was told that because whoever replaced the bulb did it carelessly and caused both my headlights to stop working. Don’t touch the bulb and I would think AutoZone knows this. My review on how he went out of his way and did such a good job may not have been so accurate.

Customer service at its finest!!! I had a nail in my tire. I walked in and asked what I need to fix it. They showed me the best kit. I said my dad lives in town and he can fix it for me, that’s when the manager offered to do. He explained how the kit fixes the hole. 10 minutes later I’m back on the road. Very nice and professional.
I called yesterday and spoke to Mike about a lawnmower question and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was polite, courteous, and completely understanding. I will definitely do business with from now on.
I went in with my 7 month year son because my battery light came on, I was very surprise by the excellent customer service Sidney (autozone employee) provided. Found out it was alternator that could of resulted in me braking down at any moment and what Sidney provided was more than just knowledge but a care for my child with heavily recommending finding someone to drive behind me with our child. It really showed me he didn’t just care about the sale but also and more importantly the family my families safety. The store manager (Rich) has alway treated me with respect and if he doesn’t have the answer he works to find it or point me in the right direction. I’ve watched him with new employees as well his training skills are much better than most he is very patient ..
I stopped in to get a new headlight bulb for my car. The manager went way beyond his job. He went outside in frigid temperatures to make sure I bought the right bulb; then, he installed it. I would recommend Auto Zone to everyone. Their service is the best!!
Had to stop at the nearest Autozone and this was the nearest one. I had an excellent experience with excellent customer service from Rich C, one of the managers! I stopped there because I had to plug my moms tire because she had a slow leak. Rich and one of his coworkers was there and they were very helpful by helping me find the right plug kit! Rich lended me his tools to get the job done! Im from Cleveland Ohio and this was the best out of state experience ever. If I'm ever in the area again and need help I will definitely return here!
I'm sorry. I meant to give you guys a full five stars for your top-notch quality. Because I had called in to order a four-wheel drive axle for my Ford F-150, and you guys said it would be in at midnight. But an hour later I went to work and that's when I got a phone call saying that my axle was i. But I couldn't pick it up because I was at work, you guys are great so that's why I redid the rating. because I didn't realize that only gave you two stars, and for that I am sorry when I meant to give you a five stars
AutoZone has a wide selection of parts in stock, and very good customer service. Some things are a bit pricey, but the Duralast products (especially the sockets) are excellent. The rewards program is also stellar, and you get a $20 merchandise credit after making five purchases of twenty dollars or more. It felt real good to replace the rear brake pads on my car for eleven dollars.
Excellent quality service. They will even install certain parts for you. Definitely would recommend if you have questions about your vehicle on what part to buy or what products they have that can help you build or fix something on your car.
Seems like I've been living here the past few months. But...the main staff that run the shop are great guys. I always get treated with respect and the staff always do everything they can to help me find what I need. AutoZone seems to be my go to shop in town. I like the cleanliness of the store, its organization and the generous nature of the staff.
