I kept getting flyers from Diehl for the recalls on my Jeep Patriot. I called them and got an appointment in December. They looked at my car and told me it would be more work than they were prepared for, and rescheduled me to come back December 26 and leave it there for the day. I got a call a few days before that they were short-staffed and needed to reschedule. I explained that was fine, but I would need a car so that I could still get to work. They assured me they would give me a call by the end of the following week, but never followed through. I called 2 weeks later, and I was assured they didn't forget about me. Meanwhile, they kept sending me flyers to call them to fix my recalls. Long story short, it's now the end of February and my Patriot was fixed at Mike Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Hermitage. I was in Hermitage for about 2 hours total, not an all-day repair. It's a shame because the girl in the service department at Diehl was very friendly, and I had told my husband I would like to go back there when I was ready to get a new vehicle. Needless to say, I have no reason to go back here, ever.
Very friendly. My only complaint is they did not show me or tell me what to do if the electronic start failed. I had to Google it so I knew in case it would ever happen to me. Other than that I am very happy.
Dont walk away…RUN! Diehl thinks this will go away! Wrong!! Service department sucks. CHECK BBB WEBSITE. Mis diagnosed several times only to have same problem or worse after spending over $3000. I was misdiagnosed several times before this for an oil leak as well and that was a very expensive mistake! Now I see why this place lost so many employees in the past month. Your local smaller shops are way better nowadays than dealerships. You pay a diagnostic fee for a reason! Yet they can’t get it right and the customer is supposed to pick up the bill as they keep misdiagnosing your vehicle throwing parts at it every time???? Don’t think so. I Called my extended service company to let them know of the shady issue and so I’m not responsible if this power steering pump takes out the new rack and pinion. Tried for several days over a week to get in touch with management there but they always at a meeting or just don’t want to deal with you. Check videos out on how they left my vehicle after a new rack and pinion was put on… They told me to drive it back 30 miles from Hermitage after all the power steering fluid went all over under vehicle and hot exhaust. Overfilled power steering fluid. Problem still not fixed!! This is just the beginning. Notice the loud groaning noise. Everyday! And now we wait for Diehl to make a stupid response on here. The shady business owner Corina and Matt Diehl must be so proud! Another 🤡 show.. Go to service shops that pays its employees by the hour and not book hours. You will thank me. I wouldn’t suggest buying a car from this place as well. They just want your money! BBB has many complaints on this place unanswered. This place will be next to go out of business hopefully. Losers
I bought a 2026 Dodge Durango from here and the service was excellent. Zayne took care of me and every question I had. Zayne and the employee in training, Trey kept me entertained as they are very personable and engaging. Overall I had a very good experience.
Very professional sales reps there. Steve and Zayne took care of me. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Next time I need another vehicle I will be going back.

My car broke down on I79 and it was towed to Diehl of Grove City. It was a very tough situation because the dealership was over an hour from my home. In addition, the car was unable to be repaired and the Stellantis Financial Group were terrible to deal with. From the service department to sales, everyone at Diehl was helpful, friendly and great partners. They were able to get me into a new car for a very fair price. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership. Please consider them when looking for new or used vehicles!

Drove an hour to look at a vehicle. We were there three hours before speaking to credit manager who informed us that she “hadn’t ran our credit yet, but wasn’t sure the bank would finance the negative equity with out putting $6,000 down” so we told her not to run our credit. After we left I hit a notice that she did run our credit yet after us saying not to. Your dealership also gives extremely low trade in values compared to other Jeep dealerships.
I’m not really sure what to think of these guys. My son is buying a car from them, and he struck a very fair deal with the salesperson. It started off well, the saleperon was very professional and offered their financing if they could get close to our credit unions rate.. After they checked and found that they couldn’t get close they started pressuring us for not using their financing, claimimg that our credit union would not accept the time it takes to transfer a out of state title. After our credit union called and assured them the accept out of state titles all the time we notice that the purchase agreement has a non disclosed charge for a Zurich ceramic coating that 1200.00. Salesperson claims that they apply that charge on every car they sell, even if you don’t ask for it, or want it.. it’s not optional, and by the way it’s extra $$…I dont think Ive ever heard of a dealership coating every car they sell, especially without disclosing that in the pruchase price. Im sure that my son will love this car, and proble love the coating as well, but the next time youre in the showroom kicking tires make sure to take a min and have the write down the out the door price so you dont like your dealing with a shady used car dealer from the 80's.... a little update, my son is happy and said everyone was really nice..So I guess its kinda good!
I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LD from Tyler. It was a very straight forward and easy transaction, and for the situation, reletively fast. Overall a good interaction and one of the better dealership experiences I've had.
Steve, and management did a great job in getting the truck that I wanted. If I have people that need a vehicle they will be referred to Steve and management.
I purchased new at the GM side of the dealership and dealt with salesperson Jess. The experience was friendly, comfortable, and laid back. No pressure like so many other stores. All of my questions were answered honestly with no BS thrown in. The window sticker was the price with no useless gimmick add ons that I've seen at other dealerships. I requested a couple of dealer installed add ons and no issues. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended. The only downside is that I live 90 miles away.
The dealership was very accommodating, everything went very smoothly. I got a great deal on a new Ram 1500, as a professional driver I put hundreds of miles on Ford, Chevy, Toyota, and Ram. There is no comparison the Ram rides better, handles better, is much quieter,and the new turbo 6 is smooth and quick.
The collision center is a joke. My car has been sitting untouched for almost 2 months. There was some issues at the beginning regarding insurance but was figured out relatively quickly. Called to get an update, they said my parts would be in on the 24th of July and my car still sits untouched. Went into the collision center around June 12th is still sitting.

Even though my car came back a total loss the employees, estimators in particular, were very kind and helpful. I was able to get in and out with dropping my vehicle off and getting a rental the same day even on a short notice with limited availability in rentals. 5/5 I would 100% go again if something happens to my next vehicle.
