I moved back back to the area in 2016. I've used several repair shops, but none can compare to Sacketts. The last shop that I used, nickel and dimed me every time I had an inspection due. They even failed my inspection on something that they had repaired the year prior. I know this, unequivocally, that hasi not happened to me with Sacketts. I believe in them, and I trust them beyond measure. They shoot it to you straight and they are honest; they will not nickel and dime you. I took my vehicle in, Thursday, January 23rd. I had an oil change. I noticed that my inspection sticker was running out. I asked, "when could I bring it back in?" They said, "we can do it now." I was ecstatic. The job was done quick and without any issues. I appreciate the owner, Mr. Sackett and his kind son. The young lady that mands9 the front, is polite and will work with you to get you in. I highly recommend this shop for your car needs, they will do a great job and do it fast if there aren't any significant problems. I like Sacketts because the owner loves to converse with you and makes you feel like family. He hasi an impeccable recall of the Valley's historicity. What a guy! Thank you Sacketts for being a great shop, second to none and seeing to the immediate needs of your customers. By the way, Mr. Sackett, where were you on Thursday? Lunch time should have been over two hours ago when I was there. ?
Had a dead battery parked in my garage. One phone call to Sackett's and 15 minutes later, they arrived at my house to jump the car. Drove to the service station, they replaced my battery and checked the alternator, which was fine. Was on my way in less than an hour. Outstanding service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Great customer service! The staff is always so friendly, polite and professional. The mechanics are always willing to discuss and answer any questions and not make you feel belittled. Quality service!

Needed a quick turnaround on fixing a flat tire in the trunk. Flynn's Tire next door predicted more than 1.5 hours wait time. Sackett's fixed it in ten minutes and put it back on the car. Yes, they did use a plug but I used to have my own tire business and the young man's technique was perfect.

Been going to Sackett’s for car repairs for 20+ years. Honest, reliable and very, very fast and friendly service. I had 3 different repairs plus a state inspection and an oil change. Was all done in less than 24 hours. Dave Jr even went and exchanged my brand new faulty alternator all in the same day. Can’t say enough about these guys.

My family lives near Philadelphia. My son who attends college in MN had one of our cars. He overlooked September inspection sticker expiration. Drove back from MN across PA state line to get it inspected - intending to turn around and drive back as soon as completed ... not knowing emissions inspection standards differ by county! Sackett's didn't have the applicable equipment. Thought would have had to drive an extra 700 miles round trip back and forth across PA. But Dave connected us to a nearby business that had the equipment to perform the inspection AND his office colleague persuaded that business to fit us in immediately. If this is how the Dave and the Sackett team serves total strangers, I imagine that locals can count on them every time for whatever your need may be. Deeply grateful! Lou
Kind, friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay. Then fixed my vehicle first thing Monday. Will definitely come back and refer others to Sacketts.
We were traveling in the area when the AC plenum clogged up. We stopped and asked if they could unclog the drain. They did right away and would not take payment.
On Feb. 14 I woke up to a flat tire, called Sackett's at 8:05 am and Josh? was there by 8:25a. He started working on getting the frozen lug nuts off before I even realized he was there. He did not complain about the low temps or all the ice, he just went to work. He was done in 10 minutes and I was able to get to work on time. I went to the garage later that afternoon for two new tires. That also was done very timely. Everyone I had contact with that day was friendly and professional. So...any guesses where I'll be taking my car for service from now on ??? Thank You, to all of the staff at Sackett's.
This has to be one of the only full service shops in the whole state, and they are absolutely amazing at their jobs. I've had several vehicles go through here and I genuinely enjoy the people too. They've even been able to diagnose and fix issues other shops failed to do, so I'm thankful for their thorough process. This is the only shop in town I'll use.
Sacketts is a trust worthy place to take your vehicle. I took my mother's 1993 cavalier in for state inspection which didn't pass, but they showed me what needed done and once I got those issues taken care of I went back they passed it and down the road I went .Also all employees I spoke with were very curious.
It was suggested to me to take my car to Sacketts and I'm glad I did. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

My car had not been cleaned on the inside for 2 years. When I found out Sackett's did this I called them for information. They came and got my car, cleaned it to look brand new again, and brought it back to me in a few hours. I was amazed how wonderful it smelled and looked. After 2 grandchildren and a pandemic latter, my car was restored. Great work and I would recommend them to anyone needed car help.
Tire pressure light came on the night before we left for vacation. My girlfriend brought it here to have it checked out. They added some said and said it was fine. Went to leave today and the light came back on. Turns out there’s a nail in the tire. For the life of me I can’t understand how they didn’t think it was a prudent to take the tire off an inspect it. My guess is that it was almost time to close and they didn’t want to be bothered. Needless to say I went somewhere else to have it fixed.
Only gas station we use. Convenience of full service appreciated as age and health issues need what they offer. They checked tire and aired one as warning light was on. Also very clean restroom.
