I had Elijah Deraps as a sales consultant and he was absolutely outstanding. He kept me updated on the process and was professional. 100% recommend.

It took over 4 hours to sign all the paperwork to get our new car, even though we had an appt at 5:30 pm that day, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I get that things don’t go always go to plan. Fast forward 6 months later, my daughter was reared ended by a distracted driver. The insurance company from the other driver accepted liability for the diminished value from the accident and was willing to pay us, but they needed an estimation on the diminished value. They told us to try to get it from the dealership where we got our vehicle from. We reached out to Diehl Toyota of Hermitage and asked for their help on estimating a depreciation value on our almost brand new vehicle. My husband talked to the General Manager twice and each time she assured us that they would help us and get that information to us. After several attempts with no responses, we went to another dealership and got what we needed. Not sure I would buy another vehicle from this dealership. If they weren’t going to give us the information, then be h8nest and don’t waste our time.

I had a pleasant experience while trading in my old Toyota truck, on a new 2026 Toyota truck. The staff was polite and professional in all aspects of my experience. Most notable were my salespeople, Alan Snyder; and also Miss Stephine. They were straightforward and sincere at all levels. They communicate with maximum clarity. and made me comfortable. I would give Diehl an A+, and shop here again.

Had a great experience buying here. Ryan Knudson helped me secure exactly what I was looking for. It was his first sale and he was excellent in the process, very professional and personable during and the days after. I will definitely continue dealing with Diehl Toyota.

Good service. Salesman Noah reached out a couple times after our first meeting to follow up. Finally agreed on price. Threw in running boards and $2600 more on trade than another dealer. Overall happy. Pick up is tomorrow so we’ll see if anything changes but good for now.

2023 Toyota Tundra Pro (<14,000 miles at the time) with cracks in the drivers seat trim plastic where the power seat controls are. Stopped at Diehl Toyota out of convenience and thought it would be a simple warranty repair. Service department worker didn't even want to look at it but I talked him into walking outside to give it a look. He stated that he would submit a claim to Toyota but the issue was due improperly entering/exiting the vehicle and Toyota will not cover it. Never heard back from him. After a week (knowing I was not going to hear back from Diehl), I called the best Toyota dealership around, Palmiero of Meadville. They asked me to email them pics of the cracked plastic to save me a 40 minute trip there. They called me back to tell me this is a known issue Toyota has and would gladly get it replaced for free under warranty. Got me scheduled in right away. Its worth the drive elsewhere, folks. Palmiero of Meadville has been fantastic since I started going there in 2007. This was 4 months ago and didn't plan to write a review but my 71 year old mother just got taken advantage of by Diehl Toyota last week with warranty issues.

Great buying experience overall. Kevin and Stephanie kept me informed about the status of the new vehicle we got, while it was in transit, and Kevin took the time to go over the vehicle in detail during delivery. I also appreciated that Jason in the finance office was prepared, which made for a very efficient paperwork process. Everyone really does go out of their way to make you feel part of the family!

We recently had pleasure of working with an inedible salesman at Diehl automotive in Sharon, PA. Scott Lutz was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the trucks we were looking at. Kevin Burick was wonderful to deal with. He was down to earth...not a typical "salesman" high-pressure situation. He took at least a half hour, once the paperwork was done, etc., to show me the features of the 2026 Camry and to connect my phone to it. Stephanie was wonderful and acts as hostess at the dealership, although that's not her purpose there. The finance guy, Bruce Grope was also very amiable. To me, that's what is as important as the product that they are selling. You can buy a Camry many places...it's the people that I deal with that matter to me. Corinna Diehl even gives that good vibe on her commercials. I hope that I will love my new Camry.

The staff were polite, kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. I talked to a few different staff members while there and they were all like that. The sales person I worked with was Elijah, he was kind, polite, answered any questions we had and made sure we had everything thing we needed. There was no pressure when making decisions. I would come back to this dealership if I were looking for another car. Overall I’m very happy with my experience here.

I had an appointment scheduled for my Tacoma 10000 mile service. They called me 40 minutes prior to the appointment time and told me they had to reschedule. I wanted to give them the business since that is where I purchased the vehicle. I will definitely be getting the service performed at another dealer and most likely won’t be returning to Deihl for service or future vehicle purchases.

We asked for a vehicle within a specific budget and necessities, Noah easily accommodated like he does this in his sleep or something. He was extremely patient with us and gave us all the time and space we needed. He found exactly what we needed before I could even think, all without saying a word and just a click of a button! He is a gentle giant and the easiest person I’ve ever worked with, went absolutely above and beyond to guide us. Jason F. did some crazy magic when the vehicle we wanted wasn’t on the lot, he made it appear expeditiously! He also accommodated every little detail for us, his facilitating skills are absolutely unmatched! Anything lost in translation, Jason was able to sort out. Any issues on my end, he always had a solution for. This man Manages like The Man. Jason G. gave the most thorough and detailed signing process/presentation I have received. I had questions, I asked for repeats, I asked for details; he answered everything without batting an eye. Granted he’s very OCD but I am too, and organization is key to me. He insured I understood everything and was content before proceeding to next steps. Sounds so cheesy but these guys truly make you feel like family here. I had my budget, I had my needs, and my wants. Even when all of that changed, they did not hesitate to shift with me. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, no sleazy sales pitches, and never left in the dark. Always had constant contact when I needed it, you can’t beat them in customer service! This is the Dealership you want to go to, and again this is the Team you want!

Called to check availability on a vehicle I saw online. Ralph was helpful with locating the vehicle and made a same day appointment with me. When I arrived the vehicle was ready, and the process went flawlessly. They were professional and efficient, hard to say about some others I’ve been too.

Shout out to the Diehl team including our sales rep Kaylah and her manager Stephanie. We had been shopping at another dealership closer to our home and the experience was full of old school sales gimmicks and an elongated sales approach. We ended up walking out. We saw this dealership had a car we had interest in and made forty minute the drive over. It was a breath of fresh air to experience the no stress or pressure approach. Kaylah was very knowledgable on the product and they both worked very quickly to present numbers and negotiate in good faith. We walked away with a fair price and total time in dealership would be a little over an hour. If your sick of the big corporate car dealership, give this family owned place a chance.

Just purchased a 25 Kia Sorento from Elijah and he was the most straightforward car salesman I’ve ever worked with. You can tell he takes his job of actually helping customers seriously. I am such a happy customer. My dad & I worked with Noah as my sales representative. He was absolutely amazing to work with I drove from NY 3 hrs away and he was very responsive and communicative. Noah sent us pictures, videos, clear instructions and advice. He also helped me hook up my phone to my new used car. The financial department was great too, with the trading and warranty process. Chris Capone was super helpful when I stopped by Diehl Toyota to look at a new Tacoma. He was very upfront and honest from the beginning, and helped explain the internet deal that brought me in. Throughout the process he made sure all my questions were answered and made the entire sales process very simple and straightforward. Even though we didn’t finish with their finance department until after closing time on a Saturday, Chris stayed late to make sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving in my new truck. I absolutely love my brand new Rav4. My only complaint was that I wish I could have gotten the purchase order sooner so I could have gotten my financing taken care of sooner. However, Jason explained to me that they make you wait until the vehicle is at the last transport stop just in case something were to happen to the vehicle in transport. I also wish they would have offered me more on my trade in. However, I was able to get more than I wanted from Dehil by selling it on line myself. Ultimately, I am very happy with my purchase overall.
