The store in of itself has a good selection of items for a wide range of needs. This store also offers online ordering and bundle pricing for their items as well.
Matthew @ the Hermitage O’Reilly was very pleasant and actually came out to my car and helped replace my cabin and engine filter. Not being very mechanical myself it was very appreciated and now I realize how easy it is to do it next time. Kudos to Matthew!
My car needed an ignition switch.I called ORieleys and the guy said he would have his driver to bring it out to me.
15 minutes later I was installing the switch.
Thanks again and I will only use this store.

Went in to get headlights and have them replaced for me. Travis was able to replace them, but ended up breaking a bolt in the process which was no way his fault due to the bolt being rusted and corroded. He tried to get the bolt out for at least 20 to 30 minutes but to no avail. He told me to take it to mechanic and send him the bill for the work. Let me say this, I will under NO circumstances be going back to Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts ever again! Travis was friendly, polite and respectful. Even though I had some inconveniences, I'll be going back to this store time and time again!
Didn't have an employee stop to take the time to assist another employee. Different location much better service. Seems assisting customers comes before assisting another employee.
I’m from Oregon looking to get information on some Bosch windshield wipers for my 2017 Subaru Impreza limited and stumbled upon Andrew Masotto. Andrew went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. He got me the exact part numbers of the wiper blades I’d need and how to order them and pick the up in store. Granted, I’m from Oregon and he was on his own time/not company time (not clocked in.) Andrew is a good ambassador for O’Reilly Auto Parts and I can’t thank him enough for the help.
Been loyal customer first got reward points could not find them on phone then found them now I can only use them 5dallars at a time sorry for your luck I'm going back to autozone
It's very sad everywhere seems like they're just the people don't want to do their jobs in their miserable and honest to God's truth the people they got working here didn't seem to have a clue in the old guys didn't want to be bothered so once again maybe you guys should go get a job somewhere else and let the young kids run that up there might be a better place.
Last time I'll ever go back to this location. The employees are awful. Their idea of customer help is go to an isle and find it yourself. Guess getting paid to stand around to talk to is more important than a customer....
I have been a long time sole user of Orileys Auto and was quite disturbed by my interaction today with the gentleman working this store. I am 23 and suffer from anexity when confined in small places (like a mask). When I walked in the store to retrieve parts I needed like I would any other time, the man simply pointed to his mask and when I told him of my condition he said "well then you need to walk outside and we will handle it on the phone, ive already had the police here today". Well Orileys, last time I checked ou our president makes laws, not the governor and IT IS NOT A LAW that i must wear a mask. I believe the man handled the situation very disrespectfully and it truly changed my perspective and willingness to remain loyal to this company.
P.S. Advanced auto let me in without a mask to buy my 3 batteries and handful of spark plugs. :)
Needed wiper blades. Bought them. No offer to change them for me like other places do. Also was not informed of a rebate special they were running had I upgraded my blade choice for a few more dollars.
What a frustrating JOKE these guys are...called asked for a specific belt that was listed online and said it was available - needed 3 - they had one. Spent my Sunday morning running to THREE different stores to get the ONE in each store (because one store said it would take until Wed ...only to find out they could get them in the same day..grr). Belt was 10.49 online...got to the store, guess what...they don't have the belt (after calling ALL 3 stores and verifying they did)...now, the belts are $16.99 and $21.99. Came home and pulled the info up again on the computer and lo and behold, after calling them, they DO have the part. THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE. Will never deal with them again. Greenville, PA - Hermitage, PA and Cortland, OH...STAY AWAY from these guys...they don't have a clue and then don't want to admit their error.
The staff was very polite and helpful. They were more than willing to help me find the tools I needed and to explain the difference between each brand. The best part is they even explained how to use them
I recently purchased parts at your Hermitage, Pa location with the assistance of your ManagerJake. Jake was extremely helpful in narrowing down what I needed, he advised me on a mail-in rebate I then qualified for & how to go about receiving it & he also assisted me by price matching, as best he could, from a local competitor. Jake was very knowledgeable on the products, retrieving them in a timely manner for my repairs to be done & very courteous to me as a customer!! Wonderful Manager & asset to your company!!!
They were great Nate M. Checked my battery and it was bad. He replaced it and was so very polite and helpful. I'd suggest to everyone to go there for their auto needs...Thanks sgain to Nate
Much better than the zone.. Really everyone that was working today should be praised for the help they gave us today Feb 1st 2019. They all whent above and beyond to help us. From trying to put the plug into the blower motor for me. To bringing us chairs to sit on while we waited for the second blower motor to come from Greenville. The employee from Greenville also for the rush job of bringing it all the way to Hermitage. This is definitely why I come here instead of the rip off zone!
Friendly staff, helped me with getting the right wiper blades. When I couldn't figure out how to put them on, I asked for help. The gentleman was sincere & friendly & put them on for me.
I have had nothing but great service at every O'Reilly Auto parts stores no matter where when what city what state does not matter there are a group of great people and I will definitely go back to O'Reilly's every time thank you O'Reilly's for great customer service
Alright listen to my whole story because I didn't actually go there, my friend did, but I'm deeply involved in this so hear me out. Also note I don't think she knows how to change her own oil. Like she's super smart, she can do equations with like 15 variables, and one of those variables could be "shitton" and she'd still figure it out. However if you told her that her that she needs to add water to get antifreeze to prep for winter she might believe you. Anyway, I received a snapchat from a female friend saying her car wouldn't start. Being concerned about this I began snapchatting back like 7 hours later. At this point she informed me her alternator was bad. NowSeeing a damsel in distress I hoped on the opportunity to help....and by that I mean I walffled on volunteering to replace it for her for like 12 hours. Anyway I go buy the alternator for her from my home boys at a different auto parts store. I go to her work and drop off my baby, a 2008 Jeep Liberty for her to get home with and I drive off in her 2001 Dodge Neon. Surprisingly her car fires right up. I drive to the garage I'll be working in and I shut the vehicle off. I try starting it again and it fires right up. I start the vehicle and disconnect the battery because obviously if the alternator is bad, the vehicle shoild shut down, but it kept running. ...for like 5 minutes before I shut it off. I'm beginning to think her alternator isn't bad, so I go to her work and ask her "Who told you out was bad?" She informs me she took it to O'Reillys and they hooked it up to a battery tester and said her battery was fine, but the alternator was bad. I maybe wrong but, I've never heard of a way to test the alternator simply from hooking up to the battery. I'm very skeptical at this point so I try everything I can to drain the battery and prove the alternator is bad. I'm not successful. The alternator was good. I'm not saying they lied, I'm just saying they said the alternator was bad and after various tests, 2 beers and a few dips of Cope Wintergreen I had to disagree with them. I'm not saying they saw a 21 year old with a 15 year old car and thought they could convince her to buy a 120 dollar alternator, I'm just saying I think they were wrong and I will not be going there in the future.
