Needed a new battery and the salesman came out and tested it telling me the battery needed replaced. Unfortunately they did not have the battery I needed. The service was fast, kind and efficient. Would recommend the AutoZone
I’m a girl with my first car. My windshield wiper of my driver side completely fell off my car last night. I went into store 1802 and Chris went out in a snow storm to put it back onto my car in a pinch because I didn’t know what I was doing. Amazing customer service and he was super nice, so thankful for his help today!

The best person in customer service I've experienced at any company including all AutoZone's works at this location and his name is Anthony!
I just had the best experience I've ever had at AutoZone in Hermitage, PA. The speed at which my battery was replaced and the amazing customer service I experienced is unlike anything I've ever gotten from AutoZone. Before moving to Youngstown, Ohio I had lived in Charlotte, North Carolina for nearly 25 years. I worked at a place on the west side that has a AutoZone sharing a parking. Things I watched and experienced even having Shared a parking lot and knowing employees personally, I received a higher level of customer service from Anthony. This level of customer service is thanks to one staff member by the name of Anthony. Anthony was truly amazing and made my experience extremely memorable. I honestly believe in the future when I need items especially parts or advice on repair I will be returning to this location even though it's more than 20 minutes away from my home and not the closest location.
Corporate customer service needs to take a look at Anthony and provide him with some type of an award or some kind of recognition for his outstanding customer service. He personally makes the Hermitage location the best AutoZone ñ

Andrew was super helpful during my recent visit to the Hermitage AutoZone store. He not only shared his expertise regarding what products I should purchase for my vehicle, he also educated me on the how to install and check certain things on my vehicle to ensure it was operating correctly, which was greatly appreciated.
Andrew M. was tremendously helpful with helping me out with my oil refill. If you need a place to go and you don’t understand what you’re doing. This is the place to go.

I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, thanks to Andrew Masotto. After I explained my car’s issue, Andrew immediately identified the problem and recommended using MAF cleaner to clean the sensor. Despite the cold weather, he went outside to perform the cleaning himself. Now, my car runs perfectly.
Andrew’s customer service was exceptional. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend AutoZone and Andrew for their excellent service.

Super friendly. Came right out to check it. Gave me a printout of what was wrong.
I told him that I was going to the dealership the same day and guess what.... exactly what they said was wrong was with. So no unhappy surprises.

Just stopped here to get a bulb replaced for my headlights. Anthony was awesome. The whole process took less than five minutes and he changed it for me. I was in and out less than five minutes exactly. This is now my go to place for my car issues. He was friendly extremely helpful and very efficient. Thank you Anthony. Appreciate you very much.

Employee was on a personal phone call laughing and talking while "helping me". REFUSED my refund because I didn't have my card, however if he would have hung up his phone call or at least paid any attention to what I was there for he would have known what I actually needed was a store credit because I needed more parts and was going not spend more money. I suggest Hubbard Autozone, Advanced, or O'rileys. Unfortunately this is no where near the first time iv received bad service from this store or even this employee.
Went in to buy a seat cushion, which I didn't end up getting, but while I was there I remembered I had a light out on one of my headlights, and also decided to replace my headlight bulbs. Each of the employees I interacted with, from the gentleman who pointed me to the seat cushions, the second who came out to my car to offer assistance in changing the first light, and the third who helped me find bulbs for my headlights and then replace them for me, were all extremely helpful.
I needed a coolant overflow hose for Chevy 05 Equinox. I went to 4 different stores looking for the right hose, and could not find what I needed anywhere. Meanwhile my car is heating up then blowing anti-freeze out through the overflow. I get to Auto zone in Hermitage with my car spewing steam from the leaking anti-freezr. A young associate named Lucas offers to help me out after sering me pull in. He not only found me what I needed he offered to replace the hose right there in the parking lot, even though it was cold and windy and spitting rain. He had it fixed in no time. It is running great. He even refused a tip I offered him. It's been a while since anybody went that far out of their way to help me out with no payoff for them. It made my day. I will be buying my parts in Hermitage from now on, just because that kind of service is hard to find these days.

Update: had to go back to the store for something else and the staff was more helpful than i could ask.
I called in to see if they had the parts I needed and they did. They put them on hold for me so all I had to do was go to the store get my items and pay for them and was on my way. You can also order and pay online and just go pick up your items. The employees are very knowledgeable about different stuff and are a great help when you need it.
Young man named Giovanni assisted me in purchasing wiper blades which just ripped during a heavy rain! He was very helpful in finding a replacement and offered to install and did in the pouring down rain!

Mike Hull went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He made me feel like I was the most important customer he would have all day. He recommended products for me that were affordable and not the most expensive. He went in and out of the store several times in very inclement weather to help me find the proper merchandise for my vehicle, and he installed the headlamp bulb and rear window wiper blade with care and precision. He was very helpful and pleasant,and this made me feel like my husband and I will never shop anywhere except Auto Zone. Thank you Mr. Hull for your help!
The people working here have always been extremely helpful! Tonight they saved me from spending $200 on a part I didn't need! Huge thanks for not being a company that just wants to sell things to people but who actually helps look out for their customers! I'll definitely be returning here when I do need a part for my vehicle!
I went in to buy some supplies to clean my car. When I walked in, they were friendly and everything was fine. I went to leave and my car wouldn't start. One guy came out to try to jump it, it didn't work so he went back inside and another guy came out and told me it was the starter. He told me all I could do was keep trying it and "hope for the best." I called my boyfriend who told me something just needed tapped underneath the vehicle. He called them and told him they weren't going to do it because it needed to be jacked up. They offered for me to come in out of the cold only after he called them telling them I was pregnant and they needed to help me. I didn't want to come in because I kept "hoping for the best" like they said and I had other things I needed to do. I showed up at 7:30pm and didn't leave until 9:30pm. When a friend came, it took them literally 2 minutes to get my car started. Thanks so much for the "help," AutoZone.
