What clients say about Kilgore Towing in South Hermitage (PA)
This review is long overdue. As a delivery driver I regularly experience break downs like flat tires and such, but have also needed towing service for things like alternator repair. I have called Kilgores at least 3-4 times in the last 12 months they are always kind , reasonably priced, quick to arrive and efficient. If anyone approached me in public for my opinion I will always recommend Kilgores.
I got a flat tire today driving home on 376 from New Castle. I called Kilgore’s towing and Roger literally saved me. It was very kind of him to drive me home after dropping my car off at my friend’s shop. We had a nice conversation during our drive too ? I hope his wife knows he loves her homemade pot pies ? Thank you for being my angel today, Roger.
DO NOT RECOMMEND I got my car towed by them ONE TIME (due to no registration not car problems) I had no lights on in my car and my car ran perfectly. I picked my car up MAX 2 hours later I have a check engine light on all of a sudden I was able to drive my car for about a day maybe 2 days and now my car just shuts off my fuses in the car are all switched around and not my car doesn’t even start anymore?♀️ my car worked PERFECTLY before they towed it to there “shop.”This place is a scam and when I called to tell the guy he laughed multiple times on the phone. Very disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone come here
We rented a truck from here to move across the country. The truck was absolutely a disgusting sticky mess. It was like a toddler who just ate ice cream and red soda touched everything and they didn't bother to clean it. We are dealing with COVID AND YOU CAN'T EVEN CLEAN YOUR TRUCKS?! Disgusting. We ordered a dozen furniture pads...he said he didn't have any and waited to tell us until the day we picked it up. The car trailer was bent to hell and back and didn't really work that well, we had to keep fixing it. Pictures are from right after we picked it up from the store.
Called 911 for a tow, Kilgores were there in less than 15 mins, super reasonable price, the gentleman was so polite. Even offered to drop me off near home. Would recommend this business to anyone! Glad to have someone like them in hermitage.
I recently had to use this company for a tow and they were excellent they came out as they said they would and were very kind if you ever need a tow especially for a flatbed this is the company I would use again
A very professional place! I needed to get my car in on deadline and they were very helpful. Only missed inspection deadline by one day. They were friendly , efficient and quick. I would go to them again.
I locked my keys in my vehicle outside of Giant Eagle in the sweltering heat & he came right away with a nice smile & a sense of humor. Could not have asked for a better fella to come & help me!
Found Kilgore's about 2 months ago and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Their customer service is beyond EXCELLENT and everyone there is so friendly. Unlike most auto shops, you're greeted with a smile here and they look like they enjoy what they do. The prices are super reasonable and they do quick work. Another plus is they actually answer the phone when you call and can typically fit your car in within a day or two. Would recommend any day of the week! They also have Budget truck rentals here if you need to rent a truck for anything.
Kilgores is the best auto repair place in town. I will not take my vehiles to anyone else. The mechanic is professional and fast. He really knows his stuff. They offer a towing service and budget truck rentals. The prices are very fair and the offer state inspection and emissions.
