I love Advanced. The staff there is always so knowledgeable and friendly. They listen to what we're dealing with and try to help as best as they can. They've saved us a lot. We get everything from them and I love their reward system, too. Plus, we have yet to buy oil without getting a free filter, too. They always have such good deals like that.
Did an online order on Dec 22 2025. It said 2-4 days. I kept checking the order and it just said processing for a week and a half. I managed to get a hold of your customer service live chat on Saturday Jan 3 2026. They told me it was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and she would look into and and let me know what she found out. I heard nothing from her. Today I called customer service and spoke with Victoria after being on hold for 30 minutes. She said it was delivered by UPS on Dec 24 2025 and gave me a tracking number. I went to UPS.com and put in the number and it was the wrong number! Mind you on Advanced auto.com the order still says processing. I used live chat on the website again and Franklin have me a different UPS tracking number. That one was correct and the package was delivered to the wrong place and now it's gone! I'm furious! Why was there no email stating it had been shipped with the tracking number? No one has that answer. Why were so many customer service people completely wrong??? I'll member other from you again!!!
The customer service last visit was terrible, 2 guys standing around doing nothing, had the audacity to say they couldn't help me because another customer might come in. Plus I used 15$ in rewards bucks, had to return the item, the store telling me they can't return that portion of the money, really? Sounds to me like totally laziness. Would not recommend, go to autozone down the road
6/23/24. Stopped to get a 280 dollar battery installed , big guy came out in the blazing heat very nice guy ,and installed the battery , but the one lazy POS behind the counter really didn’t even want to help . Just sat their clipping his finger nails staring at the ceiling lmao

Poor service needed to get a pair of air shocks matched up for my van. Black market van. Sales person refused any help. Went to Summit & they took the few minutes to match a set up. Going to get the two more for the ft. No problem won’t waste my time going back there for anything
There's a guy there named benjamin..he's the most rude ignorant person I've EVER met and has absolutely no business working at a place like this not only did I witness him being ignorant to a lady that was clueless about what she need,looking to Ben for guidance he was ignorant to her,so after he..gets rid of her as his laugh after she left said that's how he viewed it,he comes and "helps" me told him I needed front and rear pads for a 2005 hyundai,first it felt it necessary to correct me when I said hiundai,went into a whole special about the way its said..I didn't go tgere for and English lesson especially a wrong one,second when I asked him about tge warranty on tge pads he was very rude implying I was trying to scam him somehow...I left right there,I've been working on cars for 30 years,I'm a 3rd generation mechanic my dad owns one of tge biggest garages in the area,I'm VERY familiar with wording and how warrants work...my business..and my dad's WILL go to auto zone where the only issue we EVER have is a supply chain issue or a parts rarity issue..which is rare...your ignorant employees just lost Advanced auto thousands on just my business alone..how many people is he rude to that don't complain..but just don't go back?
Absolutely outstanding customer service. Stopped here the kid working took care of every issue i had. Found the right parts and made for an outstanding representation of the company.
The guys there were very helpful!!! I told them exactly what I needed & they got it there very quickly. They even helped me save bout$100! That's awesome for the Christmas budget!!! Now I can get my daughter's car fixed & keep her safe!
The manager is very friendly and gave me something very very cheap for my car to flush out the coolant sytem due to a leak and he saved me $400. He is a great person. Very friendly.
Had to get a battery for my 2015 Chrysler 200. They had one in stock when I called and installed it for me. They all made sure it fit correctly and were very professional!
Online right now, checking their hours before I drive into town, and it dawned on me that I never left a review when they helped me out before. I bought a battery there a few years ago, and the young man who sold it to me, also stood outside in the bitter cold and installed it on the spot. Another time, the instructions to install a cabin air filter were ambiguous, so another staffer went outside with me until he figured out how what the directions were trying to show from a very poor line drawing with the product. I can't say enough nice things about this place.
Great place! I called to make sure they had my battery in stock and could install it - and they did! Such a wonderful service as I know zero about cars except how to fill it with gas. The guy who helped me first tested my battery to make sure I did need a new one or if my battery just needed charged after sitting for so many months. This impressed me, because they aren't going to try to sell you something you don't need. Honesty and fairness with customers goes a long way! He showed me the testing and I could see my battery was losing charge quickly, so I did indeed need a new battery. The gentleman who sold it to me also installed it. Such a wonderful place and a great guy! I had previously called Autozone as well, but they were grouchy on the phone and said they would have to see if they could fit my install into their schedule. But Advance Auto was awesome, and no hesiation about the install at all. I was making an 1800 mile trip the next day and I felt completely confident making that trip after my battery was replaced by Advance! Thank you Advance!
